What happened

Where did they go? They haven’t released an episode since February.

This show started off as a must-listen podcast for Nats news. The addition of Nick Ashooh as the host has added too much nonsense to this once very analytical podcast about a highly analytical sport. The loss of Todd Dybas has only accentuated the decline. Nick’s desire for the Nats to acquire Trevor Bauer just for the journalistic hijinx he would bring to the team is just one example of how Nick appears to desire stories over winning. I would love to see this podcast return to its more analytical format with only the occasional silly humor. Hopefully that will return with the return of the 2021 spring training.

This show would be much better without Todd adding in snarky and disinterested opinions. Chase does a great job given he’s a real fan of the team and baseball as a whole, but he also doesn’t give them unwarranted praise like other fan-based pods. Nick Ashooh was likely the reason I stopped listening all together, I found him annoying because he sounds like a game show host in the middle of a baseball podcast. Beyond the baseball talk that maybe makes up 1/4 of the show now, I would bet there is or will be a better Nats podcast around.

This podcast was notable better before Nick Ashooh joined. I want to like him, he seems like a great guy but he’s not a baseball expert and the show has gone down in quality since he joined. That being said, as a diehard Nats fan it is still a must listen.

Juan Soto’s batting title is legit even though it is a shortened season because everyone had to deal with the same challenges... but the Nationals season was an aberration that doesn’t count? Well done boys. Well done.

Love the cast. The three play well off of each other with their personalities and opinions. Thanks for continuing through these current times. Gives us something to look forward to.

I've been following this podcast since the middle of the 2019 season. It is always informative and entertaining. Even in this extended off-season, the timely updated podcasts and the replays of the 2019 post-season pods have been great and very welcomed. Keep up the good work!

Todd, Chase and Tim provide awesome insight into the nationals and have a great dynamic together which makes it even better to listen to.

I’m a Yankee fan that decided to tune in during the Post Season. I really enjoy the way that the pod cast is formulated, as well as the rapport.

Really like Chase. He is local and gets what it is like to be a DC sports fan. Todd not so much.

Great podcast but the volume on the adds and interviews is WAY too loud.

Good insight shared on the podcast. They built their listener base up by offering post-game recap podcasts, which we (listeners) loved. Then they stopped offering the postgame podcasts and now only offer periodic check-ins. I unsubscribed because you can find that type of offering just about anywhere. Interested to see how their listener-base growth will be moving forward.

This has to be the best sports podcast I’ve ever listened to! I love the producers’ personalities and their balance between analysis and fun banter. I’m sure the wraps after each game were a lot of work, but that’s what set this pod apart! A short 10-15 minute recap is perfect for catching up on a game that I wasn’t able to follow. Regardless of format, thanks for producing such a great podcast!

Love the concise and understandable breakdown of every game, curly W or not. Part of my daily rotation of podcasts and is a must for any Nats fan! Please don’t change the format and keep doing post game shows after every game.

This is far and away the best Nats podcast. It has set the bar so much higher in a lot of ways. It’s informative and funny. Todd and Tim know their stuff and Chase makes me laugh. Highly recommend from my seat in sec. 235.

Out of town fan gets recaps from the game from analysts that know the teams strengths and weaknesses, and baseball in general. Love this podcast!

This is by far the best Nationals podcast! I enjoy listening to every episode and I only wish sometimes that it was longer. I love the game recaps now that the season is in full swing. I would like to see however a longer podcast at least once a week for a week in review or a deep conversation about a specific player or topic! I always find myself smiling and laughing out loud during the episode. The knowledge of the sport and the team is first class Otherwise keep up the great work and GO Nats!

As a Nats fan this is a must listen.

These guys have been great to have in my ears to just gear good Nats talk in the winter season. Todd and the Tims have been following the Nats for years and have good sources and feel for the team. Looking forward to their season coverage.
