dude7842689Two arrogant marks doing a podcastEric Bischoff and Conrad Thompson are two of the most arrogant people that have ever walked in shoes. They think they are beyond special. If you’re a hard-core WCW fan, this podcast is interesting. Otherwise it’s 2 douche bags jerking each other off. it’s pretty sad that they’ve run out of things to talk about already.

Lankie0034Turned into a haterUsed to be a fan but Eric just turned into a hater. Its not even funny anymore. Guy had 2 good years and now hes an expert and is always right
-
Mcfarm21Used to be a 5Used to be my favorite wrestling podcast. Now it’s :30 of the carnivore diet. :20 complaining about Dave Meltzer. :15 complaining about Tony Kahn. Please get back to wrestling. That’s what most of us came here for. I understand that it’s your podcast so you talk about what you want. It’s just turned into something I don’t want.

Crhunter55Conrad has ruined a once great thingConrad has gotten beyond annoying. Love the episodes where he is not on the show now. Eric has great insight and the only reason I listen to the show. Conrad you’ve never worked in wrestling you just talk about it with important people. Remember that
-
AndresManifestoReviewThis podcast doesn’t just give insight on storylines that were told but also the business function as to why some characters, and storylines were even made. Love this podcast, and loved it since day 1

PugRockyGreat show! This has become one of my favorite wrestling podcasts. The topics are pretty good with Dungeon of Doom by far being my favorite. But mainly, I like the host and Eric’s performance. It’s great to see Eric looking back objectively at some of these goofy ideas and just acknowledging how ridiculous they were. It’s hard to admit mistakes so I appreciate his modesty and candor. Also, we always knew why dopey Beefcake was in WCW but his explanation of how valuable Hulk was to WCW really explains the presence of other guys like Kamala, Shark/Avalanche, and how Beefcake got shoehorned into the Starcade main event. Keep up the good work.

Thrillhills3No more PaulPaul is “channel changer jones” for me. I’ve already unsubscribed from the Kurt Angle Show and the Arn Show because of how often he hosts. Whether Conrad likes it or not he is just as much the reason I listen as the boys are.
-
BDRecruiterTruth TellerThere is a lot of info that most wouldn’t understand about the wrestling and TV before they listened to this. Puts the Monday Night Wars into perspective. The best reason to listen to this is to hear Eric embarrass dirt sheet writers like Dave Meltzer.

redson75Best Wrestling PodcastWhen I first got into this podcast my fandom was hitting the back burner. This podcast revitalized my fandom. Reliving these events as an adult has been an amazing nostalgia trip. Being 5-11 years old during the start of Nitro and the end of WCW and now have a different perspective on the business. Thank you Conrad and Eric
-
Chaos daddy5 starEven though Eric begged us for a 5 star I gave it because it deserves it. One of my favorite podcasts.

gw4075EricAnytime Eric is talking he lying AWA gave him his start he was a cheap salesman they used him cause they needed someone fast Ever since then he back stabs lies to the people the helped. Check hulk hogan leg. Eric hanging on. Crying. This guy had NO right to be in hall of fame. And Conrad fell for it. Waste of time

JOEbaFett402Ads every 10-15 minutesCluster the ads. This is not a podcast you can just hit play and listen to. You really need to be ready to hit that 30 second skip button a few times every 10-15 minutes. It’s beginning to really ruin the listening experience.
-
The 902Enough with the Metlzer-BashingWhat’s worse? Eric bashing Meltzer or JR crying about his critics? This is a much more pleasant show to listen to than “Grilling JR,” but the Eric’s tirades against Meltzer prevent this from being 5 stars. They get old real quickly. As usual, Conrad is fantastic and Eric is still incredibly entertaining regardless of the repetitive tirades. I love hearing about the WCW days, and love Eric’s perspective on TNA as well.

