    WHERE ARE NEW EPISODES
I just discovered polygon as a whole and I love all your content but I don’t see any new episodes for 2020. Is there another place to get them?

    Great Perspectives
This show has lovely energy and the hosts’ opinions often differ enough to give listeners a great perspective on the media they’re chatting about! I love hearing ladies talk about the stuff they love and I trust what the Polygon Show has to say implicitly.

    Great show
    I miss Ashley though :(
  • ponhh
    Love you guys!
As someone who has always been a bit intimidated by the world of video games, this podcast has convinced me to get more into them. Im really sad that Ashley is no longer on, I hope she can come back as a guest someday in the future!!

    Love these ladies
Despite Ashley's departure from the podcast, this show is still lovely and relaxing to listen to when I'm feeling down or anxious.

    Missing Ashley
I absolutely love this podcast to pieces but I’m not going to listen to it anymore without Ashley. :(
  • put the posts in order
    wonderful
I've been listening to the Polygon Show for about a year and loved it since the beginning but for the past month or so I've been having a really horrible time dealing with my mental health and every time I start to feel overwhelmed I just pick an episode and play it and I instantly feel better. They're all wonderful wonderful people and I love not only hearing their opinions about games but their stories about their experiences (Ashley's charmander saga? excellent) and just them in general. They make a really lighthearted, fun and funny atmosphere and I will always always be grateful for them and the show.

a fifth star for show notes?!
This show is delightful. Like almost every podcast from established media, it lacks show notes and chapter markers. Show notes in the rss feed with links to what you discuss would be so helpful. Indie podcast do it, surely the Polygon team can!

    I absolutely love these ladies!
They crack me up. When I listen I feel like I'm haging out with friends and I just happen to be working while they are chatting away next to me. They bounce from idea to idea. They have strong opinions... which I love. They use the "f-word" frequently and liberally like a great seasoning ato add a little spice to their words. I couldn't be happier that I stumbled onto their podcast. Will I get a POLYGON show logo tattoo? Hmmmm? Will have to think on that one. :)

    So much fun! 💖
I’ve been listening non-stop for the past week and a half and I can’t get enough. I love listening to genuinely funny people give their takes on facets of pop culture that I may not have been familiar with before. So I learn stuff too! Keep it up!! ✨

    ❤️❤️
this show is wonderful and good in so many ways! it always makes me smile and laugh no matter where i am (work) or what i’m doing (working in my empty office). listening to women talk about things is always a really nice, pleasant thing to do, especially when they’re yelling profanities and having debates about ridiculous things! these women have inspired me to start playing video games too!! it’s great and i’ve gotten to explore some games i don’t think i would have known about otherwise. ALSO they all speak respectfully about unfamiliar and potentially controversial topics which i deeply appreciate! thank you so much for what you do!!!

That genuine polygon style of a perfect mix between good, legitimate entertainment journalism, and hilarious goofs. Just go listen to it!

    !!
I’m a newbie to Polygon, and I was uncertain about the podcast because I only recognized Simone’s name, but I just finished the most recent episode (suede yoshi) and I will definitely be listening to more! Everyone was very funny, very enjoyable!

    How fun!!!
I just discovered Polygon on YouTube last night - imagine my joy when I discovered they had a Podcast with a bunch of ladies talking games and general nerdery! As someone whose hoping to get more into games generally, I’m delighted! Small thing that both baffled and amused me: I’m ALL for taking the piss out of Kingdom Hearts, which I adore to the max but is also demonstrably completely absurd. Here’s the thing though...the reviewer of KH3 said she spent *8 hours* in the Frozen world! It took me 3 hours *max* to get through Frozen, and not only am I a truly TERRIBLE gamer who, besides a bit of KH only plays Pokémon, but KH3 is the first game I’ve played on a TV connected console in *15 years*! Do y’all professional gamer types need any tips??? Were you exaggerating??? I’m assuming you were exaggerating??? Honestly, I was thrown enough to put this in a review, but it really has 0 bearing either way on the quality of the show, which as I said is truly excellent. Lil thing to end! I’ve only listened to a couple of episodes, but already a point that was made that I really liked and stuck with me - as I recall, essentially what was said was that more diverse superhero films should exist in the world, and that there shouldn’t be such incredible pressure for each one to justify the existence of EVERY say, black or female lead superhero flick by being absolutely perfect. Love that!!!

    So good!
I’ve been lookin for a good game ping podcast for awhile and I finally found it. It has a great mixture or game, movie, and tv show reviews. Not only that but it’s hilarious, it’s rare that I actually lol...but this show has made me do it more than I care to admit.

We need more podcasts like this!
The Polygon Show has quickly become my favorite podcast. It’s so refreshing to be able to hear (and partake) in a discussion around video games and not have it dominated by men. I love the show and love that I’ve found this community where I don’t feel so alone for my love of video games. Thank you for everything you do.

this show gives me a warm feeling in my heart
i usually feel very alienated by a lot of Gaming Content Creators(TM) because they're usually men who think being loud = being funny but listening to the Polygon Show feels like having a really funny convo with my best friends, i love these ladies and wait with baited breath each week for Allegra to talk about Warrior Cats again

Great show for people who like games.
Do you like video games? Do you like to hear people talking about video games? If you said “yes” to either one of those questions, you are a good person who should listen to this good show. Nay, great show with great hosts. Give it a listen!

