An enjoyable podcast. The ads have increased noticeably the past few weeks. I wish I had time to parse out the ad-to-content ratio because it has more ads than any other podcast I’ve listened to. Content used to be really good and is still fine (we’re getting more personal and less tea, which is fine, just not what initially piqued my interest). Always enjoy the hot takes. Some vocal and technological challenges. The banter is fun, and it’s really cool to see what they’ve built. I’ve been a subscriber in the past, and I’m sure that would make the overall experience better.

To many commercial breaks can’t listen anymore.

I enjoy the podcast for the most part but you definitely need to have more than one episode a week. By the time you guys report, the tea has already been spilled by MANY of your competitors. I’ve find myself skipping or fast forwarding episodes because it’s redundant. Also, NO ONE wanted to hear from Rebecca Minkoff… epic fail.

Please stop with period dot…it’s said waaay too many times B. Amanda has no business being on a microphone. She is so tough to listen to. It’s like she is malfunctioning while talking, too monotone and can barely read. Unfortunately won’t be listening. The Becky interview did it 😬

I could absolutely care less what Scientology Cult Member Minkoff says! She is there to spin the truth and to normalize the Church of Scientology! We still don’t know where Shelley Miscavige is! Really a waste of time and space! Epic Fail from a show that is generally good 90% of the time. Get better, more truthful guests!

I love this pod but lately it’s like you guys are behind on the gossip! A lot of other pods I listen to already have covered what you guys are covering so it just feels repetitive

Love this for all the bravo gossip. I don’t watch housewives so I skip some episodes that are mostly about that or fast forward. The discussions are interesting and I don’t normally let their opinions sway me. We all have our favorites. My complaint is Amanda says “I don’t know” a LOT. I notice it every time and it’s started to bother me with using that as a filler soo much. ETA - PLEASE stop saying “period dot”. I know it’s a bravo thing, but it’s so repetitive.

You women are really crappy. You take other people’s posts and use them as your own. Then when it’s pointed out in the comments you delete the comments. You’re f’ing awful and it’s a shame to call you women. I hope you both get everything you deserve. I hope you’re seen as fraudulent as allaboutrh bc both accounts operate the exact same way. & the fact that you hide behind an account bc you think ppl care to know who you really are is laughable. You’re a bored human that has no better way to spend her time 🥱

B and Amanda are real people that talk gossip I love. I don’t have many friends that follow everything they do so it’s a good listen if you like bravo, up to date culture gossip, and the rumors and nastiness. I’ve listened to them for years and have felt their realness through the phone. They don’t hold back and discuss it all.

This is the best, most exclusive gossip in a sea of so many fun podcasts. Others use them as their source and you can hear it directly here.

The tea is weak and cold. This podcast has always been a week behind, but it seems their “sources” have dried up in the past few months. The content is no longer interesting enough to hold my attention, especially since their episodes, which are now turning into bravo episode recaps, are a week behind.

I love this pod but last week’s episode was a little cringe when the discussion of Ozempic came up. They reiterated that they’re not giving medical advice, but definitely praised it. There’s a lot of evidence suggesting it has severe side effects and can have lasting issues. Just wish more research could be done before singing its praises.

I’ve really tried to like this podcast, because I do like B and it seems like she does have good contacts that give her accurate information most of the time. But Amanda with the “Valley Girl” voice (like YAH) is nails on a chalkboard. And now she slurs… Also, there was an episode when Ozempic was getting popular and the housewives were getting it, preventing diabetics like my mother from filling her prescription, and Amanda ignorantly said, “Some people are saying diabetics can’t get it, but I haven’t heard that from anyone I know, so if Dolores wants it, good for her.” (Something along those lines.) I just can’t listen to her anymore. B would be better co-hosting with their assistant who was on the other day…

B going on and on ad nauseum about how she breaks all the stories is just laughable. “Does that make sense?”, “do you know what I mean?”… B you are not that complicated, stop asking!

Love to listen to them both, but the tea is always quite cold (delayed by a week). Hope their production turnaround improves soon.

