LydeebeeTransformingWe are always adapting it seems; as an elder, more than a few of these topics are still “in play” in my day to day. I’m listening hard to Nikki’s wisdom, while I have already begun to make change, navigating on topics of i.e.betrayal, loyalty and narcissism. Nikki’s astounding insight, wisdom and determination is a life-force for healing and awareness; a wake up call, especially HSP. Sensitive isn’t delicate. Thank you Nikki. From Lydia

BoundarylessUnique and nuancedI love this show. Nikki has so much hard won , hard earned wisdom and insight. I find her podcast comforting and inspiring. I feel like she “gets me“ in a way that no other person has. I joined her “Patreon“ group and have benefited greatly from submitting a couple questions about boundary issues in relationships and receiving her answers on her live sessions.

ArtemisBethShowin love to mama NikkiSo proud of the show and where it’s at first of all, love when people with great intentions have success! Really though, I’ve never felt more connected in my life, this show put my therapist ( who introduced me) out of a job, with me anyway. I’ve needed everything this show has offered. I listen regularly and it’s actually helped, at almost 40 that’s huge. I love the ferocity for mental health Nikki has, and she has given me more permission to be my lil warrior goddess self. I needed to hear that I was allowed to make the decisions for myself I was always so good at but doubted. I needed to hear that though my parents kinda let me down , I was allowed to take all those people that seemed so above me and different from me and make them my teachers and gurus and even archetypical maternal roles that I needed. I’m retraining myself and though it’s friggin hard , I also have to admit, victim don’t look good on me! I may feel like a hot mess a lot, but I’ve accumulated a lot more people in my life that have good vibes and that appreciate the insight I have from being me with some love and guidance 🥰, I love you more Nikki then you’ll ever know
-
AlaskaChillChanged My LifeI discovered Nikki three years ago at a very low and confusing point in my life. She prompted me on a healing path, and it’s been a long journey, slowly building momentum, but with Nikki’s kind words, wisdom, and insight, I’ve finally broken through to better mental, emotional, and spiritual health. The way she prompts her listeners to take control of their lives, their boundaries and their healing is just what I needed. She’s one in a million…and yet she wants us to be like her: shiny and beautiful inside and out. Thank you, Nikki!
-
ChambjacSo helpfulI have no idea if I’m a HSP, but I would rate myself a sensitive person…especially when it relates to my family. This show has given me permission to feel my way through what we all go through each day. This show has given me many tools that are critical to sensitive situations and a past riddled with reasons to be insecure and damaged. Thank you so much for giving us the beautiful gift of your insight. I listen to every episode, every week.
-
Kayna SkyeKnow the beauty of your name like you know the sun will come out tomorrow ❤️Thank you for sharing your messages Nikki. I find so much value and validation in each episode. What I love the most is how vulnerable you are. When I hear your voice shake with empathy, it moves me to tears. To know that you truly care, sets you apart from many others who share their messages. This is the first review I’ve left for my many podcasts I love, but listening to your latest episode motivated me to express my appreciation.
-
iisieWarningFor years I thought this explained so much about my life and experience but really it kept me from truly understanding myself and my specific needs. I have since found out I have ADHD and am autistic. Please do your research to understand these things rather than believing that being an HSP or empath explains it all. Best of luck to you on your healing path!

numberevelynI need a tissue!I remember having a therapist that didn’t extend the proverbial tissue. I remember telling you Nikki that she was tougher man tissue and I laughed because I thought it was normal because I came from this toughness, and that talking to you felt like soft gentle tissue to dry my tears and wipe my nose. Getting to work and learn from you has taught me that even though I was just starting back then, my gut knew I was right. I knew what I needed subconsciously, I needed a soft gentle tissue. You taught me to be and give myself the soft gentle tissue I needed and deserved. And now I have become so much better, healthier, stronger than before. Thank you for continuing to teach me and all of us through so many great podcasts, patreons, courses, and one on ones. May all the universe, God, and all the good energy continue to give you all that you need so that you stay healthy, prosperous and passionate to continue to teach us! 🤍
-
JessssromeA soothing way to heal!I’m not sure how I stumble upon this podcast but I’m glad I did! Nikki helped me process my feelings about the past and my identity in a number of ways. I’m thankful she brings up topics that help put forgotten memories into perspective. Whenever I need to listen to a soothing message about being emotionally sensitive, I turn on this podcast. It doesn’t feeling like someone is judging me or yelling at me!
-
JC4960Truly light and loveNikki and this podcast are amazing. One podcast was specifically recommended to me by my therapist so I listened and was instantly hooked . During that episode and for many since I listened and thought “ yes . She gets it! She gets me!” She is adept at putting words to what I’m feeling and have felt for many years, but better than that explaining it , calling you out when needed and showing a path of help, healing, light and love. I have learned and grown by listening . I have also found hope . You can hear and feel her strength, and through that you will be inspired and gain strength.
-
On Point! 2020She is amazing with everything she has gone through herself and is sharing with the worldI can’t believe how many of her Episodes touch me to the Core!!! I can relate to so many things that she shares and teaches. She truly has a gift for teaching trauma and all kinds of things that people can relate too because she has been through it personally and has worked through the processes that have helped her. I learn something new with every episode that I listen too. I highly recommend all listen to this podcast!!

