Stacey FitzI’ve Learned SO Much!I have learned so so much from Dr. Aimie! Her work with truly understanding and teaching about regulation (before processing our trauma) was/is a game changer for me and the women I work with. She is fun, real, super smart, loving, full of wisdom, and really good at teaching. I recommend Dr. Aimie on my online course for women healing through betrayal (relational soul wounds) called Becoming Safe. Her work has helped to make me, and my work, better! Big thanks!

Mag supportModern Take On Somatic HealingI love your show and one topic I would love to see is hypo-vigilance, contrary to hyper-vigilance how does trauma manifest on the opposite end? Please continue to create this for practitioners with an understanding that potential clients will find you work. Best of luck developing this further and hopefully changing the standard of care.

Amaryllis1985Recognizing terror in infancyThe information on terror in infancy has really opened my eyes and connected my experience. I haven’t understood why I have struggled in life when my childhood was loving and supportive. Thank you for sharing this information.

Sarhadi2024AhmadI appreciate her guidance about trauma but her only focus in every podcast is buy her course of 1000 $. I wish she could make it affordable for everyone, Van der Volk one of the most expert on trauma has a course of 7 months for just 499 $ , but let people decide if they buy or not, don’t push listeners to buy your course

smatzyAppreciate the attention to accessibility and detail of trauma processAs a counselor in training I am very much interested in the why behind the what, and this podcast delivers! Personally and professionally helpful for people who are curious and hopeful but maybe don’t know where to go next. Lots of great info. Thank you for doing what you do!

HeBGB70Dr Aimie is the real dealI was physically ill and conventional medicine just wanted to medicate symptoms, both physical and mental. I realized that I was getting triggered and dysregulated and I could change the trajectory of my mental Dx and find real root causes of my physical symptoms. I did the foundational journey and continue to work my way through these podcasts. I am recovering my hope and confidence. Thank you Dr Aimie!

JuLeah11Thank YouI got a lot of insight. I’ve been dealing with trauma for 55 years; unrelenting. Cannot passively deal with it, but must be an agent in my own healing. There isn’t a blueprint that fits one person. There isn’t a magic pill. This all gives me incredible hope.

Uriel51Invaluable information but needs Spiritual componentI came across Dr Aimie Apigian through the Biology of Trauma Summit .01 in 2021, while on a journey of healing my own trauma for decades but without considering or listening to my body. I had attended to my soul through spiritual practices and an excellent specialized leading teaching trauma psychiatrist and a wonderful faith based therapist who actually proceeded in my treatment very similarly to the concepts taught by leading trauma specialists such as Dr. Aimie and others like Dr S Porges, Dr P Levine, Dr L Mate and Dr B Van derKolk, among others who are all brilliantly adding to the science of treating Trauma. My own experience confirms, as many of these touch on, that the Spiritual component is not only helpful as they teach, but is essential to discovering the best path for each person individually for lasting and miraculous transformation not only healing in the best, least harmful, way but using the trauma for fulfilling our calling in life, for us, our families, communities, nation, world and future generations. I just wish these scientific geniuses would integrate spiritual truth confirmed by science as THE essential precursor to healing and wholeness along the best path uniquely for each individual for the best outcomes for all.

tjbrooks~There's more to it!Everytime I think outside of information that is commonly circulated, I can start to feel crazy but I just know there is more! Knowing what's there's and regulating it in the body are two different things in my experience. I'm sure it can vary per individual, but what are some ways to create that safety feeling in the body?

DawnlandiaImportant PodcastGlad I found it. As a trauma recover coach, I appreciate how she peaks calmly about how to develop skills for processing trauma, without considering trauma to be a social ID badge, or state of victimhood. It’s how we as a society should learn to help ourselves and each other. Grateful for her public platform.
