I wait every Friday for the new episode to drop. I’ve messaged questions to some of the guests and the host. I’m working on opening my own shop, and they have all responded and taken time to answer questions. It’s lonely running your own pizza business and this podcast makes me feel like I’m still part of a community with other owners.

This is a must listen show for any pizza operator out there. Great information and the best part is that Alex is a really funny host and keeps it light, but still keeps it real. Been listening for a while and most recently just listened to an interview. He had with Rose city pizza that I thought was excellent. I like the fact that he's not like some of these guys that talk down on other places for not doing certain things a certain way and is accepting to everyone in the industry. Keep up the good work!

Unbelievable podcast, This podcast is just as great as his pizza. I’ve been listening to podcasts for just about a decade now, had and have some favorites, always rated but never given a review, til now and it’s well deserved. I have about a dozen or so pods in rotation and all have been put on hold so I can binge p2p. As of now, I’m at the 2023 best of (wrap up) episode. Started listening about last week haha This podcast has definitely been educational as well as inspiring. Thank you Alex, Matt behind the scenes (hope I got that right) and everyone else involved.
