Love this podcast wish you guys would make more

I wish they would finish GT, but other than that I’ve listened to every episode like 3 times 😅💜🤷🏽‍♂️

Great podcast

I have never been a podcast guy and have had no reason to enjoy a podcast. But, here lately i’ve been listening to episode after episode while at work. I usually listen to audiobooks and started to get bored. I dabbled in this and it had paid dividends. I wish i discovered this podcast a few years ago.

so when we were in dragon ball, I honestly didn’t I was losing hope in the podcast because his friends were more in it and Ray wasn’t honestly talking a lot but later now I am really been liking it because it’s more so just two friends talking to each other about the show and it’s honestly really good if you’re about to do long trips

The podcasts are super good and are my favorites

As an anime virgin, I was excited to see that there was a podcast that I could listen to on my DB journey. But to my dismay, I don’t like how the hosts and guests focus more on things that happen in future arcs and not focus on Ray and his thoughts are on the arc that they should be focusing on. I’m only a couple of episodes in so I hope to see this change.

If you like DB and DBZ this is a great pod cast to listen to. FOR SURE! Have you guys watched any DBZ English remastered versions with the Epic Bruce Faulconer soundtrack?

Guys it’s actually so interesting and I die waiting for the next episode every Wednesday. If you like db or dbz or dbs then LISTEN! I personally I listen when I skate so just listen it’s so good!

Great podcast but the host (and other guests who are well versed in anime and DB) keeps cutting off Ray. It’s annoying for me as a listener, so I can’t imagine how it must feel for Ray. Let Ray finish his thoughts before jumping in!! But great podcast nonetheless.

Love every part of this, new perspective, corrupting of an innocent, and the appreciation of a classic. All that being said, I want them to do DBZA after Z. Please let it happen and have Danny on for some perspective.

You guys are doing a great job of covering the series. It’s really enjoyable seeing each of your perception of the series arc by arc. Side note- I love how Gozan laughs at Ray for not knowing some anime lingo, but then his actual laugh being much much more funny 😂 thank you both for doing this, y’all are awesome ❤️

I just gotta say I stated anime with dragon ball and just listening to this pod cast is a great way for me to watch it again with out actually watching it. I also really enjoy how u comment on anime in general and I also love hearing different peoples takes on a show I love.

A shame he had to have the tien arc spoiled.

I gotta say I’m a little disappointed in the second episode. You titled it tournament arc and barely spoke about the matches. Instead geekdom derailed the conversation to a subs vs dub topic and potentially spoiled arcs for your cohost and other first time watchers. You guys glossed over all the fights you did mention and didn’t even talk about goku vs Giren or nam. Or how Roshi saved nams village by giving him water (adding to his heart of gold. Just hope next episode focuses more on what happens in the episodes and less on future events.

I think I just died and went to Animakastan.

Never watched dragon ball yet and I’m really excited to watch along as a fellow dragon ball virgin
