    Great Podcast!
I would wait for the new episode to drop weekly. I’m a young Christian and a father that didn’t have the best guidance to become a great father. This will help support you and open your eyes to becoming the best version of you for your children, wife, and yourself. I haven’t seen a new podcast since the beginning of the 2024. I pray everything is going good for Curt and that if he gets the chance he will continue. Thank you for everything you’ve helped me with and God bless you.

    Will Knowland
Feb 28, 2023 interview with Will Knowland was the most concise and clear guidepost toward masculine and fatherly identity I’ve ever heard. I’m looking forward to hearing more of Curt’s podcasts

The best resource to become an excellent man
Curt’s insights, experiences, and guests have transformed how I go about my life as a man. I am now becoming the leader my wife has always wanted me to be. As a weekly listener, I always receive confirmation that I am on the right path and walk away with new actions to serve my wife and daughter. Life Changing.
Curts ministry is undeniable. God has set this work in motion and is equipping Curt to do it. God is using the dad.work ministry to change areas of my life in a radical way. Ive had the desire to live like this, but not the tools to do it, until now. God is making me hard to kill, easy to love, and equipped to lead. With the help of Dad.Work. Bless you bro!!

    Awesome stuff
Curt’s clearly become an awesome question asker and someone who’s delivering helpful content to men. Great balance of questions while letting his guests speak their wisdom. Length of podcast is just right, and the encouragement is always positive and challenging without shame!

    Amazing is an understatement…
This is life changing stuff, while the core purpose is consistent, the episodes (lessons) are different enough that you’ll never get bored.

    The opposite of man hating
Dad.work is the best thing out there and it’s the kind of thing what will change the world. Society has misled men and left us lost. Kurt does an amazing job bringing men who can give practical applications for being REAL men, fathers, and husbands. Thank you! We train and practice to being successful in things like business and sports, but think it will just work out in manhood, marriage, and fatherhood - which societally are all misguided from the start. For your own benefit, and the worlds benefit - take a listen.

DadWork is doing the Lord’s work
The #1 problem with our world today is absent fathers. This podcast is pure gold and so important right now. Most fathers desperately need this encouragement, guidance, and wisdom more than ever. Keep up the amazing work!!! 👏👏👏

    A must listen!
This is the best dad podcast out there. Curt is challenging and equipping men to be the elite fathers they are created to be. Hard to kill, easy to love, and equipped to lead. A message for all fathers.

    Better Than Nothing
If you’re kind of a dumb guy who became a dad, this is a great podcast for you. It does a good job of outlining VERY basic principles of parenthood/marriage and providing guidance on how to start applying them. But if you’re already capable of handling things like being a solo dad over a long weekend or speaking your wife’s love language then this podcast probably doesn’t have much to offer you. It’s sad too because this is probably one of the best dad podcasts out there - the bar is just really low.

    Challenging and life changing
Great podcast that challenges men to improve as leaders in all area of life. The discussions are on point and push you to think about who you are and to look objectively at areas of your life you think you’re good. Solid!

Men NEED this in their life!!!!!!!
Curt, Started listening about 3 weeks ago, and OMG!!!!! My mindset has changed, habits have died and I have made healthy new ones. I now wake up @5 work out, pray , and then read and journal. Listening to the men you have on and how they have died to them self has truly encouraged me to do the same. I confessed my sins to my wife and have re-dedicated my life to the Lord. I lived a life of sin and hid it from every one. My marriage was falling apart and we were at the brink of divorce if it wasn’t for my wife’s loyalty to the lord I wouldn’t be here. I believe it’s by Gods grace and her prayers that I am here. You had a lot to do with that too brother. Keep it up and don’t stop. Blessings!!!!

    Incredibly Inspiring
Curt throws down the gauntlet in the best way for men to start doing the hard, right things (working on their own emotional stability, loving their wives, parenting their children out of a place of calm confidence, eating right, exercising) instead of the easy, wrong things (ignoring their own emotional state by falsely numbing through alcohol or porn, being disconnected from their wives and children and whining about it being hard to lead a family, eating garbage and having a sloppy dad bod). This podcast has blessed me tremendously. I believe that discovering it and starting to implement the habits it prescribes will mark a turning point in my life. Thank you, Curt!

    Changed My Life
Ok. So I’ve been realizing I need a change in my life and marriage for a little while now but haven’t made any real steps to make the change. For the past six months I’ve been listening to shows like Married Game, the Relationship School, the Dad Edge, and Epic Dad Legacy. I have learned a lot from these podcasts and their hosts who are really stand out models for the type of man my wife wants me to be. But THIS show has made me make a change I’ve never made before. On the very first episode I listened to (I’ve only listened to 2 so far) I cut something out of my life (an addicting game) that is standing in my way of becoming the man, husband, and father that I need to be. The guest’s name is Zac Small on the episode and he and the host created such a motivation within myself that as soon as I deleted the game from my phone, I treated myself to a nice lunch while I had the day off commemorating a pivot in my life. There are so many nuggets of gold in the episode I’m listening to it for the third time. Stuff like (and I’m paraphrasing) “If it doesn’t align with your mission or vision for the man you want to become, don’t do it or cut it out of your life!” Anyway, Curt, thank you for what you do and you are making a difference. And to all the guys who need help becoming a better man, this podcast will help you.

