I love hearing about new books. Your voices are so sweet and cheerful sounding! Please keep up the podcast, it’s the only good one I’ve found that I listen to. It always brightens my day and makes cleaning my room easier and more fun! ❤️ I would like to hear about more YA books.

I’ve listened to this podcast for over a year and do like the hosts and their book recs but it’s always rubbed me the wrong way how they always seem to be just exhausted and frustrated about something (and I’m a mom of twin toddlers so trust me, I understand exhaustion - but that’s not what I’m wanting to hear about on my book podcasts). It just doesn’t seem like they want to be there - which makes sense with their latest announcement that they’re going down to episodes every other week, that they’re just not enjoying making the podcast as much anymore. Why bother continuing with the podcast then if it’s such a drag? Unfortunately I think it’s time to finally unfollow.

This podcast has grown my TBR shelf quite a bit! Love the reviews they give without spoiling the book. Better yet, they’re so genuine and kind, it’s like hanging out with two good friends talking books, but I’m the silent one that doesn’t speak 😂 The other plus is they both have different tastes so it opens you up to more genres. Love this podcast!!

Extremely shallow/surface book reviews. These ladies LOVE a lot of books that are just plain bad and can’t be bothered with anything that has any substance. Ok for them, but I am really looking for a book podcast with much more discerning readers. If you like the Literally Reading podcast you will probably like this. I hate that for the same reason. *update* removing a star for incessant laughing…at nothing. This is not witty or intelligent content. The laughing is not justified.

I really want to like this podcast. I wish they weren’t trying so hard to be a comedy podcast. Just be natural and talk books. Not everything is funny and that’s ok.

And also supper pornography is school. Cannot listen to people who are ok sexualizing children.

Sarah & Mia are wonderful! They remind me of my bestie: we both love reading; we do not like the same books; we love to laugh together. They share ratings and reasons, and they keep it real with practical approaches to huge TBR lists. They make me smile and even more eager to dig into my latest reads every day.

I find Sarah and Mia very relatable and they read similarly to me so I appreciate their recs. Also, #bestiegoals

The constant giggling was just too much. Not serious enough for a podcast.

I love their books and the conversation but there is just way TOO MUCH giggling so it becomes a distraction. Once in a while ok but goodness it feels very unprofessional.

Just discovered this podcast. Really like the chemistry between Sarah & Mia. Highly recommend.

One of my comfort podcasts for sure! I always feel like I’m catching up with friends when I listen, and I love the amount of new books they put on my radar!

I discovered this podcast and was an instant fan! Each week, there are lovely, cozy moments with Sarah and Mia, and great chats about books. The only downside is that my TBR pile keeps growing - but that’s not REALLY a problem, is it? 😉(And as a bonus - they have some really GREAT patron-only content!!)

This podcast is like listening to two friends talk about life and books. And I appreciate that the episodes are only about a half hour each. Great way to start my Wednesday!

I’ve never ever listened to podcasts before this one! I could just never connect or feel interested or entertained but that’s not the case with these two! I feel comfy and laid back as if I’m hanging with friends talking about things I love plus they always make me laugh 😆

I just discovered this podcast and I love it! The only negative I have is that they use Amazon links for the books in their show notes, I wish they would link to bookshop.org or somewhere similar to support smaller book sellers.

They have differing tastes from one another and while I’m more of a Sarah style-wise, I’ve read several books that Mia’s recommended and LOVED.
