Luxuries for the SoulOpposites AttractI look forward to a new episode every month for #booksbooksbooks— it’s my go-to podcast for barn chores. Also, I find it entertaining that Emily and Dr. Tyler have very different personalities IRL while being equally impressive in their fields. A fun listen every time!

LilleyI love this podcast!I love this podcast, I listen as I drive to the barn and it's as if I have two great friends chatting in the back seat! It is such a stellar mix - a Sports Psychology PHD (or soon to be) and a 5* Eventer and whether you are a professional, amateur or just recreational rider (like myself) I highly recommend it! Tyler mentioned this is a recent episode and I completely agree -bringing her expertise as a sports psychologist to the equestrian community is very helpful as there are challenges unique to riding (traumas, risk factors etc) that do not exist in many sports so the typical focus of performance anxiety is not a wide enough scope. Emily is equally inspiring and her mantra (I may be paraphrasing) "We have a great partnership, we can do hard things and we thrive under pressure," I use regularly! I also really appreciate their transparency and candor around their own journeys, they share both the wins and the lessons learned. A creature of habit, I enjoy the structure of word of the year, goals, books, topic and grooming and training tips. (I'm constantly adding their recommendations to my wish list of books.) The podcast is exciting and entertaining, educational and inspiring. Thank you Emily and Tyler!

SarahLIVOThank you, Tyler & Emily! This has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts! The hosts are funny, intelligent, and provide awesome equestrian and wellness content. I binged the first 15 episodes during the start of quarantine and I am so grateful that I had Emily and Tyler to listen to during that stressful, uncertain time. Keep up the great work! ♥️

Eventer in ATXThis podcast has changed my lifeI want to give a BIG thanks to Emily and Tyler for putting together this wonderful, informative and inspirational podcast. I am a barn manager, professional riding instructor and trainer in Austin Texas. This podcast has given me motivation to work harder on my self care to help me become the best Equestrian professional I can be. I feel inspired to reach for higher goals for myself and my business and feel that yes, it is in fact possible to get there with continued hard work and a positive mindset. Ive learned to appreciate and have gratitude for even just the little goals that I accomplish everyday. It really helps me feel good about myself and what I am doing with my life in the horse business and to not be so hard on myself for not being “perfect” all the time. I am more aware of how even just the daily work I do is getting me closer to my dreams. I am really able to enjoy the process as well! Since listening to the podcast I’ve started setting weekly and daily goals and it feels good to see my progress! I love all of the healthy food options, especially for on the road! I have a new appreciation for sugar snap peas! It’s nice to feel more connected to the Evening community, here in central Texas I’m a little isolated and have to travel quite a bit for training for myself and for horse shows. Thanks again ladies! Y’all have literally changed my life! Thank you! Thank you!!! 💗

Christian Vasconez EgredKnowledge, action & disciplineThanks for sharing all the valuable info you get trough your own experiences, studies and reads. A growing mindset it’s definitely what I consider makes a difference into improving as athletes, horse-persons and humans so keep up the good work, I’m sure your example encourage many others into better ourselves. (Hope this makes sense with my English that sometimes processes ideas in other language, haha)

danikalynn1126Good work :)I love listening to this podcast every month and look forward to its release. I feel the overall approach to a balanced lifestyle with an emphasis on equestrian sports is really great- and can actually benefit athletes from any walk of life (not JUST for equestrians). Since listening I’ve started meditating and making more health conscious food choices (especially on road trips!) both of which I think have made a positive impact in my life overall. Keep it up! Proud of you guys!

Being the best equestrianThank you!The Whole Equestrian is a great go-to space for considering the whole you and the whole equine. Oftentimes with interests, roles, life, and obligations we lose little pieces of what matters most. This podcast is fun to listen to, helps me consider how I can use caring for me in how I care for my equine. I appreciate the candor, life examples and humbleness that Emily and Tyler bring to this space of podcasts. I'd love to see more of a discussion on how you each have handled personal hardships, even when the outcome wasn't ideal. I love the breadth of audience they work to include in this podcast each month! Can't wait to listen more!
