    Well, Yeah
I really appreciate Tim and Rich, and their podcast. They share their opinions, which sometimes differ, and their shared comments are sometimes great, sometimes uninformed, but always well-intentioned. Their banter is always positive and consistent, which makes this the most real podcast on fantasy baseball I’ve heard. They are very likable, and don’t change their opinions weekly.

    Good podcast, lousy sound quality.
I can’t listen to this anymore unless they fix Tim’s microphone. It sounds like he’s calling from a phone booth in Newfoundland (echo, tinny voice quality, etc.). Really amateurish for an otherwise delightful fantasy baseball podcast.

    Another HOMERUN episode!
The newest episode “MLB Pitching Crisis” is RIGHT on point and a great listen! Rich and Tim do an amazing job addressing the issues facing MLB now and in the future. If you love baseball take the time to listen to this episode!!!

    Old School Cool
A bit different than newer pods, this is consistently good info.

    Info and fun
Tim and Rich do a great job of informing, while also being entertaining. They bring a different set of skills to fantasy baseball that can help out everyone. I am a regular listener and follow them on the web site too

    Best Baseball Podcast
Rich and Tim are incredibly smart, analytical and entertaining. Their conversational tone and natural approach make this podcast a pure joy and relaxing learning experience. This isn’t just rankings. Through their discussion, you’ll learn about their analytic process, the business of baseball, scouting, player development and even some life philosophy. Highly recommend listening, learning and joining their Patreon. Thank you Rich and Tim!

    Baseball and some
Rich and Tim, just like myself a Rich and my good friend Tim talking shop. With this you get data driven baseball Prospects facts from Rich and Asian players luck and Tim’s wisdom make it unique to fantasy baseball podcasts. It’s not daily, so it’s not mundane and they take a step back and speak to what’s going on. I’ve been listening for many years and enjoy listening to them. What’s for dinner, Tim?

Rich, Tim, and a baseball game
Two guys who love, know, and share their knowledge of the game in a fantasy baseball context. I enjoy sharing some time, a beer and their insights to be a top competitor in the fantasy baseball world. Cheers Mates!

Good show, but unfortunately you have to wait a while to hear the new episodes now, unless you want to pay them money.

    2 Friends Talking About Baseball
I listen to a number of fantasy baseball podcasts and this is one of the best. They both bring something a little bit different - Tim is a top fantasy baseball player and Rich does extensive prospect analysis. It seems to work in their favor they are both retired and usually talk as long as they want and not tied to a schedule or capping the time to 1 hour. I also like how they are both not part of the fantasy baseball hivemind. Most podcasts have very similar rankings and sleepers, likely due to how often they interact and show up on each others shows and podcasts. While there is bound to be some of the same players listed on all podcasts, Rich and Tim have more variety and different takes on players. I often use Rich’s prospect analysis when looking up potential prospect pickups. Another break from other podcasts is how Rich and Tim do not automatically criticize owners over contracts. Tim in particular sides with high player contracts more often than not, but at least they try to be objective and realize salaries cannot continue to escalate at the current rate. In my opinion, it is a more mature evaluation rather than the “player is always right” take most fans and writers have. In summary, this is always a good listen on a variety of baseball topics.

Consistently educational, engaging and simply fun!
Tim and Rich are the dynamic duo! They know their baseball stuff and have the chops to convey their love and knowledge of the game. Their weekly Show is far more engaging than most TV programming. Gee, even my wife enjoys it. After all I can do my chores maybe even paint the house while listening 🙃 Thanks Timmy and Rich for your many years of dedication in bringing us mortals your weekly analysis and more so your Love of the Game

    My podcast home
This review is long overdue. Listening to Rich and Tim never fails to put a smile on my face and make me feel right at home. The natural chemistry between 2 great friends and the insights we get from their shared passion of the game make this pod excellent. However, it’s the candid, freeform tangents they go on- whether its talk of music (first heard about Greta Van Fleet because of Rich), current events, or really just anything under the sun- that truly make this podcast exceptional. Oh, and of course Timmy’s terrible jokes.
  • Zeushockey
    Awesome podcast
Rich and Tim are very knowledgeable hosts who have a great chemistry. A great mix a advance data and scouting views. Rich cares about his content and his followers. Keep up the great work.

    Rich 🧐
Been listening for years. Listening getting ready for my Fantrax draft and hold and he starts saying people drafting already have problems. Thanks! What a snobby comment. Sorry football isn't doing it for me. I wanna draft a team to analyze and learn. But I have "problems" think I'm done wirr free h these guys. Know your audience. Jeez. Lots of other options. Rates and Barrels, DVR and eno drafted already.

