I was Baptized as a child was a sinner and sailor, been to Vatican twice will overseas in Navy met two popes and realized most religious leaders are politicians, so struggled with the word my entire life , since unashamed pod cast and getting married to saved women and her preacher was hunter and fisherman so I have a new lease one the word and it help me through 7 years of suffering with infection and multiple surgeries now back to walking and hunting listening to the Bible on tape with ear bud while hunting

75% of the shows are very good and those are the shows where you limit small talk and get right into the Bible study. Other shows involving long rambling conversations with family, celebrities etc are not all that interesting. Today’s show with Dallas Jenkins was such an example and I turned it off. It’s presumptuous of podcasters to think their listeners have unlimited time and will stick around through shows where the Bible isn’t taught. We want to hear you guys (especially Phil) talk about the Bible. Thanks.

I love this podcast! It is my “go to” whether at work, home or gym. My husband and boys are hunters so I relate to the stories. They met Phil many years ago at Sportsmans Warehouse. I have been listening to the podcast for a while now and just figured out how to leave a review! If you listen and follow along regularly and just try to practice living in a manor they speak of you will be surprised at how this can affect your life. Ive struggled with my faith for many years from due to my own poor choices. Indulging in worldly sinful behaviors that have done me no good. The guys have encouraged me to be a better more humble man. I, along with my wife, parents and friends, have noticed a huge change in my overall demeanor. I am much more slow to get angry, think before I speak, and selective on the phrases I use. Thank you for your work. God must truly be proud of y’all. God Bless!

I pray that God shows me the path He wants me to walk on, and this podcast with Jase, Al, and Phil gives me the encouragement and direction to strive to walk on God path. This podcast has become part of my daily life and I have hope to live a better life and lead others to Jesus.

Firstly, I am a woman of “a certain age” and have listened to every episode. I have been a fan since DD days, and loved having a family friendly show to watch with my kids. I like Zach’s big words. Jase making such a big deal about it is kind of insulting to listeners. Some of us do understand, or want to learn. Also, I would dearly love to hear less stories and more preaching from Phil.

This podcast is amazing! we watched you on your little duck shows few years back, but my husband and I just found your podcast about two weeks ago. I once asked my pastor, as a deacon, to try a relate his sermons to everyday life bc this is what was needed at the time. Imagine how surprised i was to find "Unashamed" You guys do the exact thing i was asking for, but in the good ole Robertson way. So relaxing and easy to follow on your pods. Thank you I listen on the job site and it keeps me relaxed when dealing with construction morons. Look forward to more podcast fellowship.

I love the Robertson family and the unashamed podcast. I listen to it often. It’s really a joy to hear their mixture of wet and funny family stories and also emphasize their Christian values and faith and are just a great example for every day Americans about what’s really important.

You can never tell the story of Jesus too much. Years ago my ex-husband and I sat in preacher’s offices as proud people in pain. My ex was a hunting guide and practically McGyver. He experienced everything intensely and told me everything to the point I experienced that as abusive. The preacher failed to consider his sowing didn’t land on good ground and cast me in the role of the birds, the rocks and the weeds. But if my ex had experienced Jesus love he would have done that intensely, and he would have told me. You guys totally get it. Keep sowing.

I love this family! It’s a blessing hearing them talk about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

How about 10 Stars? Thank you for this podcast, I am working on my relationship with Christ and it is so good to hear biblical discussion in comparison to real life situations. The interpretation is so helpful! The episode where (I am paraphrasing) Lisa was talking about the relationship she had with Christ grew while she was having struggles and feeling his presence. She mentions our relationship with Christ includes communicating with him as much as we would communicate with our spouses. Such a simple thing to do, yet, many struggle with that call to the Lord. That was an impactful statement! I wonder if there is a way to show (or cite the chapter and verse) on the screen which scripture you are talking about and leave it there for a moment for reference in case we missed something. Excellent discussion about the RNC Convention. I really appreciated hearing all the different perspectives and how it can be discussed in a respectful and positive manner. I can’t think of a better way to represent Unity in Jesus, at the end of the day that’s all we truly need anyway. Love podcast and appreciate you all for how you represent Jesus.

My husband and I listened to this podcast on our way home, returning from vacation. We were so disjointed and angry after learning about the attempted assassination a few days ago, we needed to level set and recalibrate our minds and hearts. We love Jesus. We genuinely felt that love of Christ and the Gospel through all the guys on the podcast. I turned and looked at my husband and said, “I bet these guys would sit and share a meal with us…” He turned and looked at me, no hesitation and replied, “They absolutely would.” Y’all are fantastic. I have started from the beginning of this podcast about a month ago, and have enjoyed hearing them break down the Bible and their viewpoints. They have real conversations and always have biblical verses to backup their perspective of what they believe. Thank you for this podcast and hope you continue to speak truth.

Update after (7/2/24) I still love what they’re doing here, but I had to take 2 stars away because of all the ads! They used to do their sponsor ads like 3 times per show. Now they’re up to like 5 and that’s not including the 2 regular commercials in the beginning and like half ways. That’s discouraged me to listen more often. (This was my original post from 4+ years ago) I’m from Cali, I’m in my late 30s and I’m Hispanic. Just a little reference there. I found this podcast about a month ago and I love how they talk about what’s going on in their lives and apply that to the Bible study. I have found that their studies are biblical and are focused on Christ and His grace which is exactly what we need to focus on. I can also relate a lot to their lifestyle even tho I’ve never gone duck hunting lol or lived in there area. Keep up the good work fellas

I’ve been a believer, follower, and lover of Jesus Christ for 3 years on September 16th 2024. I’m starting episode 416 today. I love your family, and what you represent. It’s helped me to understand my responsibility as the head of household under Jesus and what that means. My Lord and Savior has truly saved my eternal life. I’m 45 now, and I definitely feel the pull of the mission Jesus gave me. Listening to this podcast has helped me to understand from a more practical and spiritual view, as well as my Bible study. I just discovered Unashamed (yea late to the party) and so thankful that I have. I love the banter and their unashamed love of God. Thank you so much for sharing your lives but more importantly for sharing the gospel with us.

Love the humor, but more importantly they tie everything back to Gods word. Genuine guys who lead by example! Watching Duck Dynasty last winter got me through some of my darkest days, they gave me hope & showed me that there are strong men who love the Lord & their families.
