    I stumbled across this podcast when I was struggling mentally a few weeks ago. I listened to the first episode and it really resonated with my situation I was dealing with during that time so I was hooked instantly! I love the dialogue and how the conversation flows seamlessly. It’s the gentle reminders to be kinder to myself and that we’re all human and it’s okay to have a bad day that reassure me I’m doing alright. A great listen for sure !
