Two cisgendered, straight white women yell at Star Wars for not being diverse enough
Tricia has become a very toxic part of the fandom and uses her Twitter page to alienate tons of fans and yell at the creators that don’t meet her head canon. I don’t see positivity or tolerance from her, and can no longer support this podcast. There is also some integrity issues with what they say (they LOVED TLJ until it was cool to hate it, did and interview with how Ashley found out about the clone wars returning then posting a completely different story after celebration Chicago). I noticed how they have had one male POC speak on their show and then as they were pushing the “Finn got screwed” narrative they stopped asking for that guy’s opinion(which he had no problem with Finn’s story but two white women’s opinions are more relevant on the matter in their eyes). And their one WOC host retired(who was constantly being belittled and talked over by Tricia) so now it’s two white women talking about how there’s not enough diversity in Star Wars- HYPOCRITES

    Saving what we love.
Teresa, Trica, Sarah and their whole crew take the time to carefully explore their fandoms. They praise what they love and allow for change, development and improvement. They engage in quality interviews with members of the Star Wars community and bring a much welcome perspective to the fandom.

FGGR three great hosts, Tricia, Teresa, and Sarah who each have their own unique POV’s which lends to a great podcast.

    Relatable Star Wars Podcast
Though I'm still behind in episodes and trying to listen all the way from episode one (currently on 20), Fangirls Going Rogue is, by far, my favorite Star Wars Podcast. The girls talk about Star Wars and things surrounding it that I am actually interested in, they have great interviews, and obviously so excited about what they're doing and passionate about. If you're looking for a more female perspective on Star Wars, a podcast that is knowledgable, or a podcast that will encourage your young FanGirls, I cannot recommend this podcast enough! Like seriously, listen now. Go download it, I dare you!

    Research is important
I’ve tried with this podcast for about a year now. I’ve even listened to their older stuff, but I can’t listen anymore. The hosts are plenty enthusiastic about the fandom, but they clearly do not spend time reading any official comments from LFL or materials released from LFL (like books or interviews). They’re definitely on the “nitpick Star Wars” train that has gotten a lot of people famous (though, if Filoni is involved, it’s apparently without flaw). If you need a Star Wars podcast with some research and knowledge about canon and supplementary info, check out the Making Star Wars stuff. If you want to hear enthusiastic fans, check out Lattes With Leia.

    Very entertaining
I really enjoy listening to this podcast. I wasn’t 100% sure if I would, but it surpassed my expectations. I always look forward to the next show, as I’m going through the past episodes trying to get to all of them eventually.

    Amazing!
Are you tired of Star Wars seeming like a boys club? This is the podcast for you! Aside from the usual, they have s focus on merch geared towards ladies and the content creators who aren’t white and male! Not only is the podcast amazing, but after the last episode I sent a message, just before passing out at 1 am (I can only imagine how fragmented it must have been), because the ladies talked about the need for diversity in the show (in light of the Favreau announcement) and didn’t mention LGBT+ faces and voices within the series. Basically, I wondered if it might have been intentional, because I’m fairly new to the show and haven’t perfectly kept up with episodes or their social media. The quick google search I did made me feel much better about it, but I essentially came up with nothing based on the search terms I used. I received an extremely kind message back first thing the next day saying that no, they are very supportive of LGBT+ inclusion and even took the time to point to where I could find some of that content on it if I wanted! So all in all: wonderful show and wonderful hosts! If you’re looking for a great show that celebrates diversity in Star Wars, look no further!

    Original
And not because it’s a woman-run show. There’s tons of fanboy/girl shows about Star Wars out there, but the difference here — it’s smarter than most. The conversations have depth. Story arcs are discussed at length and the questions like “does this make sense for the character?” and “what do you think this will mean for future of Star Wars?” As well as “how cool was that moment?” are thrown around a lot. If your ears prefer smart but also fun conversations about Star Wars topics pop this loveliness into your ears and take a listen. You won’t be disappointed.

    My Tribe!
I featured this podcast on my blog for my Deanna Listens podcast feature, but I want to also write these lovely ladies a review here on itunes. I LOVE this podcast. It's fun to find a podcast for the thing you love and it makes you feel less like the only person that obsesses over Star Wars. The Fangirl community is awesome, and I really suggest you give these awesome women a listen! If you love Star Wars & fangirl flailing you are in the right place!

    One of the Best
As a longtime listener, this podcast is always a highlight in my playlist. With great audio quality, excellent discussion, and three of the best podcast hosts out there, it places them at the top of the Star Wars podcast genre. Their female viewpoint is an added bonus as there are so few female Star Wars podcasts out there.