    Very grateful 🙏🏼💪🏼
This podcast is so impactful for me. I appreciate the vulnerability. So much of the content resonates with me. It’s making me a better man and a better father, and it’s helping me become a better leader of my family.

    Top 5 Podcasts for Men.
Easily lands in the top 5 podcasts for Men and Fathers. Amazing content, I have found myself listening too much and unable to retain all the information I’m hearing. I had to limit myself to 2 episodes per day!

Putting in the work as a dad
As a father of 2 I’m always looking for different perspectives and I have a few fatherhood podcast I listen to but curt just does it better. He talks about his problems he has had or is working on. The guest always seem to be great and enlightening. The tips recommended have helped me personally and will probably help you too.

This podcast has changed my life
I found Dad work Curt on Instagram while looking for motivation due to my pending divorce. Curt shares direct and no chaser opinions that really has hit home to me and caused me to really look in the mirror at what I did wrong. I’ve never been one to take accountability, but with Curt’s messages I’m learning. Please keep up the good work and hopefully I’ll have good news to share soon.

    Male-Amalgamation
I haven't made it through even half of these podcasts but I typically consume at least 10-12hr of podcasts a week. I'll spend a season focusing on 2-3 at a time rotating the roster ever few months. Well produced, good topics, and great guests from varying fields and backgrounds are making this a quick favorite. If you want a one-stop source for the Amalgamation of all things Male/Manhood then this is one to put on your roster.

    What an inspirational podcast!!!
Stoked to find this gold mine for value as a father. Thank you so much for doing the hard work and research to find incredible guests and bring incredible value to men that are looking to be fathers, currently are fathers, or our serving fathers.

One of my most listened to
Curt’s approach is amazing - the straightforward, need to hear info, is packaged in a way that is well delivered. If you are a Dad, you SHOULD be listening to this podcast.

    Delved in Deep
I’ve found Dadwork on Instagram about 2 months ago but really started listening to the podcast about 1 week ago. So far I’m 17 episodes in and you can hear Curt’s progression as a podcast host. He becomes more confident and asks better questions. I’m excited to see the progression continue.

    Dad’s - Listen Now!!!
This podcast is simply the most positive source of empowering and inspiring dad content I’ve ever encountered. Curt is very articulate and intelligent. His prose will get you fired up about being the best dad you can be and get you feeling willing to do the work it takes. This is coming from a sub-par dad who’s trying to improve :) I listen every morning to start my day.

    Hits Hard
Hang on, this guy throws them hard and fast! He lives from a point of truth and is cool with laying it all on the line. Check this out if your looking for someone who is real, and is not afraid to stand out in a world that is soft and fake.

    Great Podcast
I came across Dad.Work and Curt Storring this past summer after I got tired of listening to podcasts that put so-called “successful” men on a pedestal for all their achievements while it seemed like the most important work, raising their children, was being left to their wives at home. I thought to myself that I should start a podcast interviewing “everyday” dads. The ones who are coaching t ball, interacting with their kids, being husbands, doing household chores, working full time jobs, etc. What about those guys? I started listening to Dad.Work and quickly realized that there are a lot of dads out there who really value the importance of being a good father and husband. I also quickly realized that I have work to do. I look forward to Curt’s podcast every week and even go back and listen to old episodes. I always feel uplifted, motivated, inspired, fired up on life and it’s potential. I’d say the only downside is that there is so much good advice that I just want to do everything! Curt touches on that too. He’s reminded me that in this pursuit to be a better husband and father, sometimes you have to just stop and be a better husband and father! It does you no good to constantly practice for the game if you never get in the game. Also, to anyone out there who may think this type of podcast and the things Curt says are overly masculine, may I remind you that the intention behind the work is to show up better for our families. How can that be a bad thing? Happy holidays everyone. May we all learn to be present in the moment. Ian

    Wow!
I’ve never the type of guy to leave reviews but this is definitely warranted. Over the past month I’ve been going thru some deep and dark issues that has caused a lot of pain and destruction in my life. My wife said, why don’t you give this podcast a try. Me being egotistical I said yeah okay, boy was I wrong. This podcast along with therapy has turned my life around completely. To be able to relate to what Curt and the guest speakers broadcast helps tremendously! I still have a LONG journey ahead but this podcast gives me the hope, strength, and motivation to be a better person, father, and husband again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A Hard Pill to Swallow. But You NEED it!
Curt is leading the charge and helping men become the husbands and fathers their families deserve! As men, we all want to set an amazing example. But all too often, we end up just passing down our own unaddressed issues to unsuspecting little kids. This results in our kids having to deal with the crap we didn’t deal with. Well, Curt shines a light on that uncomfortable truth and encourages men to face and address their demons head-on and become leaders that are compassionate, lovable, yet dangerous in all the right ways. It’s a bitter pill to swallow at times, but these conversations are just what I needed to hear and continue to need to hear so I can become the father who creates an amazing legacy for generations to come! Let’s go!