    Slightly on and very informative
I started listening to this podcast a few years ago and due to the evolving video game industry this podcast not only talks about video games, it also talks about pop culture references within the games and the effect all of the next generation of games have or will have on society. From the legacy of Metal Gear to the current state of Nintendo as a company all of the hosts have their own opinions on what a game should represent and how all of the newer games are played. This is my main destination for game reviews and suggestions. With the advent and opening of the Nintendo World section within the Universal Studio Parks I also hope for this show to be very informative. Thank you Simone de Rochefort, Allegra Frank, Chelsea Stark, and Ashley Oh for the gaming news of the day.

    Great stuff
Love these women talking about games and gaming. The best gaming podcast around. 👌👌👌

    A Polygon Carol
A belated holiday carol for the Polygon Show. "Honk!" The herald Simone sings. "Polygon is podcasting! That Ashley, Oh so wild, Allegra Frank, a literal child! Chelsea Stark played Persona Five, But topics digressed into the skies: Our four angelic hosts did sing, "Chickens are nuggets! It's all one thing!"

    Great discussion from great people!!
I admit that I got into the Polygon Show because of the McElroys, but I'm glad that I kept listening! When so much of the (most promoted) video game/media coverage is done by dudes, it's refreshing to hear from other kinds of people! I enjoy the various bits, and getting to hear about parts of the entertainment world that I don't personally follow. It's especially heartwarming whenever one of the hosts gets to talk about something that means a lot to them (i.e. Yakuza, She-Ra, etc.). Keep up the good work!
  • Kenslance
    Fresh and entertaining
I look forward to this podcast every week. Always interesting and new topics of discussion. The hosts also have a real positive and supportive attitude and are a pleasure to listen to. Keep it up!

    Love this show
Always happy when it pops up in my podcast app! The only thing that could improve it would be the return of a video version.
  • RaphDS112
    I love them!
The Polygon Show is the podcast highlight of my weekend. It is funny, honest, and heartfelt. Every episode really gets what it’s like to be a nerd excited about cool things and it totally picks me up. Also every episode feels re-listenable, something I never do even with more acclaimed shows. I love these good good ladies and their work!

    Still a favorite
I get more laughs out of this show than any of the "comedy" podcasts

Great Video Game Podcast with Audio Issues
I previously reviewed with a 5 star rating, but had to re-lower it. Want to star but saying I love this show's content and all four hosts- espically the latest format of talking about segments/genre's VS the weekly video game podcast news show. The biggest issue for me (thus the rating) is the audio. Audio levels with the show are a huge issue -when a quiet whisper happens by someone I turn up the volume to try and hear it- and two minutes later loud yelling or laughs occur which blow out my eardrums (from what I loweredand I immeditly have to turn it off). It happens so frequently that I can't even ignore it, like I normally would: it makes me switch podcasts. I get it's also part of the hosts charm/personalities: but when your posting for an audio-only medium. Still listen once in a while, but not as often.
  • Not Effused
    Ads are way too long
This show is great if you like multiple two minute long ads per episode. It’s not great if you don’t

    gud podcast & gud hosts
I listen every friday afternoon at work as a treat to get ready for the weekend. It’s tailored precisely to my interests, ie games, butts, venting ab awkward childhood memories. Keep it up y’all

    The best!
I was seeking a gaming/culture podcast that breaks the over abundance of white dudes, and the Polygon Show delivers.

I love Simone, Ashley, Allegra and Chelsea. Sometimes they yell and hurt my ears, but I can’t stop.

    Funny, but preachy
They are funny, but can get pretty preachy about social topics.
  • wise and insightful!
    I love this podcast!!!
This is one of my new favorites. This podcast is so needed in this world and prevalent gaming culture. They have super smart insight to games. I really value their opinions and experience of what makes good gameplay (and bad gameplay). Their goofy banter makes me happy - such a genuine and fun group. <3 ily polygon show.

    An Ode to Friendship
I recently moved across the country (the US), and I have yet to form any friendships out here on the west coast. I catch myself missing my friends every day. The Polygon Show is a heartwarming and hilarious podcast that reminds me of all the best things about having a group of friends. They could (and do) talk about anything and I would be endlessly entertained by their friendship. Keep up the good work Simone, Ashley, Chelsea, and Allegra!

    Loud and annoying
I listen to a lot of podcasts. The info shared on this podcast is excellent, however the hosts are way to overbearing at times. Many times during conversations they yell and laugh uncontrollably and frankly my ears can’t stand that. I subscribed and tried to listen for several months and most of the time I couldn’t finish an episode due to the volume. No offense to Polygon, but I’ll stick to reading the news online.
  • Lesliewrites
    Great Job
I'm so happy to have an all-femme video game podcast to listen to, thank you so much Polygon!
  • NicholasFish
    So charming, funny, fun
I love all the Polygon gals, guys, and people. Simone, Allegra, Ashley, and Chelsea are all charming, funny, smart hosts who always have interesting commentary and quips on the latest in gaming. It's a great show; don't miss out.