    Very informative and entertaining podcast
Tricia, Teresa and Sarah do an incredible job of providing a fluid podcast with their views on current happenings in the fandom world. Their diverse backgrounds provide different paths of thought and insight to the various topics that they cover. The conversations they have are fun, informative and genuine. They also have great guests that are fun and interesting to listen too. This is a great podcast to jump in and follow. Keep up the great work!

    Love love love this podcast
Since I am a quilter I love listening to music and podcasts while I sew. I am always disappointed when there isn't a fresh new Fangirl podcast when I get up to my sewing room. And those days that I don't have time to sew are also a bummer because I have to wait to listen to your podcast! I was so delighted, excited and even teary eyed when I first found you all - a much needed voice in the Star Wars world! Your positivity, intelligence and love for all things Star Wars shines through on each episode. I listen to other Star Wars podcasts too, but Fangirls Going Rogue is the best! May the Force be with you!

    Excellent podcast regardless of gender
I love Fangirls Going Rogue. The hosts bring great insight and a great perspective on Star Wars. Don't let the title fool you, it's not 'just for girls' as I am a man who proudly enjoys every show. As a father, I love their inclusive nature, and Teresa, Sarah, and Tricia are positive role models for my kids.

    THE Show for Kicka** Women
Was a fan of them when they were with the Rebel Force Radio network. (Sure, those guys say questionable things sometimes, but they're well-intentioned and put on a fantastic program). While "Rebel Grrl" is a very personality-based show, Fangirls gets the balance right of analyzing Star Wars in a professional manner while also explaining their personal opinions intelligently.
  • Swarz Seawalker
    Absolutely superb podcast
Whether you're a fangirl or fanboy, this is a wonderfully engaging, thoughtful, and fun podcast that will help you live out your Star Wars imagination on your commute, exercise, or whenever you listen to podcasts. Highly recommended.

Great Podcast for All Fangirls & Boys
My boyfriend and I wandered in to their live taping at Star Wars Celebration and have been fans ever since. I listened to all their back episodes and now can't wait for new ones on their new website! The hosts are welcoming, warm, funny, and smart as well as great with guests. They invigorate the fandom and talk intelligently on the problems fangirls and female characters alike face while staying positive and encouraging fangirls to flail all they like! A really wonderful podcast.

    One of the best
I've been listening to them for a long time now and they're great. I'm a dude and I love listening. One of the best Star Wars podcasts out there. They're a lot of fun with great insight and a ton of background knowledge. It feels like your sitting down with your buddies talking about the Wars together every time you listen. It's great for general star was but you also get some cool female perspectives and insights into the feminine aspect of Star Wars and how cool that is. Highly recommend it for any hearing person.
  • WSK9002
A fantastic podcasts for male and female Star Wars fans.
I have been buddies with the hosts for about two years now and I have to say, they are some of the nicest people I have ever met. This isn’t just a podcast about just “fangirl geeking out” about Star Wars. This podcast is also about females embracing what they like and gaining inner strength about being a female Star Wars fans. I listen to her Star Wars podcast but as a male this one gives me a different perspective that I would not have thought of otherwise.

A must for Star Wars fans
One of my first podcasts and now one of my favorites. Tricia, Teresa, and Sarah balance the perfect mix of Star Wars knowledge, fandom, and original content. Don’t let the title fool you, this podcast is for all fans not just fangirls.

    Captain Phasma is most pleased!!
These ladies kill it on this podcast. I am a guy, but I enjoy listening to the female perspective on the Wars. It helps me watch the movies and shows with new eyes, and gets my wife connected to my passion for SW. Im so glad that Rebel Force Radio branched out with this podcast. They have done so well that now they have their own feed! Be sure to subscribe to this one!

For Girls & Guys, Star Wars is for all!
This is an amazing show with three women who are passionate about Star Wars and empowering of female fans around the world. They are so engaging, my wife and daughter both have been regularly listening for the last year. I can't recommend them enough to anyone interested in a XX chromosome view of the Star Wars universe. JediTink... what an absolutely brilliant handle.

These are the girlfriends I never had
I've love star wars most of my life. I was 16 when I saw A New Hope the summer of 1977. I was in love with Luke Skywalker and was going to marry him. I could not share my love of all things geek with girls my age. It just wasn't cool to be a girl who loves Star Wars or things like it. And now as an adult there are not any women in my life who enjoy talking about Star Wars. I love to listen to these women talk about things I am already thinking about daily. It is a breath of fresh air and makes my day better each time I listen to them. I just want to pinch all their cheeks. Hugs and Congratulations on your new adventure in podcasting. I know you will go far.
