The political podcasts I’ve been addicted to are a bit depressing nowadays, and Kira’s amazing JLTY podcast doesn’t come out often enough ;) My escape is Hallmark (and similar movies) and I remembered about this podcast. I’ve started from the beginning & have been loving it. I LOL during each episode. Great show, so comforting! 🩷 Wishing everyone a bit of sappy, predictable and comfortable Hallmark magic in the crevices of life when you just “can’t even”. 😂

This is a great break from the day to day! I don’t even watch Hallmark movies but really enjoy this podcast! It’s like you are listening in on some Hot Gossip about a man and woman and you are just waiting to figure out what happens to them! The podcast brings some cheerful, levity to some dreary days that can happen! So let’s keep Hot Sassafras alive!

Kira and Amelia have great chemistry. They’re a riot together. They talk about all the inside jokes and tropes that Hallmark fans love. Great listen for my wife and I.

If you even remotely like Hallmark movies, this is a MUST listen. Kira & Amelia are so engaging individually, but together they are fabulous! They always leave me wanting more and I can’t wait for the next episode!!! SO much fun and frivolity in the best sense of the word. A great listening escape from the drudgery of life these days!!! I had never watched a Hallmark movie when I heard Kira mention her new Hallmark podcast on Just Listen to Yourself (a MUST subscribe). Needing a break from COVID/election reality, I hopped over and was so entertained by Kira and Amelia’s breakdown that I decided to watch my first Hallmark movie just so I would understand this fun podcast better! It didn’t disappoint. It was everything these bright ladies said it would be: festive, cheerful, predictable and satisfying in the most absorbing way. Just like this podcast! I’m looking forward to hearing more from these gals throughout the year because apparently Hallmark is more than just Christmas movies. It feels like hanging out with friends. Subscribe!!

Do your friends NOT watch Hallmark movies?! LAME... neither do mine. So I’m thankfully these ladies chat about them in a fun, cheesy, sarcastic and hilarious way. I love how they point out the typical troupes, Hallmark facts and guess whether or not the protagonists will fall in love!! (SPOILER: they will!) Hallmark movies are the best and so are Kira and Amelia. Can’t wait for more!

A few years ago while traveling with friends, I ended up watching a Hallmark Christmas movie. I thought it would be bad, but I was hooked. I look forward to them every year. So when I saw that Kira and Amelia had a podcast to discuss them, I had to sign up. They reviews are fun, everyone should listen to the podcast for a good time. Both the movies and the podcast take you away from all the stress of the day, and make you smile.
