I always finish an episode feeling better
I don’t know how many miles I have logged listening to this podcast either in the car or on a treadmill. I consider ADHD ReWired a huge part of my “moving forward” journey once I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Eric and his guests have helped me understand, come to terms with, and thrive with my ADHD. I love the fact that the people on the podcast live the experience of ADHD and commiserate about the challenges and life hacks. It’s personal and relatable, and I learn something helpful from every episode. Thank you for the variety of guests you have on the podcast, for the discussions about not only ADHD but autism as well. Thank you for keeping me company on this interesting neurodivergent journey and doing so with kindness and light-heartedness.

Just an ad, no substance. An unethical scam
This isn’t a podcast. It’s 100% an ad through and through. Like all coaching scams, this podcast is only pretending to present resources, but it’s actually purposefully trying to make listeners feel hopeless and like they cannot handle their lives without buying endless, extremely expensive services. The host is an unethical creep running a scam. I hope he loses his license some day. As other reviewer also said, I understand people need to make a living. It’s normal for a podcaster to have other things to sell that they talk about on their podcast and that’s totally fine. This is so far beyond that. The content itself is manipulative and the amount of time spent on selling expensive coaching to listeners is not normal, except in the world of coaching scams.

So helpful for those with ADHD diagnosis! Engaging and informative

    Relateable, Insightful, and
This is a podcast for people with ADHD about people with ADHD by people with ADHD. The interviews sometimes make me get a little choked up, I relate to the way they are feeling so well. And sometimes they make me laugh because i’ve been in that exact situation. My favorites are definitely the live Q&A. Maybe it should be called Q&Q&Q& Aha! The person asks a question, and then the panel asks a bunch of follow up questions to help the asker more clearly frame the issue. It’s like a mini coaching session and I always learned so much!

    Ep 512
Ep 512 with Melissa was so good! I’m in art school right now and felt a kindred spirit in her. Also a agree that you are the BEST interviewer I love this show.

    So helpful
Honestly, I have a clinical Swisher work degree and I practice in private with all kinds of mental disorders, but I have like ADHD myself and I’ve always been a bit avoidance of that topic or maybe I’ve been in denial, but more recently I’ve become a lot better at recognizing my own symptoms, and this podcast has helped me get through some really hard feelings. I was just listening to 511 friendship episode and OMG ….this makes so much sense and it literally clicked just right, never thought of friendship as such demanding especially for us with ADHD ; so amazing to hear other people with the same exact symptoms, and not feel like I’m the only one struggling with maintaining any sort of friendship because it is so hard for me to get back to people and stay in touch it’s just feels like so much work and I always feel like I’m the only one because most people don’t struggle with maintaining friendships! Even though I am aware of my ADHD, I never really connected the dots to see how my struggles showing up, stick with the plans, and communication is related to my ADHD ; versus what I thought before which was, “ I’m just not cut out for this feels and feels like hard work.” Thank you

    it's a coaching business
Some nice interviews, but every episode I've listened to contains an exhausting barrage of not-subtle high pressure coaching adverts and annoying nudges to partake of their costly esoteric coaching services. This feels more like a sales pitch than a community resource. Flouncing.

    Always interesting, informative, and entertaining!
This is such a great show that provides a TON of information, life hacks for ADHD, and compassion for some of complications that come with it all. Full of empathy AND practical tools/applications to help those who suffer. 🫶🏻🌸❤️

    A Neurodivergent Teacher’s Gratitude
THE BEST ADHD PODCAST!! I use what I learn here and then pass it on in my classroom. I especially love the recap!!! Makes me laugh how it alleviates my “I know I didn't retain all of that” anxiety. Well done!

    So Very Useful
I started out listening to the earliest episodes and then skipped ahead to the newest ones ones. It’s so fun to watch the change over time although I kind of miss the old ones because they weren’t so highly polished. In classic ADHD style I listened obsessively to this podcast for a time and recommended certain ones too many of my friends. I do still come back now to check out topics of interest though. It is so helpful to hear about neurodiversity from someone who has both experienced it and done a lot of research and learned around it.

    Life Changing!
I began listening in 2014. I was stunned to hear the guests and Eric describe my childhood in their stories! I had never learned about my ADHD. And I was surprised to learn that it affects every aspect of my life. Not just school and work. I feel like I earned a master’s degree in Myself! Self care, grace, setting myself up for success are just a few of the very Important lessons I have learned from ADHD ReWired Podcasts 🎉Thank you Eric Tivers!

    Bingeworthy
I heard you on William Curb’s podcast and immediately found your podcast and started listening from the first episode. I love it, I can’t get enough of it! You’re kind and funny and helpful and so much more. You change things up every once in a while so we don’t get bored. Right now I’m in the part where you’re doing coaching sessions with all of your guests and I find it so helpful for ME. Thank you, thank you, thank you and I can’t wait to drive to work tomorrow to listen to more!!

    I feel seen!!
I’ve never been diagnosed with ADHD, but I struggle in my daily life. I’ve been looking for something to help me understand myself or just teach me some tools to function better. I just happened upon this show recently. I listened to a couple of the latest episodes and then went to the very first one and started from there. This guy is soooo helpful, and it feels like he’s talking about me. I have heard so many useful and encouraging things in just the first couple shows, and I’m going to keep going. I’m going to have to get a notebook to write down all the things that have inspired me. (The mirror in my bedroom that I’ve been writing on with a chalk marker is starting to fill up). Thank you for doing this!!

