21 Day Positive Mindfulness Meditation Challenge

Mindfulness meditation has been shown in research to reduce anxiety, depressed mood, and even blood pressure. Additionally, it has been observed to be beneficial for improving overall quality of life. Engagement in activities that increase focus on positive thoughts and gratitude has also been shown to improve overall mood. This podcast involves 10-12 minute guided meditations with focus on positive words and visual imagery exercises. Set an alarm each day and listen to 1 meditation daily for 21 days to assist with creating a routine for yourself and improving your overall well-being. Continue to engage in meditation daily and re-listen to this podcast whenever you need to. This is your time, this is your life, this is your present moment.     Great meditation
    I was looking for something short and guided that I could do for a period of time to get into a routine. I tried a few podcasts that post daily but this one is by far one of the best. I appreciate that the commentary is in the beginning and there are no jarring ads in the middle. Also the visuals she walks you through allowed me to stay focus orat least keep coming back to my breath and get refocused. I recommend this if you are looking to get started way better than half of the programs aligned with fitness apps

    I loved this and would love more!!! I have grown to love my inner self even more with these meditations. They are fresh and unique and this has elevated my love for meditating. I can’t say enough good about this, I loved it! If Dr. Maxwell does another podcast, I will be there in a heartbeat. 💕I will no doubt be returning to these sessions time and time again.

    Loved the unique approach Dr. Maxwell takes here. Her voice is calming and even sultry at times. I really enjoyed the visualization aspect of this too! Helped me get deep into my thoughts without judgement. It was playful and fun but also deep and reflective. Job well done!
