Emx4“It’s not called The Work for nothing.”So worth the love, time and energy required. Make this a lifestyle and you can find peace. As Byron Katie’s says though, she didn’t call it The Work for nothing.

JasonC254What a blessingBK is one of the greatest teachers I’ve ever come across. So generous with her teaching, her content, her time. I feel very blessed to have been introduced to her through mention by Jim Dethmer of the Conscious Leader Group. Rediscovered her for the first time in a few years recently and The Work is landing in new, more profound ways than I thought possible.
-
VuokgddujBest podcast everReal world situations resolved in every episode. Pain unraveled often into laughter. I love that Katie is a guru who’s been married and divorced and raised three kids.

DreaAmmaA way to be free from sufferingIt is a lifesaver to have these episodes to listen to. When I’m in crises, having insomnia or just need a friendly voice to walk me out of my trance. LaurieMavesArtThings you wished you knewI know it’s never too late to learn and know, but if I knew this stuff decades ago, how much less suffering I might have suffered. The work is a gift from the universe. Thank you BK!

Kristina AthenaBeyond GratefulByron Katie’s work is a gift to this planet. It’s changed my life over the years and continues to change it everyday. I’m so beyond grateful for this amazing woman and her massive part in expanding the collective consciousness. The Work is revolutionary. It’s the path to peace 🙏🏽
-
HotMama2018Life changing. This is revolutionary work. Everybody needs to know how to ask these questions and turn around. There is nothing out there as effective as this.

magil1Beyond words…I love Byron Katie so much. She found and continually shared a simple, accessible and profound method to to find what I seek without encouraging a dependence on her or an organization. There’s no need for a group, expensive courses, registration of any kind, surrendering to a master... I can just judge my neighbor, write it down, ask four questions, turn it around! It’s so simple and immeasurably empowering. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Live to Learn!Katie is my best friend, she just doesn’t know it yet!Words are inadequate to express my gratitude for this woman. She has changed me at a deep level and helped me to get back to who I am and taught and reminded me how to love. I’m still learning every day and whenever I start to drift back to the ego, she reminds me of truth again. Life has been a challenge because my thinking has been a cause of great suffering. To be free more and more each day I am truly truly grateful for!

Carroll1229The Work is ImportantIf only everyone worked the Judge Your Neighbor worksheet, we might just achieve world peace.

AnnsVisionOutstanding Episode #147 My mom doesn’t accept me Part 2The teaching Katie elaborates on in episode #147 really helped clarify some of the core foundations of The Work! Thank you Katie and Sarah! This inquiry shared in an extended 2 part version was so helpful on so many levels!! Not only in flipping how I related to my mother but on the multi leveled benefits from doing the work. I also appreciate the in-depth real life examples Katie gave on her state of mind with her own mother.
-

bakedandwiseEye Opening, self revealing discovery :I am just discovering your Work, and I must say I am captivated. I’ve known for awhile my stories in my mind can and would lead me down some spiraling staircases. I had begun learning to be more aware, however, your working and work blows my mind I so far as it’s far reaching effects on all our lives. The Trance is a perfect word to describe descending the spiral staircases of our beliefs . I am obsessed with learning and implementing your work. Thank you, Cynthia

Lynda in VermontThank you for being so lovingly consistentI just listened to your recent mom session. My mom passed in 2020 at 95. I started becoming aware of how much I blamed her my whole life for a litany of issues shortly after she died. So between bouts of grief and growing self awareness um, just YIKES! I have been in Therapy since then. Hit a snag recently and could not get past some waves of blame and anger and big resistance mostly at myself. Someone sent me this podcast. Pretty much cried through it. Thanks for the reminder dear dear dear BK that this work is not for weenies. Blame and projecting are so insidious. Phew! On to it all together one day at a time. ❤️

SelfemployedwomanThis is such a gift. Is it true?Thank you, Byron Katie. When I notice I don’t have the energy to do the work myself, or write out a judge my neighbor worksheet, I find a similar subject on this podcast. It is so helpful for me to go along with someone else. It helps me push passed my ego and still learn. I also notice when it has been a while since I’ve done the work- I start slipping back into old patterns and thoughts. I’m so grateful this podcast is readily available to help guide my thoughts and life back to peacefulness. Thank you.

ManzanitamaggieGreat quality, POOR AUDIOFirst, let’s talk about the positives. The podcast’s content is undoubtedly its saving grace. The host is knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about their subject matter. They tackle a wide range of topics with depth and enthusiasm, providing listeners with valuable insights and perspectives. However, where the podcast falls short is in its AUDIO QUALITY It’s a real struggle to listen to. It’s a stark contrast to other podcasts with professional-grade audio setups that offer HIGH crystal-clear sound and a seamless listening experience. In this era of high-quality podcasts, audio production is paramount. The lack of attention to this crucial aspect is a significant drawback for this otherwise promising show. It’s disheartening to see such valuable content compromised by audio issues that could be easily addressed.

FotofrancGentle strengthByron Katie’s clarity matches each caller with patience and confidence. When I listen, I can find a time when I thought and felt just like the caller. I look inside for my own answers, while their answers seem to deepen mine. So glad these recordings are available to all of us. ❣️
