I live in America and watch Corrie on BritBox! I love the show! I found this podcast a month or so ago and look for the show to post! And I would vote Ben for President of USA! Come on!!!

Every episode of “On the Sofa” makes me laugh out loud. The chemistry of Jack, Ben and “Colin” is fantastic. They do a great job pretending the get along. Lol

I might have to stop listening to you when I’m at the gym because I end up LOL and I’m fairly certain I look like a nut on the bike. I venture to think that I’m the only one who is listening in Medford, Oregon.

I learned of your podcast through Instagram. I have lived in northern Maine in the states for 21 years. My husband and I moved our family from NJ to Maine after we were a part of rescue/recovery efforts during 09/11/01. I became a huge fan of Corie in December 2016 when I was helping with end of life care for my mother-in-law. The December before in 2015 I was in NJ helping my sister with end of life care for my own mom. It was a long and difficult year so when I started watching Corie it helped me feel somewhat normal again. I have been watching soaps for 40+ years in the states. I had become familiar with each of you from following your characters on Corie. When I saw a post on Instagram I immediately when to my podcast app and looked for Sofa Cinema Club. I started listening from the very beginning because I wanted to learn everything about the podcast and what it is all about so I have been binge listening for several weeks now and I am up to the Shaun of the Dead episode. I love that each of you bring your own flavor to each and every episode. I have been enjoying how the podcast has evolved with new segments. I have been telling everyone about the podcast. The banter is great between you and it shows how well you know each other and for how long. All of you get 5 stars for each and every episode. Once I am completely caught up to current episodes I hope I can be a part of the voting on what to watch. Maybe I can even suggest something that might become an episode. Keep up the great job gentlemen. 😊❤️

This podcast is pretty great. Lots of laughs, and thoroughly entertaining, though if you’re looking for some deep thinking you may want to look elsewhere. I’m a big fan nonetheless; Ben is brilliant and all that. Listened to the most recent ET episode, and I’ve got a story about smuggling food into theaters. Couple years back, me and a buddy managed to sneak in six Chik-Fil-A sandwiches, a large fry and and a couple of drinks between us. Just stuffed it all down the pants and walked carefully. Ended up with a bit of a burn on the balls, but I’d take that over a tick any day. Moral of the story: if you’re looking for a show that’ll make you remember all your fun memories of movie-going, this may be right up your alley.

Love this podcast. Been a huge fan of Coronation Street since 2013 when the magic of the internet brought it to the U.S., so each episode is like spending an hour with friends. The lads are all great, their bantor and differing perspectives make each episoide rivoting and endlessly entertaining. It has changed how I view films as well and I can't wait to see what unfolds on series 4. Ben is brilliant. Jack and Colson are also very good. Almost as brilliant as Ben. This podcast is a 10 for me.

As an ex-pat living in the US, I just love to watch Corrie as a little reminder of home and these guys from Corrie just crack me up every week with this brilliant podcast. I find myself regularly laughing out loud much to my co-workers amusement as I wear AirPods under a full face mask thingy! But I just can’t work out how Colson can be an actor! He is clearly dyslexic, makes up words on the spot, regularly changes film titles, characters and actors names - how on earth does he learn lines and deliver them on screen (?) :)

This is not a lie ... I’m an American Corrie fan who had no idea these guys had a podcast. I’m a film fan always looking for a podcast to listen to at 3:00 am . This was suggested to me by Apple. I didn’t have my glasses but saw The Exorcist as the review so had to listen. I kept thinking these guys sound familiar and thought they sounded like the Spina Tap boys giving a review. Loved it so much ... next day showing a friend what I found ... and that’s when I see who these guys were! Brilliant! Many hugs to these boys who are making my NJ Global Pandemic Experience so much more lovely! Anytime you want to talk I have lots to say about NJ .. Billy Bats ... Joe Pesci ... Just found this podcast after seeing it mentioned in a news report on Colson’s weight loss. I’m immediately hooked. Love the banter, the accents (I’m from Burnley but have lived stateside 27 years; love our Lancashire accents 😍) and the reviews. These guys are funny together and I also love hearing things that make me reminisce about growing up and living in the U.K. And, Ben is brilliant.

This podcast is brilliant. On Corrie, I crush on Jack, but here Ben is my dreamboat. I enjoy the dynamic of three friends sitting around talking about these films. I start getting antsy when it’s time to rate - edge of my seat. Ben call me ;).

I was introduced to Sofa Cinema Club by a friend in Scotland. I’m in the US, so I’ve never seen “Coronation Street,” but you don’t need to have been familiar with Ben, Jack, and Colson to love this podcast. They’re clever, funny, engaging - basically everything you want in podcast hosts. My taste in movies is the same as Ben and Jack’s, but I enjoy the discussions of Colson’s choices just as much as theirs, and I appreciate hearing his take on some of my favorite films. I’ve laughed out loud many times listening to them, and in a grim year like 2020, it’s a real treat to have found something that provides so much enjoyment!

I think I’m all caught up now. I did listen out of order. Colsons movies I waited till last to listen too. 😂. I do appreciate how honest he is about loving the movies he likes. He seems like a genuinely good guy. Very fun podcast. Honestly just you guys talking about your week is way better than jack trying to do a synopsis. Keep up the great work. I have lived in America for about 15 years now but Hulu has corrie and my mum is a huge fan. I started rewatching a few years ago when I found it. It really helps with being homesick haha

I found the podcast searching for commentary for Love Actually. The guys had some good insights on the movie, but I first had to hear 10 minutes on another topic. When they started to discuss the movie someone consistently interrupted with jokes that made it hard to follow the main discussion. Intermittent jokes are fine, but these jokes went on and on as did some of the laughter. I will give it one more try and listen to Die Hard so this score could go up.

Colson, Ben, & Jack obviously have more to do than just this podcast, because they're all fab on Corrie, but making this podcast longer or more frequent would be the only recommended improvement. This podcast is literally the discussion you'd have with your friends (and the hilarity that ensues) after movie night. I listen to a lot of podcasts in a lot of genres and this is currently THE ONE I go to first. Love it!

Listened on the way to work this morning, I really enjoyed the first episode of the podcast. Can’t wait for the next episode!