    Great info
But Rich, checkout Tom Saggese in Texas’ High A affiliate. This guy needs some attention
  • cremefracas
    Great show
Notice not many SF Giants in your hot prospect lists. They were rated as top farm system coming into season, should I be worried?
  • Dizzx
    Pretty good
I like the pod, and I like the episode descriptions which show the breakdown of players covered (not all pods do this, wish they would!). But honestly was a little turned off by one of the recent segments on Mason Montgomery. Picked him up in my dynasty league recently and was super excited to hear what you had to say about him… but you didn’t even know he was a left handed pitcher?? How can we trust your opinions if you don’t really even know the players you’re opining on?

    Secret Show to Dominate Fantasy
Though I wish they wouldn’t speak so black and white about highly debatable political and social issues, these guys know their baseball. When refraining from politics, they are a true joy to listen to. Great banter and very factual/statistical analysis behind their baseball opinions. Even the discussions of food are fun. Whether you want to dominate fantasy baseball or collect baseball cards, these guys will tell you who to watch years in advance. Tim- nice call on Cedric Mullins years ago! Who is the next one?!

    Sunday conversations
I really enjoy the Tim and Rich fantasy conversations that they post Sunday evenings. I look forward to listening every Sunday evening when I go to bed.
  • KG513513
    Great podcast / complaints unwarranted
The deep analytics/prospects ratings are 80 grade. If you “get” their humor this is a very fun podcast. Yes, their politics lean one direction heavily. News flash, have you listened or followed other baseball podcasters on Twitter? A conservative fantasy baseball analyst is like a lefty reliever who throws 103mph.
  • aetna is a terrible company
    Disrespectful to minority players
Johnny Cueto is a 2x all star who has been in the big leagues for 13 years. You know how to pronounce his name. Stop making fun of player names just because their ancestors didn’t come over on the Mayflower.

    Great podcast - must listen
If you are a fantasy baseball player, (especially a dynasty player), you have to add this podcast to your rotation. Great insight and information and it’s clear that Tim and Rich have a genuine, natural friendship. For those complaining about politics ruining the show, you are just plain WRONG! It’s that simple. Political topics are rarely ever discussed. Great fantasy baseball/prospect podcast. I’ve listened for 5 years and it’s about as far from a ‘political’ podcast as it gets. Keep up the great work!
  • 105692848104720184810
    Tired of the politics
Listened last year and finally had to quit. The baseball insights aren’t worth the politics. Gave them another shot this summer and they manage to work their political spin into every show. I get enough politics everywhere else. I don’t care what’s for supper either. Move along, nothing to listen to here.

    Trade analysis
I really enjoyed the trade deadline breakdown episode. Heck of job going solo, ya nailed it by the way Rich. Great job!
  • Dan_eljefe
Like that cool uncle that knows everything about a topic
I usually prefer shorter podcasts but this is one I’ll deep dive into. Not sure if it’s on my end but volume balance seems off- bumper music is way louder than voices (which are super low volume). Fix that and it’s 5 stars.

    Old Guys in Box
I love Rich and Tim with their Odd Couple personals! Tim makes his Canuckada folksy talk and Rich does his ever best to mansolain why only Caucasian players are good! Won me a league last year!
  • whocares1112
Please god delete that guitar riff
That guitar riff that you use going into/out of breaks is really annoying and makes the show sound/feel like its from the 80's. I like to listen to baseball pods as i go to sleep but i cant listen to this pod bc of that horrible 80s guitar riff please stop using it it's unnecessary and doesnt sound good.

    Been listening since 2009!!
Love the work the guys do. I was listening even before the great Tim was on the show. Back in the day Tony, Lenny, Marcus, & Ian were great additions. Tony’s suggestions of Joey Bats & Chris Davis helped me win a few leagues. Rich & Tim you guys rules!

    Done like dinner
Been listening to Tim and Rich for years. Finally time for that rating. Love hearing Rich talk prospects and Tim talk import players, even if I don’t believe they’ll pan out! Five stars.

    Rising podcast
This is an excellent podcast, much improved as the years have gone on. Really enjoyable to listen to. Never do I listen and not pick up bits of info. Hosts have a unique relationship . Very entertaining.

    Outstanding podcast
I’ve been listening to Rich and Tim for 10 years. The advice is terrific and the fun they have as friends just talking to each other is what makes the podcast exceptional and addicting. Deputy Jeff in Texas.

    Joke
Use to be a great podcast. But they believe the covidiot virus is a real thing. What a joke these clowns have become
  • sayonaraML
    So disappointing
I’m 20 minutes into this pod, looking for a little escape and between the conversations on virtual weddings and economics, how is this a great fantasy baseball podcast? Universal DH? Nothing. Question for Timmy and Rich: if you don’t have anything to say on baseball maybe this conversation shouldn’t be a podcast. Rich is now talking about homelessness and I’m ready to throw my iPad at a wall.

