This podcast is wonderful. I've listened to all the episodes but forgot to subscribe until I heard Keith's amazing outro song on the Dave Hill episode. The transition from podcasting hall of fame to rock and roll hall of fame will be flawless.

I love comedy, and listening to a little talk about the business on podcasts over the years has given me a lot more respect for the art. The “first time” isn’t something comics touch on often. Keith and Chemda found a cool area to shine a light with conversation.

That’s what this is and like KATG it is hilarious.

My Opening Line is a good intro to the amazing podcasting pioneers Keith and Chemda. Their main podcast has over 3000 episodes! 13 years! That’s how good they are. You have a lot to catch up on. The sooner the better.

Keith and Chemda have always been able to deliver a top notch podcast no matter what the subject! They are an important part of my day and have never let me down!

Have been listening to Keith and The Girl for years. Love their daily podcast. Am a member of their VIP programming, and enjoy the podcasts contained therein. This is another exceptional podcast put out by some of the best in the business. In addition to the great chemistry and humor you get from Keith and Chemda, it is fun and interesting to hear about the early days of performing from their guests. You get Keith and The Girl regular guests as well as some of the biggest names in comedy.

This show helped me go on stage for the first time

They've been interviewing comedians 5 days a week for over 10 years. They've learned how to dig the most embarrassing and funny stories out of a guest. And they've turned it into a new show. It doesn't matter if you're a comedy buff of novice, you'll have a good time trying not to laugh like a weirdo with your headphones in.

Not only a great concept, but a great execution! Keith and Chemda are fabulous in every incarnation, so I knew I'd be getting another awesome show with My Opening Line. I was not disappointed! Now stop reading reviews and go listen!

Keith and Chemda talk to comedians about their first time on stage and all the embarrassment that goes along with it. Just got done listening to Ep 1 where Emma Willman performs behind a kitchen counter after receiving this intro: “So, Emma’s gonna tell her joke now.” Don’t miss out on this! It’s a beautiful ball of funny and sadness all wrapped into one.

I love this podcast because it speaks the truth about what and who they are! You get to know the comedian behind the comedy!