DocBarx936It’s fine, best part is that Bruce isn’t on the show.Fine show. Good stories. The best part is that Bruce Prichard isn’t on it.
-
Patrick pochelIt’s great best podcast everEric is awesome the other guy is also great
-
ffsfrankyRants against Dave MeltzerI tried giving this a listen but I found too many of the episodes turn into rants against Dave Meltzer. Not saying he reports facts, but I think we get it after a few rants. I wanted more insight into the business but I also don’t want to sit through a rant, or have to skip around multiple times per episode. It turns into toxic listening after a while.
-
TESD TownBischoffListening to Eric talk it’s clear he is the reason WCW failed. Complete lack of wrestling knowledge and understanding. WCW would be here today if he didn’t get lucky as hell getting a job he had zero ability to do.
-
Jordon RayToo Sweet!Wrestling history lessons from the greatest mind in the business!
-
OthugerToo many adsI’ve been listening since the first episode. The actual discussion portion of the podcast is great. But recently the ads are getting ridiculous. Not only are there too many ads but they are also way too long.
-
JosephMH4Way too many (very long) ads. This was my first time listening to this podcast. The show topic was great, the insights and thoughts were really enjoyable to listen to, but there were WAY too many ads. I could probably get by it if they were 30 seconds long or so, but they were more like 3-5 minutes each. It was awful. I would not listen to this show again for that reason alone.
-
Deezo989Too many adsEric always sounds drunk off cheap beer way too many ads no time codes on watch alongside 99 00 best show reviews tho
-
Sean of the deli83 minutes of commercialsGood lord the amount of commercials Great show but so hard to get into lately w the non stop commercial breaks Pretty sure Conrad would shill for Satan himself

ArconnaBringing Back the LoveI used to watch pro wrestling back when I was a kid and fell off the wagon. While I was a WWF kid back then, listening to Eric and Conrad talk about WCW and some of the important figures of before, during, and after my era started to get that itch for the wonder of pro wrestling back in full force. The hosts obviously know what they're talking about, and they both are obviously passionate about the sport. And that makes for a show that is a joy to listen to. (Plus, the accents are nice, too!) Basically, if you are already into pro wrestling past and present and the WCW, you're going to love this show. If you used to be into those things, you're going to find your love again. And if you were never into this stuff before, I bet you'll still find something really interesting in these shows. Give it a listen.

Jrb 2112Eric and ConradI loved the Eric Bischoff DVD set WWE did and I feel like this podcast is an indirect extension of that. Really good stuff. By the way I doubt Eric lies on the podcast. Think about it, he has said that he has no reason to lie and he has owned up to his mistakes. Now you may disagree with Eric on some things but that doesn’t make the man a liar. Also I am not an Eric Bischoff mark I’m just saying that just because he says something that doesn’t line up with the dirt sheets does NOT mean he is lying.
-
DoobersDickButter54HeyohI’d only give you 5 stars if every episode was recorded in the Tokyo Dome
-
Mark4WrestlingGreat podcastLove this show. Really enjoy the deep dives into the business side of WCW.
-
GregoryB79Doesn’t get any better...The mid to late 90’s WCW was one of the fondest memories I have of that time period. Despite the downfall of WCW, Eric Bischoff directed an unmatched era of pro wrestling. Reliving this age through the eyes of Eric is a great adventure along with Conrad guiding the conversation into the topics that we the fans want especially the Starrcade 97 finish!!
-
La ley!!Great Podcast!Big fan! I like Eric's point of view in things.
-
@nicksboredtweetBig fanAs a wrestling fan growing up in the nWo/attitude era, this podcast is addicting. Seeing Bischoff’s perspective on things has been real fun
-
elbirdmanGreat show but could be perfectEric like he did in his old podcast that was abandoned, continues to get into the weeds about “i do not recall” and his hate of Dave and all dirt sheets. However, this is a common theme of all of Conrad’s show hosts. Conrad to his credit is the reason I bought the observer and he continues to use the sheets and it enhances every episode. I get Eric doesn’t want to make stuff up, and maybe speculating on what happened isn’t the best fit but give us something different
-
Whitefish72Love the podcastConrad like all his podcasts is great as the co-host. I like Eric because unlike a Vince Russo, he’s honest with what worked in WCW and what didn’t. His memory may not be perfect, such as the Bret Hart situation in ‘96, but most of the time, he is able to separate rumor and innuendo from the facts,
-
TrevorHerseyGreat podcast!I truly love reliving my childhood with a backstage pass from Eric & Conrad. I’m a simple & casual fan, but this is a must listen for me every week!
-
TX Music JimEntertaining show! This is so much better than Eric’s First foray into podcasting with Conrad Thompson as the host it makes this show lively and compelling in a fun entertaining way!
-
The YaeckmanEric and Conrad Hit a Home Run with 83 WeeksLOVE LOVE LOVE the Show. Gotta tell you I'm jealous of Conrad Thompson. Being a fan of Sports Entertainment for over 30 years I wish I would have thought of this, because every show Conrad has done has been exceptional and 83 weeks is no different. However unlike the other shows, Eric puts Conrad in his place, especially with Connies Love Afair with one Dave Meltzer. Eric is great at debunking Meltzer when necessary and I just wish Conrad could find new ways of gathering his information than the dirt sheets. Keep up the great work guys!!!
-
fettyguerreroGreat show, but...The ever increasing amount of time spent talking about Eric’s medically induced erections is becoming a cause for concern. Hopefully with our support they can land a Blue Apron spot or something.
-
SHORTYFFFGreat Podcast, Terrible DownloadI love the show, the only problem I have is when trying to download to my computer, it has trouble downloading, not on my iphone, just computer. Very frustrating, I would appreciate if somebody would check that problem out. The show is great, funny, informative and everything is fair game to be brought up. Great podcast, just fix the downloading glitches. Thank you.

