As a new hire with only military flying background, this podcast is helpful in figuring out what the different committees and sections in FedEx do and how to get involved in something you’re interested in.

Over contributing after-tax dollars to your 401K and inadvertently limiting the company contribution is a pretty simple concept, one that your examples did a poor job of explaining. Better to just tell our group to cap there after-tax contributions to $14,100 until the company contribution has reached $22,900 (8% + $500 match) And don’t forget the catchup allowance of $6000

Happy to see this podcast come to be, thank you for putting in the time. I’d like to see the phrase “various topics” broken out in episode explanations to show what is actually covered, even if it’s a brief list. Thanks.
