BnkrptInformativeRegardless of your political views, this program hits the mark. You don’t have to agree with the decision of the court, and CSPAN manages (usually) to get a number of different expert points of view for consideration. The important part of this program for me is that CSPAN gives you the full story of the case and its history - the parties to the case, the members of the court, and the political situation of the time, in order to put the decision of the court in context. So, it’s not about getting you to agree or disagree. It’s ability being informed. Well done CSPAN.