Phatty 3:16Awesome !!!This show is fantastic !!
-
alstoverFantastic Show83 Weeks is a great podcast for wrestling fans, especially folks who watched WCW during the early '90s and Monday Night Wars. Conrad is a great interviewer who doesn't pull punches but also knows there are certain lines you don't need to cross. Eric gives a perspective that feels genuine and honest. He'll admit when an idea wasn't the best, but he also stands up for ideas and angles he thought would or were working at the time.
-
NexusXX83 Profanic WeeksToo bad. Seems everytime you blend Conrad Thompson with someone in wrestling, you end up with a profanity laced interview. Since this is marketed as clean lyrics and it is not, I will give it three stars. Otherwise, the content is interesting. Tone it down dudes and you will get a larger audience.
-
Lizzy28384948,Doesn’t get ANY better than this!!!!Unless Vinny Mac comes looking for the Mortgage Guy to conquer the Podcast world, I don’t see how 83 weeks will be topped! The chemistry between Conrad & Eric is magic.
-
BadBoyBob74New fanHeard of the show through the YouTube channel. Love the back and forth banter between Conrad and Eric. Keep up the good work, you two. Hope you guys can, one day, talk about Eric’s time working at WWE, also. I, personally, think that might be an interesting topic.
-
DannyggggggggggggConrad is a Podcasting God!!Like the show a lot! Eric has some slime to him which I respect but his maybe selective memory lapses hold back this potential juggernaut!! Keep up the great work Conrad. #firstfamilymortgage65084
-
EricAngel43Very awesome podcastI truly love this podcast. Eric and Conrad give a very awesome insight into WCW’s 83 week beat down of WWF/E Monday Night Raw
-
JastrmerelAmazing insight!Conrad and Eric give us amazing insight into what happened (or didn’t happen?) during the Monday Night Wars from WCW’s side. Conrad asks the tough questions and Eric seems to be extremely forthcoming and opinionated on each topic. Well-worth your time and I look forward to each new episode.
-
Christopher LuncheonEBITDA!!!Conrad and Eric find a new way to cover ground on subjects you may think have been discussed to no end. Eric's look into the corporate palace intrigue of the last years of WCW is an added value to fans. Great chemistry. A hint of tension and you've got a five star podcast.
-
kasper1982He is back oh yes oh yesI am so happy Eric Bischoff is back. I love his outlook and such nice guy .
-
Jruss443Conrad does it againAnother great podcast Conrad. Eric has fun, tells great stories and gives you a look into WCW. If you liked Eric’s book you’ll love this podcast
-
AaronfromDallasThis show is incredibleJust when I thought Conrad Thompson couldn’t out do himself, he unveils this masterpiece. All three of his podcasts cover areas of my interests, but this one selves into the business on a different level. Imagine having Vince McMahon give you the insights of WWF/E during the rise and climax of the attitude era...this is what Eric Bischoff does from a business, creative and personnel level. I appreciate the nuance and detail Eric goes into even if it does take Conrad pushing him occasionally. If you are a fan of the most popular modern era of professional wrestling and sports entertainment, I can not recommend this enough.
