My 2 favorite shows are ‘Wednesdays with Walton and Newberry’ and a ‘Great talk’ with Marty and Danny. Scoops is just a classic website with good writing from Bernie and plenty of great podcasts including the 2 I mentioned. I like the James Carlton Mizzou pods too!

Martin’s back has to be hurting from carrying Dan every Monday. Since Dan was (justifiably) fired for who knows how many DUIs, he’s totally disinterested in any local sports. “I didn’t watch” “I was sleeping” all too common retorts when Martin tries to discuss the week past. Very tired, get Ben Fred on with Martin, would improve the show dramatically.

If you follow the Cards, this podcast is a necessity. Love Danny Mac and am rooting for him.

I love the podcast. Dan is the best, his knowledge and stories are so great. The McCarver/ Gibson interview made my whole week. I had never heard it. As a longtime Cardinals fan I have always enjoyed listening to Dan and I will miss him calling the games. I’m happy I found his podcast and still get to hear his voice!!

Thank you for bringing the McCarver Gibson interview back I remember sitting on my grandfathers lap listening to Gibson pitch in the late 60’s. It doesn’t seem like Cardinal baseball without your voice on the broadcast. You and your family are in my prayers and I can’t wait to see the good that comes from the problems of this off-season.

Just found the podcast and listened to the Gene Stallings interview and it was just incredible. The Big Red were always my team and still are. Priceless stories in the interview and Mr. Stallings was so classy and still sharp as a tack at 86 I believe he said. Great interview and look forward to more

The Chris Long interview was so good!

Not only is Hrabe a great interviewer, but his guests are always entertaining and insightful. The opening and closing songs are great choices as well. Tell your friends!

Love the Hrabe podcast. He is one of the best and most insightful interviewers on the air. Does his homework and connects with his guests.

The Canes take on TMA was spot on. Enjoy your drafts and the convo with Jack was great. Silva has been a good guest as well. His discussion on cheap liquor stores was hilarious.

Although he is a fraud and likes the NBA, Chris is knowledgable and very entertaining. His Friday drafts are one of my favorite segments and he always has good guests. Definitely recommend listening!

Chris’ podcast is a great addition to the Scoops lineup. Great conversations and drafts of random topics.

The media in this town is soft and none softer the Charmin Hrabe! That being said the guy knows his way around a draft and his audio production skills are top notch. I would love for him to do a draft of top vacation spots and bring Iggy on as a guest.

Outside of not picking the Nuggets Mutumbo or Rebecca Lobo team USA threads I am in for all Friday Draft Day sessions going forward. Great addition to my podcast listening library.

Got excited to listen to the podcast advertised as an Opening Day feature, but it was mostly just two white dudes complaining about their lack of enthusiasm for baseball. If I wanted to listen to that I’d watch the Reds’ broadcast.

Hrabe is one of the most talented guys in St Louis. His “appearances” on TMA are incredible. Everything the guy does is gold!

Good interviewer. Good guests. Can’t stand the intro music. I mute the volume for the first 60 seconds.

Danny Mac, Hrabe, Martin and Co. do a good job of bringing on a wide range of guests, and keeping the episodes a reasonable length. I have found myself listening to some interviews on topics I wouldn’t normally seek out elsewhere.

Love the shows and can’t wait for more to drop, keep up the great work and keep adding new talent.

I enjoy listening 1-2 times per week. But the multiple shows each day is driving me nuts. Please divide this up into several podcasts. I’m already skipping most Chris Hrabe episodes. I just don’t like his style. He at least needs to be in a separate podcast so that I can easy skip him.

Unsubscribed on 11/30/2020 Danny Mac, it is extremely unprofessional and reckless to have a doctor on your podcast giving medical advice and telling people what to take to guard themselves against COVID-19. I cannot believe your sponsors would stand by this either. This should not be on your podcast.

I’ve been a huge Chris Hrabe fan from his days on KMOX and I’m so happy he now has a show on scoops.com!! It’s been a relief to hear an honest, local, and above all grounded take on the Cardinals and the Blues, not to mention the local college and high school sports. If you love sports, and in particular those coming out of the St. Louis area, do yourself a favor and check these podcasts. Cannot thank you all enough. Your shows are honest and fun: and every Thursday is like sitting with best friends thing about the teams they love, not the teams the cover. Great stuff!!

Yet no mention of the hockey team in this town. No one wants to hear about Bader’s batting average every show. Hockey will always be better than baseball.

A 100% fhraud, but this show is very good despite the soft STL media (such an embarrassment). Genuinely, this podcast (especially the hrabe show) has entered my regular rotation of podcasts is really good. Love the gambling/dfs insights intertwined with stl sports coverage. Subscribe & enjoy the takes.

I love St Louis sports but had to give up on this podcast. The episodes are larded with ads, not just commercials between sections (oh and there are plenty of these) but the host weaves references to his sponsors into conversations. He seems to care more about keeping his sponsors happy than presenting a good podcast to his listeners.

Does anyone else have to scroll down through hundreds of pods to find the latest one? “Season 1” is at the top but they are old. New pods fall into “Unknown” season and are way down the page. Just hard to find

...must say if the July 15 Wednesdays with Walton is any example of better audio quality - we’ll take it, and we thank you if you saw our complaint about prior Scoops with Danny Mac podcasts where it was hard to hear callers like who Dan is interviewing. Much improved and if the better audio quality continues, it’s much appreciated!

Love the consistency of the sports coverage during the pandemic break and ramping-up to a summer return! The Scoops’ Podcasts make me laugh, keep me informed, and give me a chance to love sports, particularly Cardinals Baseball and Blues Hockey, even more. Keep up the good work everyone!

Holy lord almighty. Love Schnucks. Somehow you made supporting grocery workers like an ad. Why did you isolate the heroes at Schnucks but not Walmart or any other grocer. It felt like you bastardized groceries. And I love Ben Fred but his wife is not “front line” because she works for a hospital in a department that doesn’t interact directly with patients. Stop it. I know there is nothing else to talk about but I felt gross listening. I work front line.

I’m in California so my options for reliable, daily Cardinals coverage is limited. I enjoy Danny Mac, but almost 2 minutes of ads for a 10 minute podcast??!!?? That’s overkill.

Love the baseball content with the exception of Tony Tslke. Hockey and college football / basketball are not what I tune into Scoops to hear about.

Don’t care for some of the topics such as Toly Talks. But the rest of the BB coverage is quite good! Maybe you can get Jevin Wheeler to host some casts. He’s really good.

title speaks for itself n understand the need to advertise but when they make up a third or more of the podcast .. way too many!!