pickledsnailVery informative podcast!Nikki is incredibly relatable and a lot of her stories and advice feel like she knows what I am or have gone through. I have been a listener since the early episodes!
-
Hark0625Proceed with cautionI used to like this podcast, even to the point of taking Nikki’s Boundaries course last year. I can’t explain how disappointed I was to “meet” and learn from Nikki in person! While I once found this podcast to be soulful and enlightening, I now see Nikki as a charlatan and do not trust her material. There is definitely worse stuff out there, but be cautious about giving her any of your money for her services. You’ll be disappointed.
-
mrskicoSo powerful and movingI found this podcast just looking for some way to unscrew myself and I am simply overwhelmed by the parallels I see in my life while listening to Nikki’s background story. Each episode helps me to uncover truths about my own conscious and unconscious experiences. I honestly wish she were taking new clients because her coaching style is something I have craved almost my entire life after so many therapist and counselor sessions bore zero fruit, with no real connection whatsoever. I will continue to share these episodes because I know that I am not alone and that someone in my circle and/or beyond needs Nikki’s message in their life. Thank you, Nikki, for sharing and baring your beautiful soul! ❤️

That penguin loverAll the feels ✨I love this show so much! I started from the beginning recently, so I’m still in 2018. Nikki is so refreshing. I love her energy and they way she explains things. I’m deeply grateful for this podcast.

-
JcrosserGreat resource for emotional health and healingI get so much out of every show. I cannot believe how much Nikki can convey and how she can connect with me just with her voice. This information is so needed for all of us emotionally drained people. It is a place to find love, positivity, and possibilities. No matter where you are or what you have been through, this show can give you hope!
-
Izzy415!!!!!!!!Nikki is changing our world! As a business owner and highly sensitive person, Nikki’s work has helped me greatly understand myself and given me practical tools to love, respect, and encourage myself to live a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle. I confidently believe her work is changing the world; it has absolutely changed mine.

Styke6968Changed the trajectory of my lifeI started listening to Nikki in November 2022. In the few short months since finding her show, the trajectory of my life has changed. It's changed, because I am so much less confused as to why I am the way that I am. It helped me accept myself for the imperfect person I am, it helped me accept all of my flaws. It took away the shame in being different, in asking for help, in being vulnerable. I've never listed to anyone or anything that has let the emotions and tears flow like she has, it speaks to my soul, to my inner child, the one who never grew up past 8 years old. I've got an almost 2 year old little girl... I'm so thankful to be able to take this clarity and apply it to her life, the be the father and friend she needs and that I so desperately needed growing up. By being the person she deserves, I'm healing the little boy in me that has stayed hidden all of these years. Up to now, my tears have only ever been out of pain and confusion. Now, I get to cry tears of joy and appreciation almost daily. I owe so much of my momentum towards Nikki. Nikki, thank you from the bottom of my heart - you helped heal parts of me I never thought possible

