I’ve listened to mile higher podcast and LOVE IT. My favorite however is Lights Out. I just started listening to The Sesh and I love it. People who feel the need to write a bad review are also CRY BABIES. “Omg the political statements are so wrong. There’s no fact checking”. Like mf. So are yours. Fox News isn’t fact checking. No one is making you listen to the podcast. You negative reviewers are also very whiny.

They don’t know what or who anyone that they talking about is. They barely do any research, just say “I don’t know about that, moving on”. They don’t even seem to be into pop culture, they only talk about topics because it’s the hot topic of the week They made fun of a woman one time for not wanting alcohol at her family holiday party due to her family’s history of alcohol abuse. Kendall said “oh honey of course they (the family) don’t want to come” in a condescending voice while Janelle tells her to grow up and drink Kendall has talked numerous times about her own family’s history with alcohol abuse while Janelle has a masters in psychology with a concentration in mental health so you’d think they would be sympathetic. They quietly cut that part out of the episode after getting backlash The podcast has devolved into catty, mean girl behavior. They like gossiping and trash talking other people. They’re mean to one of their producers, have the humor of 12 year olds. I remember when the podcast first started they said that it would be a chill, fun, hang out podcast. It wouldn’t be a drama podcast. Few years later, it’s a drama podcast

Please stop talking about politics. It’s embarrassing and you need to check your sources.

I’m just really upset because I’ve supported all of Mile Higher media since around 2019. I’ve really related with them and everything they’ve stood for. Unfortunately, the weight loss ads for semi-glutide are harmful. I am someone who’s struggled with an eating disorder for most of my life. I know these ads are not just harmful to me, but other people who have been in my shoes. Semi glutide is everywhere you turn now. I can’t even listen to my favorite podcast show without being reminded of a social standard that just orbits around one’s size. Disappointed.

I listen to The Sesh and Kendall regularly while at work because I work 3rd shift half of my work week or anytime I am at work alone. Tonight was no different. I was doing an audit so I was only half listening to the episode while the other half of my brain was on numbers when I heard Kendall talking about her Finch and sending good vibes to other finchy friends. I don’t normally get all fan girlie but I about fell out of my chair…. I use Finch too! My daughter introduced me to the app and I’ve been using it for over a year. It really does help me stay on track and productive. It helps with my anxiety as well as many other things. It is an absolutely wonderful app. It was refreshing to hear about one of my favorite apps while listening to one of my favorite podcasts. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

i’m a fan of kendall rae and have been for a while. but this podcast is so difficult to listen too. they just talk about things with no research or they do it as they go. it’s just annoying and no thought is out into it whatsoever. Kendall is also such a hypocrite. On the last episode, she was speaking about not knowing about trevor noah and to give her grace when she never gives anyone grace…. like bffr

Can’t even listen to this garbage anymore… just a bunch of whiny women complaining cause they didn’t get their way in the election. We get it!!! You don’t like DT.. stop crying every episode about it.

Keep the banter up! Anyone who doesn’t like it can either fast forward to the parts that interest them, or hop on off to another show. And Btw I love your politics. It’s refreshing to hear some people who aren’t afraid to say what they think about the horrible things that are going on in our country.

I haven’t found a podcast I could literally listen to all day, EVER! You girlies are on point with the content and super relatable side banter that cracks me up!! Can’t believe I didn’t know about this podcast before.

Yall say it how it is. Even if I don’t agree you have the right to an opinion even tho most the time I do agree. And to all the people saying to stop with the political talk they can talk what ever they want to, try to stop listening? I love your gals input on hot topics and your lives. How can anyone stomach this? The worst kind of people, using the most annoying voices to give the most annoying takes? I couldn’t make it more than 30 minutes. 30 minutes of saying absolutely nothing. How does this have a 4.8 rating?

I absolutely love all mile higher podcasts, however, the statements about the election results really made me not want to listen at all. Unfortunately it felt like the people who supported trump were unwelcome and not as important as any other human. Hated to see that from the sesh

I listen to all the Mile higher tings… gave 5 stars because of that, but GUYS GUYS GUYS can you please stop talking about politics, I think most of us come to this podcast specifically for the girlhood of it all. I wanted to give this podcast a try but upon listening to the first episode I picked it was just a sob story from both presenters about how their favored presidential candidate didn’t get elected. I didn’t tune in to listen to this. I immediately turned it off. Disappointing!

