Looking for a whiskey podcast to replace one that ended and came across these guys. It isn’t so much a whiskey podcast even though they discuss it every episode. It is entertaining though. It’s 90% shenanigans and 10% whiskey, but unlike most other “whiskey” podcasts this one is actually entertaining. I mean where else are you going to hear a story of a guy fighting a kangaroo?!?!?!? I’d relate this closer to the entertainment like the Dollop. If looking for a whisky podcast, I’d go for Whisky Noobs (shoutout to Chris, even if it’s on pause now). But I’d say this is still worth a listen for the entertainment.

Really a solid podcast, def one of the better bourbon specific ones out there…. I usually keep my not so humble opinion to myself but had to comment and make a note to the guys on the Tommyrotter out of New York that was mentioned in the last cast is a hidden gem; I run a liquor store out of south Florida and that has been one of my favorite friend maker bourbons for the past year….I look forward to hearing a review soon

These two guy’s do a great job of making me laugh every week. They don’t always get right to the point but they are very entertaining and have introduced me to a community of bourbon enthusiasts that I now call friends. Give them a listen and prepare to laugh with them and sometimes at them. They deserve it!

I started at the beginning and am working my way to current. Thus, my bourbon collection is steadily growing as well. Thanks for all the work guys. Love the show.

I can, undeniably, say that this is the one podcast that consistently makes me laugh and want to drink (in a good way) at the same time. Will and The Greeze have a chemistry that is infectious and makes you want to join them as the work through different whiskeys/bourbons. Their take is informative, knowledgeable and sometimes differs between the two of them. If you are looking for an experience that makes you love the culture of bourbon and the people that make up that culture, subscribe. You won’t be disappointed. The ONLY podcast I listen to for bourbon related topics. Will & Greeze are easy to listen to and very relatable. GOOD LUCK GETTING REPETITIVE, BORING, INFO YOU CAN GET ON GOOGLE.

Will & The Greeze are two down to earth guys who love bourbon and love to chat about all things bourbon. No pretentiousness here, it’s like hanging out with two of your best friends.

The hosts have an enjoyable chemistry and the mixture of knowledge and lack thereof is a fun and relaxing listen. Plus it’s about whiskey, mostly, what’s not to like? Vodka?

Will is great and very knowledgeable, Greeze however is a different story and there has been many times where I couldn’t finish an episode due to his incoherent ramblings. Also, these guys DO NOT do interviews well.

So, I started listening to this so that I could learn a thing or two about whiskey. What I didn’t realize is that they would take me on a journey with them in the process. I first stated listening before my first ever bourbon trail experience. I bought my first bottle, Henry McKenna, and from then on it has been an adventure. You want whiskey news and insiders news, go elsewhere. You want a family, you came to the right place. Keep up the good work fellas.

What a wild ride. I little over two years ago I made my first trip to the bourbon trail and loved it. I found myself looking for more information, reviews and content for anything bourbon related. After several different YouTube channels and Pod casts I stumbled onto Will and the Greeze on The Podcask and was hooked. I love their reviews and interviews but what I did not expect was the interaction and sense of community that the show encourages. They have a Facebook group that is a riot and is full of great people that are interested in helping you along your journey and not worried about what you have or haven’t tried. I can’t wait for the new episode every week and to see what the boys have in store for us next. Cheers!

Listening to episodes is like sitting around and drinking with your friends.

There are a lot of sources out there for whiskey knowledge. What Will and Greeze do differently than most is present it in a way that promotes what whiskey is really all about - fellowship, friendship and community. Their lighthearted approach makes someone just starting out comfortable while also engaging the more seasoned whiskey drinker. They know their stuff but are able to present it in a way that makes you feel like you’re just hanging with friends on the porch sharing a bottle...never pretentious, never stuffy, certainly never boring. You’ll learn, you’ll laugh, you’ll shake your head, you’ll roll your eyes, you may even scream at your radio once in a while, but you’ll keep coming back for more.

