Al does an amazing job of curating guests and interviewing them to tease out important insights for today’s and the near future’s world of work. This is a podcast I rely on to stay on top of the world of talent, HR, and work.

I listen to an Edge of Work episode once a week and I’m always walking away with a nugget of inspiration. Thanks Al for the thoughtful questions and the great line up of guests. Too bad I can’t listen while I’m going on my morning runs. I’d have to stop every 5 minutes to write down something I’d like to remember.

The company very recently laid off most of its content design staff. Would have loved to have heard “how culture shows up” in the way they lay off their employees.

This is one of the best HR podcasts around! Al is a great host who brings on excellent guests who are forward looking and understand where the future of work is headed.
