My heart goes out to Brother Brooks. This has to tear you to your core to Spend so much time Justifying who you are and what you stand for before even opening up discussing about this subject matter. I’ve been yearning for you to address any subject matter that maybe related to race in the church. I’m convinced that the largest problem is that most of your listers don’t truly identify as resting in Christ as their first identity., but. First pledge allegiance to the flag. (Nationalism) I actually am deeply disturbed by the News repot during the break by even the news repot during your podcast. I wish more people could actually truly hear the Gospel and make that their first and foremost love and not the Love of their money and their country. Good try but we are not following our first Love. Grace and Prace!! If only the babies that are loved could be loved once they became melinated.

This is a safe space for dialogue for people from all walks of life. Chris Brooks is respectful & loving as he has conversations of things happening in our world today, about what the Bible says, & an ability to equip the saints through his radio show.

This show has been and continues to be a blessing for me and my family. Pastor Brooks is a warrior for Christ! Gods presence is felt and speaks to my soul.

The World and Everything In It and The Breakpoint Podcast are my favorite news sources. Equipped is my favorite news conversation! I so greatly appreciate the personal nature of Pastor Chris as he and his well chosen, expert guests examine and explore current events through the 'biblical lense' as he says! The show is a Christian comparison to Radio Times, a local show on my local NPR station. Pastor Chris does not shy away from any topic, and his show focuses on issues people face in life, and in their spiritual walk. They discuss tangible ways to handle the situations we face in life, and how to think critically about all that goes on around us. Seeing as how the world presents us with so many heartbreaking and frustrating things to deal with, I so appreciate Pastor Chris's positive view, and daily reminder that this is the day the Lord has made, and no matter what is happening, we will rejoice and be glad in it! This show is both educational and an encouragement. I'm so thankful for it!!

I would listen to Chris’s podcast just for his encouraging beginning invitation to rejoice with him for each day! :-) But he also has interesting special guests to help understand what God is doing in our culture. This is a great show!

It isn't enough to just listen casually on the radio because the ideas expressed require some thoughfulness and reflection. So I subscribed to podcast so I can think deeper.
