Great to see “The Return of J. Kyle Mann”
Five stars, and subscribed. Like many who grew up watching college basketball in the era when the best players often stayed in school 4 years, and only the absolute superstars dared to go “hardship” after their Junior year — the one-and-done era has made the sport difficult to follow and enjoy. And while I love Giannis & Luka, it’s hard to follow who the best International 20-year-old players are, out of the 7-8 billion people in the world. So it was Kyle, KOC, and Tjarks (Rest in Peace) who brought me back in…by talking about college Freshmen & International players I’d never heard of — who will be lottery picks & I’ll be watching on TV next season. It’s not an exaggeration to say this is a “Public Service” for American basketball fans, most of whom aren’t quite psychos enough, to DVR Greek League & Real Madrid games.

    Whole league coverage optional
It’s an ok podcast but man do they never wanna say anything about teams that aren’t big market. The coverage of this years draft so far has been pretty lame. Like I get it “everyone says this years draft is bad”…. Can we get some other analysis beyond that? Can we try to really analyze some of these lottery picks? Can we get someone to come on and really put money where mouth is and try to be predictive and serious?

    Bad
Kyle Man is so unlistenable. He just throws out the dumbest jargon for 90 percent of what he says

Podcast audio is a little loud but very excited for this
  • Lennygetsome

    KOC
I love KOC. Just ignore his irrational love to French players and you will be fine

    KOC rocks
Terribly sad story leading to the creation of this pod but no one better to carry the torch than KOC.

Huge draft nerd and big fans of Kyle and KOC. Really looking forward to listening and wish so badly that Tjarks could be apart of this but I know he’s listening from above. Good luck guys🫡

    RIP TJARKS !!!
I mean we all are going to miss JT it’s just such a sad situation and I loved the connection he and JK Mann had together but I’m really happy J. Kyle Mann is on another pod and KOC is about as good as we could get as a partner. I’m a nerd when it comes to prospects and nba drafts and redrafts ect. Anyone else who is like me knows it’s hard to find a great podcast on the subject that is both entertaining and informative and this fits perfectly with both couldn’t recommend more to anyone who’s interested in young nba players and prospects!!!

KOC is the best in the biz!
Great podcast with tons of insights. KOC is the best basketball podcaster out there. I’ve been listening to him since before it was officially The Mismatch.
