Good podcast for Kraken fans! Thank you

I recently discovered a love for hockey and the Kraken. This podcast is a big part of that love. RJ and Dylan have taught me a lot about the game. This podcast and its community also are great for providing therapy after a difficult game and elation after a game that’s gone our way.

These guys are great. Dylan and RJ have wonderful chemistry and complement each other in terms of covering not only the game recaps but also the business of the game and in-depth views on the young players coming up. They both have experience in playing the game and both are passionate about the sport and dedicated to growing and educating the fanbase here in the Pacific Northwest. On top of that, they’re fun and lighthearted, and always welcome questions from new fans looking to understand the game better. Always great Kraken insights in their episodes. Not only will you be up to speed on the latest news during the season, they’ll keep you updated on everything in the off-season too. The post game lives are a must for instant takeaways. Extra points for having them available to download so you can listen the following morning in case you can’t make it live. Aphra treats and lemon lime Gatorade forever!

Really enjoyable. They crank it out consistently. Love even their offseason episodes where they do things like predicting the entire season game-by-game. Their postgame lives (which I listen to the following days via the podcast feed) are probably the weakest- where it just becomes a live chat room transcript, but their analysis of player performance, GM moves, opposition SWOT, etc are worth coming back to week after week.

Sometimes after Kraken home games I need a little group therapy - Dylan and RJ get Kraken fans. Everything I’m thinking during the game is a subject of their post game live show and/or this deep dive podcast. It’s great to hear their take on everything Kraken, as the standard media reporting isn’t very informative and definitely less interesting. Following Emerald City Hockey is like getting two new hockey buds!

As a new NHL fan I wanted a pod that was fun, informative and up to date. That’s exactly what we have here! I don’t miss an episode and RJ and Dillion keep us Kraken fans up to speed on everything! It’s a great listen! Don’t know if I would stayed latched the Kraken without them!

The podcast centers around the NHL's newest franchise, the Seattle Kraken. Dylan and RJ are lifelong hockey fans that bring their own experiences of the game to the discussion. Their passion for the sport brings an exciting energy to the podcast as the two Dive into all things Seattle Kraken. As the two cover the past week, Dylan brings his coaching and scouting experience to the show to break down the plays while RJ uses his own coaching experience and GM'esk midset to highlight the off-ice moves. Their chemistry is top tier and I always look forward to the show! Keep up the great work guys!

As a long time, former Canucks fan I listen to a lot of SportsNet 650 podcasts. This podcast consistently meets or exceeds the insightful commentary that you find in Canadian media and Canucks related podcasts. My only complaint is that they are not frequent enough! Keep up the great work! Go Kraken!

Yelling for emphasis is not a good podcast practice. I’m not trying to nitpick, but I don’t enjoy having my ears blown out because you want to prove a point

I just discovered you guys, I’m only 2 shows in & your show is exactly what I have been missing. “The Deep Dive” is really just that, the few Kraken podcasts that exist are great, but don’t go into the minutiae of the 32nd NHL expansion team. You guys really know your stuff, not only is your content interesting, but the level of detail is really great and helps peel back the curtain on the Kraken organization and how the NHL works in relation. I also really like the length, most podcasts are too short in my opinion, the depth and breadth of your content keeps me plugged in!
