Lou_lou_aNeoliberal propagandaThe latest episode of a former Trump official who will be voting for Holocaust Harris is a perfect example of the absolute abysmal state of Latinx media. No critical thinking, just Trump bad, Harris good. Harris, who has vowed to continue to build Trump’s border wall, Harris of the Biden-Harris administration who continues to imprison immigrants, Harris who has abandoned DACA and Dreamers to appeal to the right.

Delia dlVThe best interviews you will hearLatina to Latina is one of my favorite podcasts, and the one I recommend most to friends and colleagues. Juleyka and Alicia curate the most amazing interview subjects with incredibly inspiring yet relatable life stories and impact. Alicia is so thoughtful and intentional as an interviewer. I have worked with some of the women she’s interviewed and Alicia has the skill to draw out the stories that should be shared with the world but with care and gentleness that make it feel healing, not exploitative. If I am ever interviewed, I hope Alicia is on the other side of that conversation. Every single episode is worth listening to. Every. Single. One! Thank you for this gem of a show!

On my drive to workIsabel Allende EpisodeI love this woman. I can literally feel her energy through the speaker of my phone. Such a beautiful and simple episode about a woman who has lived so many lives in one lifetime. The questions that were asked were so thoughtful as well and I really felt this sense of genuineness throughout the interview. Well done and thank you for this.

Customer100000The Lawtina Episode was lit and more!I’ve been listening since they started and I love their episodes but the most recent one about normalizing failure, and the story about the “Lawtina” (Latina lawyer) was incredible. As a Lawtina myself, someone who no longer wanted to practice and law felt like a failure (now owning my a small business- Lawtina LLC)- this is what I really needed to hear!! Specially with going into a new year. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Mil gracias for what you do! For bringing hard topics to discussions and empowering us to be ourselves and shine the light of hope into our souls.

Ch@pinaWhy Gianna Nino-Tapia embodies labor rightsExcellent podcast- Gianna’s insight into the lack of labor protections faced by farm workers is excellent. The health disparities faced by the community and the need for culturally sensitive doctors like is so great. Thank you Gianna and Latina to Latina.

ValerieVillarreal_CAFinally, the true diversity of Latina experience. This is the best podcast—essential listening for any Latina, or any executive/manager, teammate, or friend who wants to support them! The diversity, breadth and quality of guests is unparalleled. Alicia is a mix of Tim Ferris + Oprah. From interviews with a farm worker turned Medical student, a corporate executive, philanthropist, and spiritual healer—these Latinas are so unique in their trials and triumphs, yet I relate with each so deeply. Pulled apart with Alicia’s brilliant, warm, elevating journalistic style—these stories remind us where we came from, and more importantly, where we are going. Latinas are literally the future of America, this is a preview of our impact at large. I want to give un abrazo to Alicia and every guest, this community could become a Facebook or private community too!
-

Tatianna M.Empoweringevery single interview gives you a sense of "si se puede". Alicia engages with her guests and they open up to share and are so vulverable. As a latina, we know that's hard. I saw myself in Carla Vernón's experience and being a square away from circles. How many of us have been hit with a similar conversation at our workplace? I know I have been. Thank you so much for introducing us to amazing latinas and for doing this podcast! It is a breath of fresh air and I always look forward to your episodes!
