Love the SignsThank you TyraI have just begun listening to podcasts in general and yours came across and I am hooked. Just what I needed. A friend who speaks to me and tells it like it is but also believes in God’s beauty and power. I’ve been going through alot when it comes to loving myself and finding what I want. This podcasts helps me think things through and finally let in love that I’ve never felt before. Thank you Tyra, please keep up the great work.

Raising a toddlerJust what was needed …I don’t normally write reviews, but I could not resist . I really enjoy the relevant topics that Tyra talks through. This is much needed in our current climate! So happy to have found this podcast!

jdjjdnfnf dnEnjoyed the episodeToday was my first time listening to this podcast. I like the honesty and encouragement. I went outside for a walk today as well. Decided not to work overtime I stay on the computer. I did make a commitment to myself to travel once a month and so I have done that so far. We are not promised tomorrow and also prioritizing my health more because I slack off sometimes. I also put sugar on my grits lol I was just raised that way haha that’s my only answer to that.

DeziichanThis podcast is my therapyTyraaa, you are so beautiful and such a light in this world. Thank you for this podcast and everything you do. Discovered this podcast a while ago and although it’s been in my list of shows for a minute, I really sat down and listened to an episode related to something I was going through at the time and I literally cried during because I resonated so much and the timing was perfect. Haven’t been able to put it down since and now it gets me through my work days.

Shae Denise GibsonFirst time listenerI’m a first time listener and I’m already tapped into what Tyra has to say. I’m in a season where I’ve got to get out of my current career and there are other aspects of my life that I need positive affirmations and God’s guidance for and this Dec. 9th episode was just what I needed. I’m ready for more affirmations and blessings from God. I’m ready to do the work.

BayySmoothNew podcast for meI found a old hs classmate tag this ig page one day and I went to find it. I finally started listening few weeks ago and been hooked since. Now most of the old episodes start playing then stop in mid play and go to the next one but besides that It’s. Great podcast added to my rotation
-
ebstraordinaryEbsHi Tyra! I really do love your podcast and your willingness to be transparent most days to facilitate needed conversations. The only feedback I have that I hope doesn’t come off as rude or mean is that your audio tends to be very low during your episodes. I can hear the ads you run loud and clear but I find myself having to work extra hard to hear the actual content, meat and potatoes of the show — which if my favorite part. 🙁 I pray you listen back and take this feedback into consideration while recording in the future.

A.K.BCGuest host YasmineHonestly Tyra I have been a fan of the show since I stumbled upon it. You have a way of connecting with your audience unlike any other. You seem genuine and authentic to yourself and what you share about yourself. Personally I respect your guest host for coming up and doing this segment. However I wasn’t a huge fan of this episode. Call it bias if you want but she just wasn’t giving the same energy and plus her speech pattern of her stretching her words (not sure if it was intentional or how she actually speaks) made it so I was struggling to connect. Outside of my concern I want you to know I will continue to share the show.
-

authenticallyme1217A Podcast I Didn’t Know I Needed!!Your podcast has shown up in my suggestions for a LONG time. And honestly, the word “affirmations” turned me off a bit because it has become an “it” word. BUT, as I listened to your most recent episode, my eyes widened 😳 and I was like yooo, she is DOPE🔥!! Not only do you bring your country grammar all into the mix (I’m here for it, fellow southerner), but you also make sure that your faith🙏🏽 is in it too! Thank you for being authentically you and curating a space where Black women can feel whole, seen, and validated!!🤎

QueenShedaI love this podcastI recently started getting into my self care and self love journey and I was on lemon and google looking for different podcasts to start listening to and this was one of the most talked about podcast so I started from the very episode just to see if I was going to like it and when I tell you I feel in love with it, I love how you open up and is honest with what you are talking about and how it is so relatable especially the affirmations you say. I recommend this to my coworkers and my cousins and they love it also

TJohn875It’s OKAY to restI really enjoyed this episode. As a wife and mother I struggle with taking time for myself. Tyra mentioned that you cannot pour from an empty cup and that is so true. I’ve found that incorporating daily quiet time and being mindful of what I feed my mind has really helped in how I show up for myself and my family. Developing a night routine will definitely be something that I incorporate.

Cerious DivinityOnly Podcast I Listen ToI just started listening to podcasts consistently this year. I’ve only been listening for a few weeks and honestly this is the only one that really flows. The topics are actually topics I want to learn more about and Tyra has such great delivery. I didn’t realize how impactful listening to someone talk about their life and experiences could be. I wish she uploaded an episode everyday lol but serious! Thank you for taking this leap. It’s been a pleasure tuning in.
