    As I’ve been listening more, I’ve realized that a lot of podcasts can be fast paced and almost frenetic at times. In contrast, the host of the barefoot movement podcast is so chill and relaxed, it’s not just educational but also relaxing to listen to. Helps me to slow down and chill out.