    Dads you NEED this podcast
Found Dad.Work last year and started listening casually and fell off until just recently. I have spent the last 2 weeks listening through from the beginning to the latest. Long story short, regardless of your spiritual beliefs, this pod cast has saved my life and my marriage. My wife looks at me again with love and has literally said to me “what ever you’re doing keep it up”. It comes down to doing the inner work and applying the topics covered to your life. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone that is a parent!

Vital Listening - Do NOT Skip
This needs to be in the ears of every man, if not every person. There’s so much in here to digest. Found Curt via Instagram and started with Kyle Carnohan’s episode, the first Superhuman Fathers talk. This is real. This is legitimate. This has uncomfortable truths. If you feel the world has been taking a turn for the worse, fix yourself first. Seriously. We make a better world by creating and replicating good men. If you’ve been without a father or role model / here’s hundreds. This podcast is church. Every day I’m coming back, relistening, journaling, digesting. While I’m working out, while I’m driving, this helps keep the changes I’ve been drowning without in the forefront of my mind. Sometimes it takes a person losing everything or suffering more than they know how to overcome to seek this wisdom out. I’m not a father, but my better half is a mother. This is my boot camp. This is my preparation. This is how I’m learning to be their rock, their guide, their shelter. This is vital. If you love someone, if you can’t bear the thought of them being with someone else, but you’re not operating at full capacity, this is your sign.

    Listen—this is medicine.
For those of you short on time, or who just wanted to skim through a review before diving in—I’ll bring the summary to the front. Take the time to listen to this podcast. The content is medicine that every dad needs. That’s it. 5 ⭐️’s. For those of you still reading… If you’re here, odds are good that (1) you’re not looking for one podcast, you’re looking for a channel to follow (big turn off to spend time “flipping through the channels” every time you want to listen to a podcast—I, myself, nearly missed out on podcasts because it’s hard to find the message in all the noise out there and (in the guest-interview format) it’s hard to find a consistently good channel (I’ll come back to this), and (2) you guard your time, you put material through the sieve before you put it in your head (wise). Or maybe you’re here by mistake. Maybe you’re a mom looking for content to share with Dad. Maybe you’re reading the reviews because you’re skeptical of the quality of niche content produced by an heretofore unknown host (I was). For any of those reasons—and others—here’s a longer review (hopefully still concise): 👉CONSISTENT. RE: Above—the interview format is great. Long-form podcasts are great. But, man is it hard to find a podcast host you’d listen to “cover-to-cover”. I like Joe Rogan when he has on a good guest. Don’t follow his podcast (this isn’t saying anything negative about him other than it doesn’t meet my personal criteria), though. Why? I’m turning on a podcast when I’m working with my hands or maybe on a run or driving—I don’t want to scroll. I want to turn on and get in the zone and go. When JRE starts talking about doing mushrooms and pot, I’m out—so no follow, even though I do occasionally scroll through and bookmark a show with a “good guest”. Not the case with this podcast. Like a CD for which you have no need of the ‘skip’ button. I started on something like #106, started going forward to the end, now working backward. Hasn’t missed yet. Don’t pay the mental tax of scrolling for content, just reward consistency in the market. 👉HOST. This could be considered shallow, but voice matters (to me) in a podcast. Curtis’ voice, pacing, enunciation, etc.—it’s what we call “a voice for radio”. His guests are usually classically masculine men as well. No nasally voices or asking the guest to repeat and lean into the mic. Don’t know how edited these shows are, but it’s worth saying the sound quality is great as well. 👉ETHOS. There’s a loooot of content out there and some of it is “like white-washed tombs”. If you’re a believer, you’re commanded to “guard your heart,” and few things are as persuasive (in my mind) as the content playing in your ear buds while you’re working (maybe with gloves on) and can’t get to your phone right away. I bring this up because I’ve had podcasts going while on a ladder and it starts down a path that I want to exit immediately, but I’m stuck with it until my hands are free. This content has always been above reproach. From what I’ve listened to thus far, there is not even a “winking at sin”. **My boys just woke up from their nap, lol** Cutting this short. Don’t normally leave reviews, but I wanted to commend Curtis and also make a strong recommendation for others. Started with a list of 27 “Dad Podcasts” to filter. Got to this one and have not had to return to the list yet. Exceptional show. Good listen. And, thank you, Curtis.

    Best
I’ve never written a review in my life for anything, but have been so amazed with this podcast I decided to. A few months ago I had been searching for a podcast to better myself as a father and husband. I came across several and tried a few. I was hesitant to try this one because it didn’t have as many reviews as some popular ones. I found myself coming back to this one over and over again. What amazing content. Thank you Curt and all your hardwork with this movement! One of the best podcasts I’ve ever listened too hands down.

    Fizeek Father
This was the first episode I listened to in this podcast and what a joke. Pseudo-intellectual garbage. This guy used the word “literally” over 3 dozen times. His words were just pure fluff without any true substance. Blathering on about “soy” dads and red pilling yourself. I’m shocked he only mentioned Jordan Peterson one time. What an absolute clown of a guest. Extremely unimpressed
