Show was great with ol beach ball lombo absolutely hacking up the English language and any mundane bland player name out there not to mention the difficult to pronounce names as well, he doesn’t discriminate. The new guy stinks. It’s reminiscent of Coach Gruden in the MNF broadcast, football fans were fully expecting Gruden to give us his true and unfiltered thoughts, That never happened because Gruden still had NFL aspersions so he he sheilded his true opinions in favor for “I love this guy, this guy is great” about every one. This Mark simp is top toeing through every subject so he doesn’t ruffle feathers and the show is lacking majorly because. It’s an auto skip for me now, hovering dangerously close to removal.

This was a GREAT show with Mike Lombardi who would regularly butcher the English language and NFL orthodoxy. Mark Domminik toes the in NFL line and rarely provides any meaningful insight about the NFL or the decision making of GMs. This just another football show with a talking head, hyping and pumping gambling.

The new guy doesn’t talk about psychology experiments or hand out awards based on restaurants from his childhood. Bad voice energy too

Wow, this has become a terrible listen. Lombardi was so candid and almost always correct—years ahead of others. The new guy has no insight at all and is clearly reluctant to criticize anyone. I could have brought more insight to the discussion of last weekend’s games and I am but a casual football fan. The discussion of the Lions game was particularly pathetic. How do you not talk about the deer-in-headlights play of Goff, or the bad play calls? Instead, it is oh well, they tried hard. I am sad to say this because I used to really look forward to Lombardi’s insights.

Who’s the new host?? Never an explanation what happened to Pat the Lions Boy but I don’t miss him

M Lombardi was good, but he became extremely repetitive. Mark D has been a breath of fresh air and has been a great replacement. I'm listening way more often again.

It is natural that filling Lombardy’s shoes is difficult, but this is not good. You devolved into a questionable weekly analysis show. I get that this guy doesn’t have much of exposure beyond Rahim Morris, but that is not an excuse. Getting to the point of unfollowing

Please, no more Josh Freeman or Raheem Morris stories.

This is one of 4-5 podcasts I would pay money for. Why it didn’t go to pay-to-play is beyond me. Even having to deal with the awkwardness of Femi’s connection to Michael for 2 years. Even with the lack of credibility with the rotating cast of Femi’s replacements. I would have paid. But alas, Michael Lombardi is on to the next stage of his career. Michael’s gain, our loss. Makes me proud to say Jersey produces the best talent. I will UNSUBSCRIBE now. Thanks for the memories!

Been my go to NFL pod for several years, Mike told it like it is , and was really plugged into the league. Crushed it prob won’t be around anymore. Learned some great leadership strategies as well, best of luck Mike! Hope you and Coach Belicheck kill it at UNC!

Can’t listen anymore. Lombo is too arrogant and thinks he knows better than everyone. Also employs “yes people” that perpetuate everything he says. Appreciate the knowledge and experience he has, but I’ve just had enough.

Please for the love of G*d fix Patrick’s distortion. Lombardi breaks up constantly and sounds like he’s broadcasting from 3 feet under the Jersey shore. Who’s the Chief Fix It Officer there? The whole podcast is on the lam until they start respecting the ears of their audience.

Bill’s quote re the Jet’s ownership was Ready,Fire, Aim, NOT Ready,Aim, Fire. The point was that the Jet’s the owner takes action before thinking it through. Good show but wish they’d address their picks after the games are played, especially when the picks are way off. It’s more interesting to learn from mistakes. We already know why they made the pick, understanding why it was off base is interesting - saying nothing or only talking about picks that were correct doesn’t provide any analysis

I love this podcast and have been listening to it since its inception. Losing Femi was a big hit & was really worried with who would be hosting with Lombardi. They hit a grand slam bring in Patrick and all is right in the world.

Have been listening to the Shuffle since 2018. The knowledge and history of football & the League that Michael Lombardi has shared over the years has been great. What separates the Pod was it felt like friends were discussing the game over beers or at the Barber Shop. Pat brings that feeling back for sure that Adnan & Femi had to compliment Michael.

