As an aspiring filmmaker, I have been looking for podcasts about Hollywood from a Christian perspective. This is it. But it’s also just plain interesting with great guests. This is the perfect podcast for those who feel called to film but want more information. I love the “God, Family, Football” episode and the Buzz Dixon episode (but to be honest all are good).😄 Thank you James and crew for your great work!

This has been a life-changing and inspiring "listen" for me. Jimmy is a great interviewer his guests he interviews provide generous "deep dives" and insights into their art and their faith. A great investment of your time.

There’s not many podcasts like this that give a christian worldview of the this industry. I’m just an amateur writer doing it for fun but I’ve found encouragement and inspiration from this podcast

The breadth of approaches and insights is enlightening and can be transferred to other vocational sectors. There a diversity of faith approaches (one struck me as perhaps over-assimilated to culture) but as another guest brings up, the various options laid out in Niebuhr’s Christ and Culture have always been at play amongst God’s people. *One improvement would be better balancing the volume levels of host and guest; sometimes I had to actively adjust the volume to hear the guest clearly but not have the host uncomfortably loud.
