    Had potential
    I was really interested in this podcast after having been diagnosed with PCOS many years ago. I have fortunately had very good luck with managing it after help from a lot of other sources, but I still like to learn about what I can do to help other women learn about managing their symptoms. Unfortunately, I feel like majority of the podcast is just stating what “not to do” and what issues are taking place, but never actually giving examples of how to improve/resolve them. The podcast caught my attention, but was an overall let down.
