    The Jason DBKS Interview
Outstanding episode! The future of Black Indie Films is not dead. Thanks for turning me on to Tubi Streaming TV service. Enjoyed “Got My Hustle Up.”

    Disappointing
I was a huge fan of this podcast with its original hosts. The subject content and the discussions have really fallen quite a bit, and it goes to show how the prior hosts really anchored it. Even after Reggie was gone, it was still decent (even without his perspective as an ex-LEO), but they’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel now. I stopped listening for a while but decided to give this a try again and listen to the new one with EDI Mean, as a big Tupac. It was a huge waste of an hour to hear him talk about his diet (I can listen to actual professionals talk about that, if that’s the goal) and to hear everyone’s opinions of whatever police incident and how they don’t think the thread of boiling water being thrown is a big deal. Unsubscribing.
  • No, please!
    Really?
It takes a special talent to make gangster rap next level boring.

GC choppin’ it up with 👑 Flex
I thought Tariq was from Alabama. Y’all about to truly get the real. A lot of podcasts are afraid to receive the jewels from Tariq. The same cat Faux News calls a race baiter. What’s up with Mink Slide? It’s about to go down. Respect to the GC and Tariq Nasheed! ADJN/ (504)

NJ music artist Thr33jay is amazing, he currently writes his own music and have 18 new songs out. I hope you would enjoy his music and would invite him to your show.

    Not the same anymore
The show really lost its touch when Alex & Reggie weren’t part of the show. The dynamics of the original 3 was what made the show. Death Row and gang stories. Black Effect signing ruined the basis of the show cuz it seemed like it went mainstream. I went from downloading every episode to only downloading which episode sounded good by reading the description

Sorry, didn’t get past the FIFTEEN+ MINUTES of commercials!!!!
FIFTEEN MINUTES of commercials so I can listen to KRS-ONE’s little brother? Didn’t make it past the commercial break. A word of advice: shorter, more frequent commercial breaks.

    NO MOB JAMES 🤨
I unsubscribed when dude did MOB James dirty

    Thumbs Down!
I used to love TGC until Reggie was no longer on the show and especially now how they snaked James off of the show. Steele won’t even be a man about the business and at least take the man’s call. Dude sent James a text message. Ish is wack now! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

    Drugs N Hip Hop Episode

    Great Show!
Been listening for years, love the show, but can we start a go fund me for some smoke alarm batteries for Mob James? I’ve also been listening to the “chirps” for years.

It keeps getting better and better
The Sammy the Bull episodes are fascinating. And this “Chanko Johnson” guy who recently commented and said Norm Steele is “full MAGA” is just an emotional ho who shouldn’t be listening to this podcast anyway.
  • Chanko Johnson
    Steele went full MAGA
This fool brought Sammy the Bull on and let this murdering maniac (that killed ONLY HIS OWN people mind you) speak on the condition of black America, promote Candace Owens and more. Shameful. This guy Steele co-signed and furthered everything he had to say about blacks, but had ZERO smoke for Sammy and his Italian mob that has abused and terrorized HIS own people. Gutless. Deleted for good.

    Crenshaw Blvd
I enjoyed listening to this podcast episode and remembering that I was that “white boy” that painted that illegal mural on Crenshaw Blvd to promote Mc Eight’s “we come strapped” album... we got chased out by the hood because we went over their hood tags... and it’s funny because I told the label Street promotions and executives thisss is REALLY a fuccccking BADDD idea!!! Sooo I went back the next day to get flicks with my girl at the time and we got run down on and chased with dudes rolling up on me with “the club” and hammers in hand!!! Hahahaaa... gooodtiiimes!!! You can peep my story on my IG account... @spurnpdb on Instagram.🤓✌🏻&❤️

    Once upon a time…
After listening to the episodes from the beginning, I realize this show used to be great. I miss the original lineup of Alex, Reg & James. Norm Steele may have done great things for the show behind the scenes but I don’t see any value in him as a co-host, I actually can’t stand to hear his voice anymore. He kills the whole show for me. I want to see Suge get up on stage at the podcast awards and say if anybody wants to come to a podcast where the Executive Producer isn’t all on the audio, all in the videos etc.
