I’ve been following Rosemary for almost two years now and it started with this podcast. I started listening even before I received my real estate license. Once I got it, I knew that the way she structured her business was the way I wanted mine to be structured. I am new to Real Estate as a broker. I’ve worked in lending and property management in the past, but chose the Social Work field to land. After many thousands of dollars in student loans, and over 15 years of trauma saturation, I decided to take a back seat and help run a grassroots organization from behind the scenes. But… a passion I have always wanted to follow is Real Estate. So, at 48 I decided to dive in. I work part time at the org and am just finding my feet outside. Finding this podcast has been in my top 5 things I could have wished for, and next to my business partner and mentor, it’s actually in the top 2!! I have laughed, I have said oh yeah out loud as I’m walking on my evening walks. (I’m sure my neighbors think I’m silly) So, I just listen to episode 9 and yeah, I feel that. Nothing is worse than the social work uniform of Birkenstocks with cardigans- so I have been freaking out a little. I do know I look put together, and authentic to myself. But I’ve spent a pretty penny at Nordstrom trying to fit in. I will now stop and just wear what I feel looks presentable and put together. I also love writing- what? lol and took your advice and am diving into everything as if I have been doing this for years. I started a blog on my journey and am working on our business model and social media. Imposter syndrome or not. All of this to say, Rosemary, is a blessing. She has taught me so much about my gifts and how to be present and go for it. I may be shaking in my shoes some days, but I’ve got this. Please anyone looking for a real person to listen to and find authentic content you will actually use- look no further, you found her!

I stumbled across this podcast in a group for mom’s who are Realtors and multiple people suggested it a week ago. I started with a podcast that was older on SOI, because that’s what I needed that day! After one episode I was hooked. I started from podcast #1 and then realized that Rosemary is the friend I never had. First, I related to her story so much! I’m from Michigan (Chicago was my old stomping grounds) but then learning she’s a teacher and lives here in DFW metroplex I was like this is wild I moved here in 2013, then she mentioned E2M fitness and I joined that program in January 2024. I was like, “God is she my bestie in real life?!” I’m a teacher currently in Dallas and recently got my real estate license in May joined my brokerage this summer in July and just getting started as a realtor! I love how real she is and how much VALUE she provides! I’ve been on this kick of defining what value means for me and this podcast has been it! When she talked about imposter syndrome whew! As a teacher entering into real estate I’ve been nervous about what this life will look like in the beginning. However, I’m on episode 16 and needed to share my thoughts on this value she is dropping and how I had to really get real about my situation. What I’ve learned through this podcast is this: believing in your own value is not just about self-confidence; it's about recognizing that you are worthy of success, happiness, and fulfillment in all aspects of life. Embrace your journey, trust in your abilities, and stop letting imposter syndrome hold you back. You have the power to achieve greatness, and it all starts with believing in the value of you. Thank you for this true blessing it’s changed my rides to work and home, what I listen to while getting ready for the day and even has me talking to my teacher besties at school about what I’ve learned lol. Listen if you don’t do anything else definitely take a topic you are interested in and give it a listen I guarantee you’ll start from day one like I did after that first listen! I can’t even recall how I stumbled upon this podcast but I was hooked and even though she kept saying to write a review, I didn’t have time to because I was so busy listening and trying to hold onto EVERY word. I feel like I know Rosemary and feel safe with her. She is a real life real estate bestie and I can’t let go. So much so that I’m going to her retreat in April. I love the transparency, the real life stories, the real tears, the real “aaight now…let’s focus” pep talk, the everything. I’ve been in RE after I retired from the Air Force in 2020 and if you didn’t know, we had a whole pandemic and I was thrown in the rinse cycle and been in there since. I lost my way. I had drive after retirement but it does keep me making excuses of being LAZY bc it’s there as a soft place to land. She has helped me find a way to “get back.” Get back to being a force to be reckoned with. Please get you a Rosemary in your life because she came through for me when I needed it the most.