Do you like sharks, poorly constructed nachos and clown fetishes? Then have I got a podcast for you! Will and Greeze fumble their way through an entertaining show on a regular basis. It’s like your drunk uncle and his probation officer decided to drink on tape. Oh and they occasionally talk about bourbon. It’s a win/win. Shut up and listen.

This pod is nonsense but in the most magical way. Will and Matt have too much to say about nothing and everything. Nuggets of hilarity mixed with cringeworthy misinformation. I laugh, yell, and raise my hands in holy praise at the speaker.

Listen, this podcast is like riding in a lawn chair hot hair ballon. At first it may look a little sketchy and unsafe, but after a few minutes of being in the air you’re like “Wow, this is freaking awesome!” Before you know it, you’re soaring along and having a great time just chilling out in your floating chair. Then boom! A classic Greeze rant will hit you like some high energy power lines. The stuff you learn about mold, sharks, and conspiracy theories...can’t be beat! And you just though this was just about whiskey! NOPE. Is there a law against it? Well, who’s to stay. It’s a strong BUY for me! (bm)

I found you guys through It’s Bourbon Night it was the guest review that you did of the I.W. Harper 15yr and was like who are these guy they seem fun, so I searched you out and found the podcast and love it from episode one, it has become my go to for commuting to and from work it feel like I’m just hanging out with the boy and getting to hear about one of my favorite this Bourbon.

I was already a certified bourbon nut when I started listening to this show, so I can’t pretend I’ve *learned* a lot from this podcast (besides perhaps some inventive interpretations of the English language), but boy howdy is it ever entertaining! I was hooked from the first episode and now every commute and workout is accompanied by an episode of the Podcask. The reviews are honest, the guys are genuine, and just friggin hilarious. Six stars, heartily recommend!

Love the Podcask. Great duo and commentary between Will and Matthew. I listen to these guys for the whiskey release talk and buy/bar/pass recs. The non-whiskey talk is quite entertaining and each episode brings quality entertainment for the commute/garage/lawnmower. Better yet, these guys have great recommendations for Disney (their other podcast, where Will is slightly less grumpy ;-).

Did y’all know that “ALL BOURBON IS WHISKEY, BUT NOT ALL WHISKEY IS BOURBON?” Listen to these chuckle heads for a lighter take on a serious topic. They quickly drag you in and make you feel like family, while they break boards of truth over your head!

Binging your episodes. Like the down to earth attitudes and information presented. I really appreciate there’s really no vulgar language as I listen to most of my podcasts will chauffeuring the kids around town.

Always Hilarious, especially when Momma Greaze and when Greaze talks about his Wife's uncle. Hilarious story about Will, Logan and Money Mayweather. Always have to double dip on ribs when in Memphis. Central bbq is better than Rondeveaux.

A really enjoyable weekly romp, Will and the Greaze are a staple in my commute and make the time just fly. They are great fun to listen to, and always have me jonesin’ for more.

I randomly started listening to the Podcask while driving to Kentucky to hit the trail. Listening Will and Greeze immediately reminded me of why I fell in love with whiskey. Great whiskey is better with great company and listening makes you want to crack a fresh bottle or go back to an old one you haven’t visited in a while. I’d like to pretend that my whiskey friends and I have the same type of conversations while we’re sipping, but that isn’t true. Lose the pretentiousness crack a bottle and tuck in listening to 2 buddy’s doing the same.

Great Podcast, it’s basically the journey everyone who gets into bourbon takes from discovery to refining tastes, best way to listen is to travel along with them bourbon in hand (if you can get most of what they are drinking)

I work in the liquor industry in a sales/marketing position which gives me a lot of windshield time. I can’t say I’ve found a better way to pass all those driving hours than by listening to The Podcask. If you are new to bourbon/rye, a veteran to the category, a southerner or just “southern curious” like myself, then this is worth your time. Thank you Will and The Greeze! Not only have I been able to develop a new appreciation for whiskey, but my vocabulary has improved as well. Words like “saunter” and “docile-cat” are now fixtures in everyday conversation. This is really so much more than just a podcast.

Don’t listen to anything else. This podcast about whiskey is all you need.
