Wiretap is the benchmark in which I compare any other radio/podcast. I’ve yet to find a show that is comparable. You should go look on the internet and listen to them all. This podcast, is hot garbage. There was a trickle of content, and now just puts out ads for other cbc shows.

I can't remember when I started listening to Wire Tap--seems like it must have been a lifetime ago. So glad to see it come back. Truly the best podcast ever and I've missed you!

Found this show back in 2008 and became a loyal listener whenever a new episode I could find aired. I loved it, it was really well written and well acted and sometimes felt like it wasn’t. I was incredibly sad to see it go off the air. I still listen to it years later, kind of in the same semi-depressed realisation-his-life state as the host noticing I’m listening to only things that I get, but that does make it better in a way.

Peabody worthy. Reminds me of Joe Frank meets Muffy Drake in Paris for drinks.

I adore this show!! This was the first radio program I looked forward to hearing. So happy to see it accessible to my older self.

I was looking for something new to subscribe for the commute to and I found Wiretap - I’m so happy I can’t wait to go to work tomorrow. I used to love it and can’t wait to listen to it all again

Please either raise the audio level of the show or lower the level of the ads and interstitials. The difference is 15-20 db. It is alarming and painful when the ads come on.

Heavyweight is my very fav podcast. You are hilarious there!! More Heavyweight, please. This is too stressful to listen to. I want to find the gems in WireTap (Radical Honesty was a really great listen), but there’s just too much that’s so hard to listen to. This is the first review I’ve ever written for anything, after forty years of life, and over a decade of deep podcast listening. More Heavyweight, please! You split my sides and open my eyes there. Wiretap is the exact opposite. Cool that you can have these different avenues of expression, I guess :)

Will change this from 2 to 5 stars once CBC remixes the inserted ads and turns them down to reasonable levels. Holy wow, they blast my eardrums every time. It’s sonic assault and it ruins the flow of the episode. Love Jonathan’s work tho! <3