I’m sure it’s not on purpose but Michael seems to go out of the way to not talk about the Seahawks despite there being a ton to talk about. Schneider took over the organization and brought in a 100% new coaching staff! I was suprised when he didn’t talk about Bo Nix and McDonald both having their NFL debut, when we played the beloved patriots, and when we played his hated Giants but our prime time games below were especially surprising…. September 30th Seahawks play Monday night football, against Detroit. Monday morning podcast doesn’t mention the Seahawks at all. October 10th Seahawks play Thursday night against the 49ers not a word….

She sounds great but she sounds like she is recording the podcast in her bathroom. Echoey and hard to understand. Can the producer help her out please?

Michael Lombardi is a football savant, however with the new host Grace there is very little value added football knowledge. It would be interesting to understand what “suits“ decided to put Grace into this role. She has extremely low energy and we’re not getting any personality from her like we got with Femi or even Stormy. Grace may well grow into the role, but her lack of insight and knowledge is a concern. As MIchael would say, if you know you’ve made a bad choice of player or coach, cut your losses sooner rather than later.

Shows has turned into defending Uncle Bill and and bashing any team that didn’t hire him. The new host adds nothing to the show and seemingly has little in-depth knowledge of football.

The new hosts mic is really bad quality and in the last episode was making popping sounds when she spoke. Is it her or is the audio engineer not keeping up?

Great show, but an even greater show with Femi! Nothing against the new co-host, but there was great chemistry with Michael and Femi!

Lombardi doesn’t hold back and sugar coat things. Would make this 5 stars just for that reason alone but with the audio sounding like he’s talking into a potato sometimes and consistently getting players and coaches names wrong it could definitely be better

I love this guy, love this show. Grace is so much better, experienced and interesting than Adnan and Femi. And, great chemistry between Mike and Grace. Grace’s questions to Mike during the show don’t appear to be rehearsed, Mike lights up to answer them. When Femi would ask a question, Mike would get a little disgusted lol,. Great show! Grace Remington killed this podcast for me. I love Lombardi’s insight but another woman shoehorned into a sports show that doesnt belong. Chemistry crushed, he cant be himself, she has no clue about his of the show’s core

The new co-host Grace keeps stepping on Lombardi’s lines. Almost sounds like there is a time delay in the audio or something. We’re not listening for the co-host no matter who it is.

This is the best NFL podcast!!!! Each time I listen, I learn something new. Lombardi backs up his analysis with facts. He is refreshing to listen to. Unlike other shows, Lombardi does not sugar coat or give measured responses. He does not hedge. He takes a stance on a subject based on his experience as an NFL executive as well as his unsurpassed knowledge of the game. And I am a Giants fan. I love him for speaking his truth about this dysfunctional and dreadful organization. The Giants have lost their way. Unfortunately, things will continue to spiral downwards. Indeed, John Mara needs to wake up. For this upcoming season, I am looking at 3-14 record. I enjoy listening to segments about leadership. In addition, Lombardi is well read. I love when he talks about his own books as well as books about the NFL. Two suggestions: Please teach me and listeners how you watch game on TV. I have heeded your advice about muting or turning the sound low. I try to not watch the ball. I pay attention to the guards on offense. Based on if they fall back or move forward let me know whether it is a run or pass. I like to watch the DT too. Are they taking on blocks to keep the linebackers clean? When evaluating players in a game. What do you look at in a player? For a defensive back, how they move their hips? A Tackle how they use their feet? I would like to meet Mr Lombardi. We share common interests in movie and film too. I loved Bill Walsh book. Score Takes Care of Itself. I would like Mr Lombardi to start a book club segment to his pod. Ie. Used to really enjoy listening to Michael and his insights and had been a follower since his days at the Ringer but the constant ripping on the Falcons for not hiring his buddy Belichik has gotten old. Looking forward to Bill not getting hired somewhere else next year so Lombardi has another team to complain about constantly. I might resubscribe then.

I love knowing that what Mike and Femi say is what they actually believe. I never miss an episode.
