Love this podcast and topics! The hosts seem like genuinely good people and you can tell they always came prepared. Sad that the podcast is over but enjoyed it for what it was.

The episode regarding someone quitting residency is so incredibly disrespectful of that individual and their decision to leave. Almost certainly there are a number of factors that led them to make that decision that we are not privy to. Posting this sort of content on the internet is so unprofessional and tasteless.

I do enjoy listening to this podcast and love listening to lifestyle medical content, but I felt very taken aback by the commentary on the “quitting residency” episode. Residency is an extremely arduous process and to call it “annoying” that a resident quit three months into their PGY-2 year is callous. It takes a lot of strength to make such an impactful decision that not only is difficult for the resident, but also the program. To even have a clickbait title of this is I’m sure extremely triggering for anyone who has made the tough decision to drop out of their programs. I how Miki would in the future refrain from making judgmental comments about this individual’s decision, when she herself has not been in a resident’s shoes personally. If anything, the resident dropping out during such a high-stakes time should be a reflection of how abusive the medical residency system is in the United States.

If you want to listen to the girl brag about how much money she has and how much her man is dependent on her this podcast is for you. Also I read some controversial things about her on the internet that made me stray away even more.

I recently started listening to this podcast and am enjoying it so far, but I am noticing that Miki interrupts Kevin a lot. He’ll start talking and before he could finish, she always jumps in so he never gets to finish his train of thought. Still enjoying it so far though! 4 star only because I wish Kevin could finish his sentence before Miki jumps in.

As a male listener who started following Miki’s YouTube channel just because she is cute and funny, I see Kevin as just the quiet doctor boyfriend without leaving me strong impressions. But after listening to episodes of the podcast, I grew to love Kevin a lot!!! He sound so wise when he talks, and really elaborate his perspectives with rational reasoning. I love the podcast and I listen to it on my to work to improve my English listening ( I am from Taiwan 🇹🇼, so I was so thrilled to know that Miki’s parents were also from Taiwan ). The topics are also really relatable since I am also in my 20s working in healthcare :)))

To honest Miki played a big part of my life even though she don’t know me personally. Last August I moved to the USA and started my degree in nursing. Now I’m in my second semester. And who inspired me to do so? It’s Miki! I love and adore her so much!

Been following the adventures of Miki and Kevin for a while so it's refreshing to listen about their beginnings. I feel that listening to a podcast really shows how people are versus what you see on social media because it feels more raw, personal and in depth. I can't wait to listen in on future podcasts between these two and seeing where this new adventure takes them!