I love y’all but PLEASE fix the editing!! It happens every single week. It jumps all over, there are some parts that repeat and some parts clearly cut out that it doesn’t make sense at all in some parts. I am a weekly listener but it drives me so crazy every week that I’m thinking I would be better off to not listen.

The production needs to improve. I listen for the “tea”(is there actually any by the time this gets released anyways?), but volume level changes between the show and ads is a horrible listening experience.

I absolutely love this podcast, it’s one of my favorites and I look forward to Saturdays when I can listen while cleaning or running errands. Even when I don’t always agree with B and Amanda, it’s still a fun recap of my favorite Bravo shows + extra tea! The one thing that is really annoying is the editing of the show. Normally I wouldn’t comment on it if it was a one-off; however it happens quite a bit. The editing jumps around where clips have been cut and added in or sometimes duplicated leaving the show to jump around and not make sense or repeating itself. It’s really frustrating! Hopefully, in the future, a little more time will be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen during the editing process.

I’m so glad I found this podcast and so look forward to it every week! I love all of the intel, hot takes, and Bravo gossip! When my husband goes back out to sea and I have more time, I need to check out the cocktail party. Keep spilling that tea! 🥂

You can’t blame Shannon for “being the victim” regarding John and Alexis taking the for front of the DUI when they FORCE IT ON HER. I don’t think she would have brought up John’s name once this season but ‘Lexi’, or whatever stupid name she wants to rebrand to, keeeeeepppppssss bringing him up. Y’all’s opinions are so wild and they’ll be you’re downfall soon.

I feel like you’re my friends, except with excellent gossip! I love when B talks about intel!!!! The way they jump in and out of conversations is what my friends and I do.

“Yeah, I agree” is literally all Amanda contributes to this pod…annoying voice with no valuable input.

Usually worth listening to, but this episode I had to stop 15-20 minutes in after they spent so much time talking about their “follower” on instagram and how much traffic / views they get. So tacky and gross!

Where have these ladies been all of my Bravo watching years? They have the real inside stories. You will hear incredibly detailed explanations and recaps of the Housewives and their craziness. You have to add this podcast to your favorites in order to understand the “other” story, which seems like the “Real” story!

June 2024 update: reading the most recent reviews made me update my initial review. I listen to multiple podcasts and this one is the one I get excited for on Wednesday and Friday (I joined their cocktail party so I get the bonus episodes. Do they have their favorites—absolutely they are human. We all like different people. Do I agree with everything they say no but I still listen. I use the fast forward option to bypass the convos I am not interested in (or I skip complete episodes I really hope people make their own opinions listening to the show not off the obvious fans of certain bravo stars. Bravo and cocktails has become my daily obsession Love scrolling, finding out the gossip and then watching it get validated sometimes months in advance when show airs I admire B and Amanda for a lot—most important thing is they use discretion—I have never seen or heard them identify a source which I respect I am such a big fan I joined cocktail party when they first released it as an annusl member. I got my money worth by the 1st weekend in March with the VPR scandal

I look forward to listening every weekend during my Saturday morning chores and errands. Love these two - like being with a couple girlfriends over drinks!

I used to really enjoy listening to this pod but the more “sources” you get insider information from seems to be so one sided and bias. Instead of saying your source is claiming blah blah, u have increasing been trying to push that persons narrative as factual. It’s clear that marg or Melissa is your source and selling their schtick to you and u broadcast this info as fact. It’s actually really fake for you to act as if u aren’t biased when u clearly are. To say that marg is more interesting on screen to Jen Aydin just proves how unbiased u are. Marg has nothing going on in her life. She doesn’t share anything except cuckolding her husband. Just bcuz marg is your source makes it’s even more obvious that you’re doing exactly what you’ve accused Jenn of doing in regards to using pods and bloggers to push a narrative. It’s hypocritical and disingenuous.

