Before this podcast, I stayed awake at night. Thinking of how tragic it is to be a Bengals Fan. Thinking of how we drafted Center Billy Price over MVP Lamar Jackson and WR John Ross over The GOAT Patrick Mahomes who Kansas City drafted 1 pick later. Getting hit by the melee of unfortunate incidents, I thought of ending My Fanhood. As I was about toss myself, off a scaffold, into a giant boiling batch of Skyline Chilli… I heard it. Coming from my phone was Truly “The #1 Bengals Podcast”. It was ESPN meets Sesame Street! A Man was a child again!! Gone were the thoughts of Chilli Asphyxiation— replaced by a future of optimism. Dadio and Hodgie are the hidden gem amongst our Bengals community. They’re puppets... no really. You can’t tell via podcast but they are living breathing felt and fluff puppets. But they are also 2 of the most dedicated Bengals analysts and commentators you’ll find in our fan base. They’ve been covering the Bengals for years and have developed relationships with the team and the players to give you and I the unfiltered access that we all crave. I’m going to be honest with you, if you’re looking for the standard reporter questions with standard player/coach responses Hodgie and Daddio are probably not what you’re looking for. They’re not afraid to ruffle peoples feathers, Or get a little outside the box. But they’re also freaking hilarious! Maybe the fact that their puppets lets them get away with just a little bit more than your average sports broadcaster could get away with during their one on one interviews. Either way, it makes for original and entertaining content that I personally love. -Logi
