Mets’d Up BoysWright/AlonsoHi guys, this is Gavin. I am a huge Mets fan! For my Birthday I got tickets to go to the Mets game on July 19th when they retire Wright’s number! I love the man! I have met him too! He’s my favorite player of all time! He’s a great guy too! Such a class act! He’s a good example of a captain! He really should be in Cooperstown! I hope Pete stays🙏! How many years and how much money do you think he gets? Love the pod guys! LGM!

krazykat61My favorite podcastLove the energy and positivity - the Jim Leland stories aren’t bad either!

EricLouis5Welcome to BleavGreat to have you and great show!

JohnCzech23Love the Pod but…These new intros were Chinch talks like he’s speaking into a telephone to preview the episode for a minute are horrible. I have to skip the first minute 1:05 of every episode now. I find it ironic you’re gonna do a preview of every episode when you guys have done 11 minute pods before. So previewing 1 minute is almost 10% of the show. Anyways, these two dudes are great to listen to. Love the guests, love the daily talks, great pod. Just can the new previews and go back to what you used to do.

DJ WrayThank YouSean Casey was a wonderful surprise to my birthday game against St Louis Saturday. I was waiting for the gates to open, and he happened to walked by. I hadn’t had a chance to listen to the newest Funbag, so I had zero clue he was coming. Mr Casey, thank you tremendously for taking the three minutes out of your busy day to have a small conversation, and allow me the opportunity to have my picture taken with you. Keep on rocking guys, I cannot wait for the new uploads every week.

Coach John DalyGreat show! For a lifelong baseball fan, this is an awesome show!! Sean Casey (loved when he was with my Detroit Tigers) and Rich Ciancimino, make an awesome team! These two friends have so much fun and it is infectious - I find myself laughing along with these two. It’s so clear they care for each other & that adds to the value of listening to this show. Keep up the great work … would be fantastic to see Sean working with the Tigers again. 😊👏❤️⚾️

Toph808More Lambooski!Love hearing stories and life lessons from the Mayor. Sean is clearly one of the best people and personalities from the game of baseball in the last few decades. However, I’ve got a fever, and the only prescription is….MORE LAMBOOSKI! The Mayor and Lambooski talking story together….FUHGEDDABOUDIT!!
-
RamonatvOne of the best!I’ve listened to a lot of baseball podcasts and this one is, no pun intended, a Home Run. Sean’s stories are a great peek at what it is like being a Major Leaguer. Awesome stuff!
-
Tuslaw DarrellLove the show but…..Co- host trying to be cool and drops the f- bomb when he thinks he’s one of the boys- respectfully 3 star- not a good example on the use of language, makes impossible to trust the content when driving my 14 year old son to baseball practices
-
37feetWish there were 6 stars. The mayor and this podcast is one of my all time favorites. If you are interested in learning and being entertained you can listen to one after another. Sean has a unique ability to draw incredible information out of his guests and his energy and passion are unmatched. Life lessons -baseball lessons and plenty of laughs. Wish there were 6 stars

DeLong ShotsFantasy reviewSean, I don’t know about that Josh Jacobs pick brother, I do like what you did in the middle rounds though, Stevenson and Kmet might be sneaky good. Next year have Rich pick with you, he knows what he is talking about with football as well. Love the pod, good luck this season. I would love to see maybe Verlander on the pod in the off season, he seems like a quiet reserved human who nobody really knows except his wife.
-
J. AskinsThe BestYou will get to know some of the games best players and gain a greater appreciation for them and their abilities on and off the field. The stories are tremendous and I’ve never laughed so hard at the stories Sean Casey tells. Now you add fantasy football and this podcast now has it all! Thanks Sean and Chinch!
-
Ted Sox fanCurt SchillingWhat a great interview with Curt Schilling. It was amazing to hear about his preparation. Bill Russell of the Celtics said that he knew where the rebound was going before it left the shooter's hand- not a coincidence I am sure. Sean needs to have Curt on again soon so we hear the Ted Williams and Deion Sanders stories.
-
AppalachiosaurusAmerica’s GameGreat podcast. I have listened to every episode. Sean is so original and full of energy!

@johnnydundiesCasey at the bat!Case’s energy is contagious and the stories are priceless. Sometimes I’m literally laughing out loud while I’m driving and listening, while other times I feel like I’m flipping through my baseball card collections checking stats of players like I am a kid again. GREAT PODCAST!

-
Jvc1003Great listenThis is an awesome podcast. Casey and Chinch ask great questions and get the most out of their guests. They have great on field and off the field stories. Feels like you are on 1st base with Casey. Patiently waiting for Pete Harnisch to make his debut.

Catt45The mayor makes fansSean makes baseball fun and the people who get to hear his enthusiasm the better baseball will be. Sean Casey for commissioner!!!!
-
ColBurghAuthentic, insightful, energetic, and funnyBy far my favorite podcast to listen to. I just discovered it a few weeks ago and I’m yet to be disappointed. Sean has great camaraderie with his guests which is a true testament to his character and the respect he earned from other players, including those in HOF. He’s incredibly engaging, funny as all get out and his guests are top notch. You don’t have to love baseball to enjoy his shows. There is so much good stuff about the game itself, past experiences, and life in general that I cant get enough. Even better when the Pittsburgh twang comes out!!!! Keep up the great work - you’re making peoples days! WG
-
tripgreatFunny, and a sonic challengeSean Casey was one of Jim Rome’s most consistently entertaining guests. He does not disappoint in storytelling. He sounds like he is recording in a bathroom, or using a tin can and string. Johnny Bench was a great guest, and the sound began badly and got much better as time moved on, thankfully. We also learned during the trivia game why Sean’s sound is so bad. He’s at the pool or the beach!!! C’mon, Man! I was going to blame your producer. There have been some recording innovations since The Jack Benny Radio Show, Sean! Let your producer sit you down and teach you where the microphone is, and how to use it! I AM a little hearing impaired, but I hear Conan O’Brien, Danny Bonaduce, and Rob Lowe just fine on their podcasts. This is the Major Leagues! Actually, Bob Uecher would be a GREAT guest!
-
ajc232323I am loving the podcast so farGrowing up in Cincinnati I was lucky enough to watch Sean Casey for most of his career and to this day he is still one of my favorite all-time Reds. I’m three episodes in so far the stories have been fun, the insight into the game has been outstanding and it is great to see Sean just being Sean. There are many reasons why the city of Cincinnati gave him the nickname the mayor One of which was his personality which really shines through on the podcast. The city of Cincinnati still loves you and consider you one of their own keep up the great work.