This is a chronic issue. Vol Scale 1-10 Between you ladies your volume is often a 4-5, Commercials are an 8 and bumper music is a 9. Please do everyone a favor who listen with ear buds. FIX The Balance 🙏🏼👍🤗

So I’ve been listening since the first episode. The tea gets hotter every week, and it’s been such a joy to watch B and Amanda improve every week. This pod is one of my must-listen-to for Bravo gossip. It’s on my list with Your Bish Therapist, Disrespectfully, Giggly Squad and Blonde Hair, Black Heart and The Viall Files. I’m a Cocktailer, and even with the subscription, it’s still worth listening to the pod because B will randomly drop stuff that we won’t see on the website or IG for a few days. I agree that B talks over Amanda, but I know she isn’t trying to be rude, she’s just being a New Yorker, and I find it endearing. Lol

B & Amanda keep it real & I enjoy that.

Love this podcast so much! It is one of the very few I listen to consistently every week. B and Amanda are hilarious and the tea is ALWAYS piping hot. Highly recommend adding this to your weekly podcast list if you want to laugh and hear all of the hot gossip!

I have been a Cocktailer since day one. These two ladies give us the facts and tea without pushing their own opinions on us. Any review that says different is a bot. No politics which is a welcome break from the news of the world. B and Amanda do a fantastic job and I love listening every week! Keep up the amazing work ladies!!!

B and Amanda have created an amazing community with this podcast. What I appreciate most is they are typically fair and balanced and allow for differing perspectives, which engages the listener to think about the situation differently and not immediately fall into the group think category. I have listened since day 1 and been a Cocktailer from inception. There are no two podcast hosts that do more for this pod then B and Amanda. The community is respectful of everyone’s differing opinions which is refreshing and they keep it classy! Amanda is an amazing support regardless of what’s happening in her life and B is always coming in with the hot tea as soon as she gets it. Can’t wait to see what’s next for them and how this community grows!!!

I love this podcast so much and it is a must listen weekly- been a fan of bravo and cocktails on instagram for years. Great takes across what is airing currently on Bravo and so much gossip shared. A few weeks ago a couple pods had minor tech issues and it was really no big deal. People have to remember this pod isn't a full time job and is a side hustle so have grace when 100+ shows have had no tech issues…have patience people.

I love your podcast even when we disagree especially on RHONJ I’m not a “Tre Stump” lol but definitely a fan of hers…I understand this podcast is fully your opinions, however I really love when you both give an unbiased take, it would be great to here more of “this is our opinion but make your own judgements based on the information”. Again it’s your podcast which I love and thoroughly enjoy, but as a listener it would be great to be provided the tea without so much speculation without context and remembering that we all approach things differently and don’t always have the same viewpoint on a particular housewife or bravoleberty.

I've been a fan of Cocktails & Gossip for the longest time, and love the podcast so so much. I've tried to listen to other Bravo-related podcasts and those for celebrity gossip but they never kept my interest. The hosts are either too young, say "like" too much, but not B and Amanda. They give great perspectives, always have the latest and hottest tea, and are seriously 2 of the funniest people to exist. I live for Saturdays when the new episode drops!

This show is like sitting in your living room with a couple of girlfriends enjoying a drink and talking about fun things. Great show!!

Going to have to quote Cookie here. Podcasts should be fun! Amanda? Not fun! Stop pretending you can’t remember people’s names (eg Rochelle) or shows you are reviewing (eg The Village). The schtick was old a year ago. And just state your actual opinion like B does. B isn’t afraid to say what she thinks. You allude to so much but want to ride the fence and flip flop so much. I get why Sheana is your BEC…you’re just like her!

I’ve listened to every episode since you guys started, the last episode’s commercial volume SO much louder than the podcast. Ironically, I’m less likely to listen to the commercials when they’re that loud than when they were regular volume.

Used to look forward to this every week, but so sick of hearing about the personal lives of two women who are anonymous. I simply don’t care. More annoying that I pay a subscription for bonus content when 50% of the content is discussion of their mundane lives. Reconsidering that subscription. Stick to the bravo gossip, no one cares about your love life.