I love The Sesh! Super nice change of pace from my regular supernatural and crime podcasts. I don’t watch Love is Blind so I haven’t listened to these last 2 episodes and it makes me sad 🫠 Still rating 5 stars tho ❤️

I don't use social media at all (it's been about 10 years), but I do enjoy catching up on what famous people are up to and the drama in popular shows once in a while. This show helps me stay informed about things I might miss as they unfold. Also, the hosts are really funny! Sometimes I feel like I'm having a chat with friends and laughing out loud at their commentary on unbelievable things people are doing. Thank you, ladies, for making my Wednesdays so enjoyable!

love the show but lately they have been covering very vulgar, graphic and gory content (i.e. bhole talk) and it has made me so woozy and sick lol. maybe i just have a weak stomach but i hope they stop talking abt these topics altogether or put more trigger warnings

I have been a fan on all of mile higher media for YEARSSSS! I religiously listen to every show and every episode… I have grown to feel like Kendall, Josh and Janelle are like my friends. That’s what makes it so hard for me to say I will no longer listen to the shesh podcast. It used to be entertaining but now all I hear is things I’ve seen on the internet that have become viral. They just agree with everything that’s on the internet. Almost like can’t or are afraid to form an opinion of their own. I understand everyone’s frustrations with the way they discuss politics. I do find it nice to hear their views even though I may or may not agree with it. The thing that bothers me is they just regurgitate what they hear on the internet word for word. I am a mother of four, who at 28 years old had to figure out a way to escape from my abusive husband with my children- with no car, no job, no money, and no family close by for support. To see domestic violence glamorized in ANY capacity is disgusting, and really highlights the fact that REAL victims of domestic violence came second to profit for them. Blake going on to promote her new hair products in the wake of the movie also shows that her on interests came first to her.. when people show you who they are, believe them!

So slooowwww get to the topic.

All the folks complaining about the hosts sharing their political views need to get a grip. Nobody is forcing you to listen to this podcast! Go listen to Fox News and find peace in ur hearts elsewhere you little freaks.

Can’t believe yall think a trans man fighting a woman who worked her whole life to compete in the Olympics is fair.

I used to support this show & genuinely loved it. I would listen to every single episode until episodes started to become very heavily opinionated on politics and religion. There’s a way people can speak about these topics and still be respectful. I respect these ladies for their own views on topics but I started to lose interest as I didn’t intend to listen to this podcast for content like that. I was okay with the first couple episodes when they stated they respect people with opposing views but then laughing and making unnecessary comments. I wish this podcast the best and hope this comment along with others I now notice in the reviews can bring at least some awareness to bringing more respect to people who don’t have the same opinions as them.

Used to love the gossip and good conversation but now it’s just trash talk and drama. A bunch of mean girls telling you that being transgender isn’t mental health and who to vote for to benefit them. One sided opinions on any topic they cover and the topics are trash and barely researched, if at all. Mhm has gone downhill

I truly used to love this podcast. I looked forward to it every week. I’ve listened to every single episode up until recently. It seems like they’re slowly turning into The View with their brash, uneducated opinions and their moral superiority. I get politics is a hot topic especially in an election year, but we have enough of it shoved down our throats already.

Stop telling us who to vote for. It sounds so entitled. Stop assuming you know what and who we want to vote for. Do better

I know that the republicans are coming for you ladies after your last episode. “dO bEtTeR” like, you’re aware that this is their podcast and they’re entitled to their own opinions, right??? stop listening and move on. Your negative energy isn’t needed here. Especially when they are speaking nothing but FACTS. We as a country are 1000% screwed. We as americans are not in a great spot in anything right now. Everything is bad. Everything. So, that is why I took the time to write this review. I have been listening to this podcast for years, I love Kendall and the rest of the team. You guys do a great job with your show, keep up the good work and please keep spreading awareness to the issues that need them. Because you have been!

Do better

I have liked the sesh from the start. It used to be fun and a nice break from true crime. However, recently it’s mainly about their opinion on reality tv and even more one sided opinions on current events. Also, recently it seems like Janelle has gotten mean. Cutting people off and just making a point to be negative about everything. I wish I could continue to listen but it’s getting harder to tolerate the one sided opinions on everything.

Ladies, this was so poorly researched and sloppily done. Also, why do yall continuing playing videos on a podcast 🤦🏼‍♀️ just seems like you pick whatever for content. I know it’s a pop culture show, but when it’s poorly done it’s so frustrating. Also Janelle is annoying and comes off as really immature. The games you guys play on here is also really dumb. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

What a great change of pace podcast. My guilty pleasure has been watching Bravo and watching Honey Boo Boo grow up. The coverage of poor Alana’s grown up story was beautiful. And after hearing the excerpts on this podcast, she is growing into a fun and mature young lady, too smart for still being a teenager. These podcast ladies do such a great job recapping. Unlike so many, they give it their all and seem unafraid to give their own opinions. I’m so lucky to have stumbled into this podcast.

I’ve been a fan of kendall since 2016. I’ve watched the sesh since the very first launch and I enjoyed it the first couple years but now it’s just them talking about old news and repeating things that have already been said. I can’t stand karely or whatever. She says “like” and “literally” every two seconds and she talks way too much for someone who isn’t the host (nobody cares that you have crappy taste in men that you found on tinder) . They used to be fun, funny, and laid back but now it’s just a drama Chanel with poor coverage of the topics they talk about.

I work a lot of solo shifts at work which can be mind numbing sometimes. I’ll listen to one of the mile higher media podcasts in my airpods all day, but The Sesh is definitely my fave. It just feels like I’m hanging out with the girls all day. Thank you Kendall, Janelle, Sydney, and Karelly for getting me through the day❤️

Show isn’t bad but they really don’t do research Kendall or jenelle have the facts right but then one of there editors “corrects” them but they are wrong and it always ruins the show. That or they ALL don’t do there research