Empowered Empath 💚Existential philosophy episodeNikki continues to amaze me, to teach me things, to help me heal from codependency, people -pleasing, & being raised in a toxic & dysfunctional family system. Nikki’s teaching methods resonate so deeply with me on all levels since I am an Empath & a HSP. This podcast is by far my favorite and hands enriched my life & taught me how to truly love myself, to take responsibility for my life, and to live courageously by becoming my own authority figure in my life. I love Nikki & also Crystal Catalina. They make an exceptional team! I am especially moved & thankful today for the episode on Existentialism. I never knew what the word even meant before…& I learned today that I very much share this philosophy! Thank you for being YOU & sharing your amazing gifts & insight with us! Much Love & Light! Lori
-
mombohamShare with those you love ❤️❤️❤️Nikki is a beautiful soul and she has so much wisdom to share. I listen to some of her episodes 2 and 3 times because they are that powerful. I’m a recovering people pleaser, HSP, who struggles with the effects of childhood trauma on my relationships (co-dependency) as well as anxiety, depression, and burnout. Nikki speaks to all of my wounds and helps me stay grounded. I try to listen daily and it has vastly improved my inner well being. Sending love to all of those out there who have found this podcast in their time of need. You are in the right place. Subscribe. Listen. Share. Heal. You got this! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
-
kimbsyReally appreciate!Thank you for this podcast! I just found it & binged several episodes. I truly appreciate your honesty, wisdom & message of hope. You’ve articulated so well the things I find difficult & I really love that you provide practical tips and suggestions. I’ve been struggling a lot lately, like I’m constantly trying to out a lid on a tantrum. I feel like listening to your podcast is a great step in the right direction.
-
ShaunSparacioAuthentic voice in self healingNikki Eisenhauer is a skillful and empathic mental health professional that uses her voice to lead us back to our authentic self. Her gentle modeling of self talk and self compassion has been one of the most powerful tools in my healing journey. These teachings along with her boundaries course have given me awareness of my agency. Her podcast introduces you to a myriad of topics that all support authentic living and healing. I feel tremendously grateful to have found her brilliant light.
-
GratefulPupil-LifeLearnerPath to clarityI read about highly sensitive people for the first time over Thanksgiving break, and it led me to search for podcasts about the topic. Yours, by far, resonates the most with me—I feel enlightened, understood, and am learning so much. With much gratitude to you and your team.
-
Sonadow11A Heartfelt Thank YouNikki, I’ve just recently started listening to podcasts about 5 months ago, and your particular podcasts even less than that. Thank you…for sharing your wisdom and your experiences with us.
-
marinaytBeautiful and gentleI love Nikkis gentle message of allowing our bodies to give us messages and listening to those.
-
Kd414Grateful 😇I’ve been listening to this show for a couple months now. I’m so grateful to my best friend Stephanie for suggesting I try listening to some podcasts. If she hadn’t suggested it, I wouldn’t have found you Nikki. Every show I’ve listened to has resonated. You’re genuinely giving of yourself to your listeners! I think most of us just want to know we’re not alone - you give me that level of comfort! Thank you for putting yourself out there and stepping into the light! Much love!!!
-
Gambi1989Perfect!Thank you SO MUCH for this podcast! Every single word is exactly what my tired soul needs. Would you be able to do one on those who like to say that they “don’t do anything…” to hurt others? They in fact don’t. They don’t try to talk things out, don’t make eye contact with you, don’t reach out to ask for your well being, don’t acknowledge your presence around them, don’t give you the benefit of the doubt, don’t do anything to make you feel special or that you at least matter in this world. Can you?
-
bingodiva75Another new listenerI started listening yesterday to your podcast. I’ve been looking for something that fit “just right” and you are IT! You are knowledgeable and that’s wonderful but the best thing is, you are genuine. I listened to the episode about spirituality and when your voice broke and got emotional, it touched my heart. I will continue to listen and can’t wait to hear the next one!
-
Brittjade07New listenerI just listened to episode 232, my first episode and I feel like my eyes have been completely opened! Thank you so much for this
-
KNSMPBetter late than neverIt’s August 2022 and I just discovered your amazing podcast. I’m late to the party but so grateful I found this. As an HSP and INFJ this world can be very hard for me. Nikki you make it easier and help it make more sense. Thank you!
-
Hammy of 3Top notch podcast!!! Spot on!!Thank you, Nikki for your openness and clarity regarding the mental health field!!! As a nurse in Womens health, I have many opportunities to be involved in assessment of patients symptoms and physical and mental complaints. Big pharma has created and sold the idea that pills fix everything. For example: the idea behind pain being the fifth vital sign which they then hardcore sold the goal that pain should be zero. Ridiculous! And this is what started the opioid epidemic!!!! I too feel duped! And now it is soooooo hard to get good counselling because of long waitlists and a lack of enough therapists who participate in insurances. Love your podcast!!! Preach!!!!!!
-
firegyrlEmbrace Your BadasseryThis is a great podcast! I’m a therapist with 20 years experience (LCSW in California) and I enjoy the topics and perspective Nikki brings to each episode. I find her messages to be good reminders for myself and I often share them with clients. So check it out. Your emotional life will thank you!
-

Ashlee GeistYou saved me ❤️At a time I needed this more than anything in my life and I never realized what I was missing in my life until I listened to this podcast for the first time. It’s so inspirational and amazing to listen to every week, I look forward to every new episode. Nikki has shed light on so many situations that are so relatable really make me re-evaluate certain things in my life. I appreciate more than anything that this podcast exists and Nikki continues to provide therapy for me and other people. Thank you so much I’m so grateful ❤️ Love Ashlee Geist

kelskels_1228Life Changing! This podcast is so helpful. First time I listened I cried. I knew I was in the right place. I’m trying to heal myself and finally take care of my inner child that was so sad, lonely and felt unloved. Thank you so much! You’re a beautiful light! -Kelsie
-
VIGOR_STRONGSo relatableI can not believe how relatable each episode is! It always helps me through whatever struggle I am going through & often times hits the spot when dealing with childhood trauma or detachment/boundaries with family. Thank you for making me feel like I am not alone & for guiding me through some huge struggles that I thought no one else would understand! I appreciate you & all the work you have done so that you can share how you have overcome some of life’s biggest obstacles! Much love! ♥️

Harley-chick71New listenerI am a new listener. I started listening because I want to self heal. I found your podcast and found your first episode and your story interesting. Today I have listened through episode 5. I have never meditated before, so it was a new experience for me. I started crying during the inhalation of courage and the exhale of fear. Wow! The emotion that was coming out of me really surprised me! I will be a dedicated listener. I hope to learn a lot from your podcasts! Keep doing what you’re doing!