    Greetings and Salutations!
Timmy and Rich are great! They have a unique friendship and rapport with one another and can be very amusing at times. They are experts in the fantasy baseball field, and I find their advice very helpful for my leagues. I have been listening for a couple of years, and I consistently rank in the top 3 every year, and i attribute some of that to their advice. During quarantine, they actually have had very useful episodes about player news and projections, vs how ESPN spends 75% of their episodes talking about simulation results and how that affects fantasy... I rate 5 stars for the advice and knowledge, but there is room for improvement. Audio poorly produced at times: ads are repeated back to back 90% of the time in the same break, and Rich cuts off Timmy mid sentence most of the time at the end of the show to commercial break, then back from break Tim finishes sentence, and immediately it goes to another commercial break. I know you got to make the $, but I think it can be tightened up a little.

    Top Notch Weekly Show
A great podcast by great people. Excellent content and genuine appreciation for each other and the game. Any non-baseball talk is either fun or really interesting. I love their takes. Highly recommend. A podcast I look forward to every week.

    The Best Baseball Podcast Period!
One of things I enjoy about Rich and Tim, they discuss music and current events before diving into the content we’ve tuned in for. It separates them from the also rans. I appreciate their honesty, Rich’s prospect knowledge, and Tim’s overall approach to winning habits. And of course the really bad Dad Jokes! Lol
  • Badger63 Express
    Politics
Has to sneak in his slanted political commentary all the time. Officially done with this after being a 3 year listener.
  • dake20
    Economics
And now Rich is an economist... aight. Just shut up about anything not related to baseball. Happens every time, give some douche a microphone and he can’t wait to talk about his personal views on things beyond the actual reason people come to listen. Nearly every fn podcast does it.
  • Booboomorgan
    Must listen
Solid content. But the real draw is their ability to mis-pronounce player names. It’s an 80 grade skill. And not just relegated to prospects. Like the Dynasty angle shows the best. It’s obvious how much they love the game. I’m sure it takes a lot of time and effort to put out a pod each week. Appreciate the show and look forward to it. Some production issues with volume swings. But great for what it is. But don’t try the drinking game with mis-pronouncing names, as you won’t make it through a show.
  • Tim in the Woods
    Prospect Heaven
Rich and Tim have a great rapport and Rich has a killer eye for talent. His player evaluation skills are excellent, his love for dynasty baseball is apparent, and his style and demeanor makes for good listening. He also thinks Kristian Robinson is to blame for Coronavirus and clausing global warming - which makes things extra fun.
  • Oakley Fight Club
    Outstanding Podcast
I have been playing fantasy football for over 30 years. In addition, I have only been playing baseball for 5 years. I work a lot & train mma & just don’t have time to look up statistics & metrics. Rich & Tim have really helped my game. They are extremely intelligent, fun & energetic. I highly recommend rate, review & subscribe to this podcast. I’m trying to go back & listen to every show in 2019. This is definitely a ***** show. Great job guys & look forward to a great MLB year. Amazing Baseball Knowledge
I have been listening to this podcast for awhile now and have used it to help manage my Dynasty Fantasy team. I have gained so much knowledge about how to appropriately decipher statistics to players and prospects to help you mold the shape your team will go. Rich is very easy to reach on Twitter and has answered every single question I have ever tweeted him regarding trade, start/sit, draft questions. Rich and Tim have CHEMISTRY. They don’t always agree, but they do not dismiss the others opinion ever. Both are ridiculously smart when it comes to the analytics of baseball. The grading they have on prospects along with MLB players is insane and I really appreciate the time and effort it has obviously taken them with it. This has been and will be my GO TO podcast/website/twitter account that I use for all of my fantasy baseball needs.
  • Drive to work
    Great!
I have been listing to the podcast for at least 5 years and love it! Never left a review because they don’t nag about leaving reviews like some podcast but felt I owe a 5 star review!
  • heynow0909
    Terrific!
Do NOT subscribe if you are in my league :) For the rest of you, Rich and Tim know what they are talking about. They are my go to podcast on a weekly basis for all things fantasy baseball.

    Great Dynasty Pid
I am a long time listener to Rich and Tim. They consistently have helpful advice around young players and current year pick ups. I actually hope people in my dynasty leagues don’t listen. Great Job Rich and Tim.
  • UNCHeels12
    Great podcast
Great info and great podcast. Any way to add some ideas on players to drop during waiver wire podcast? It’s great hearing about guys to pick up or look at, but who are some guys we may have drafted that are ok to drop?
  • Stratosfeae
    My favorite
This is my go-to podcast. Fun to listen to while including unique perspectives. Tim and Rich are a perfect broadcasting duo and helped put me at the top of the standings in several leagues over several years.
  • Fromubaktome
    More Tim
I’ve been a dedicated listener for several years. It’s nice to have more episodes now with Rich having more time to dedicate to content after retiring. However, it’d be nice to hear Tim more often as well.
  • gdyup72
    Sports talk?
I’ve tried to listen to a few episodes. Every time I have the commentators are talking about health or personal issues. I prefer to hear about current sports news not analyst life ailments. Just not for me.
  • NoRomo,wellMaybeaLittle
    Must listen podcast
Fun well informed thoughtful pod. Must be on your list of fantasy baseball prep and in-season news and strategy. Great guys and great info. Thanks!