Wasn't a user of podcasts until...
This show is my Pandora's box. I found myself being overcome with relief because 1) I'm not alone; 2) I'm not crazy, lazy, or bad (friends may debate the crazy part); and 3) there are a lot of academically and professionally successful people out there--it's possible! It's like walking into a community of people who understand after wandering around in the dark for so long. I'm kind of sad it's taken me this long to find it, but glad there's so much content that I can binge listen to it all, especially while on the road. Thank you!

    life-changing for anyone with ADHD
although when I found this podcast I had already had a diagnosis for 2 years, the first time I listened to an episode in my car I actually cried. hearing all the people on the podcast have a vocabulary for things that I had gone through and experienced on a day to day basis was jaw-dropping. I have gone through the ADHD Rewired Coaching and continue to be part of the community. I highly recommend both the podcast and the resources that Eric puts out to anyone who is interested in learning more about their ADHD and gaining more compassion and self-acceptance. even if you have a diagnosis, you will not learn all this wonderful info from your doctor alone.

A must-listen for anyone with ADHD
As someone recently diagnosed with ADHD, the ADHD rewired podcasts have been a saviour. Whether it’s about identity, skills, emotions, or resources, Eric has a solve… and if not a solve, at least a “I hear you + see you”. I’m always excited for the weekly drops. Keep it up!!

    Real and relatable
Just listened to the episode with Stephanie Antoine. I love the transparency of experts who are willing to share their personal journey. That’s what I love about ADHD coaches, and especially this podcast. They walk their talk. They’ve had to. So inspiring!

One of the more helpful ADHD podcasts
Grab a notebook and pen because you’ll want to jot down the insights and strategies. A long-running pod that found its stride a long time ago.

This podcast is changing my life!
I am so grateful to the a DHD rewired team for creating this show. I’m 55. A single mom. I was only diagnosed with ADHD this year. Needless to say, I have a lot of catching up and learning to do. Every episode is one that I can relate to and need to hear. Please keep up the good work!

    Life-changing information
I have been a member of the ADHD reWired community almost from the beginning, not sure how many years that’s been. The information I have gained from listening to this podcast as well as the others that have been off shoots from it, has literally been life-changing for me. I recently had the pleasure to be interviewed on his podcast and had to confess to that I didn’t know how to write a review or become a Patreon because I’m not very techy. I now know how so I have done both. Eric is a pioneer and his field and has done such a great service for our community. I highly recommend this podcast and I highly recommend you support himBy becoming a Patreon!!!

    Game changer
Diagnosed in my 30s and medicated; I never received the education or coaching that I needed. I was successful in my career and somehow I managed but at the terrible price on developing new co- morbidities that might have been prevented had I been nurtured by coaching . Now at 65 , I am opening up via this podcast ( and other means) to salvage what is left of an intended meaningful and joyful life through new insights and methods. I am 65. It is never too late! I’m quickly forgiving those who hurt me due to ignorance (including myself) and letting the grief of lost past possibilities fade out. I’m exceedingly grateful for your podcast.

    Excellent!
I really love this show, as well as the other shows in the ADHD ReWired network. Amazing interviews that run the gamut with a lot of really good resources for adults with ADHD

Hi, I just found your podcast per another’s recommendation and I’m glad I looked it! I really appreciate hearing someone talking about similar struggles, and I’m already gaining helpful strategies for coping and improving my functionality. Only 5 episodes in so far and excited to see there is a lot more content for me to listen to. Keep it up!

    The mess of personal growth
I have listened to so many of these podcasts and have found each one so very helpful! Thank you. However this podcast was horrible. The language is ridiculous. The podcast could have been done without all the language. I hope that I won’t find these podcasts going forward , to have this amount of language. Again, the expressions are not necessary, the English language has many options to let us express ourselves without swearing.

    Good topics but…
This is an editing issue but recently there has been about 30 minutes of silence at the end of episodes!

    Helpful, actionable tips!
I found this podcast after my recent diagnosis and WOW! I’ve never felt so seen and supported in a podcast. I’m super grateful that the host is also a conscious person who is real about what’s true. I’m excited to keep learning and growing! The Q&As have been the most helpful for me so far as someone who has recently been diagnosis.

    Fantastic
Thank you Eric for such a wonderful podcast and program. My husband joined one of your coaching groups and it changed his relationship with himself and his ADHD (and with me!) for the better. I am so thankful for your program and how this podcast has helped my husband and for me to understand him better. You are a godsend.

    Game Changer for Me!
Being recently diagnosed with ADHD at almost 60 it is like a light has come on for me. Having support from a good doctor, therapist and loving partner are essential, but finding and listening to the ADHD reWired Podcast has changed my entire outlook. Created for and BY people living with ADHD I get to listen and learn so much. It’s especially meaningful to hear from people who I can identify with and who’ve struggled with so many of the same things for so long. I used to think I was doomed to struggle alone and that it was because I was bad or damaged. Now, I have more hope than ever with finding treatment, support and a (neuro-divergent) community that I can identify with and connect with anytime I want to!

    Estrogen adhd connection
What a relief to hear of the estrogen-adhd connection today. While I’ve learned so much from your show, this information might be the biggest surprise but totally makes sense. I haven’t been able to understand until how it is when I think I should be at the top of my game in life as far as knowing myself well and being more mature, that my adhd has seemed worse than ever. Mystery solved! Thank you. Totally recommend your show to friends and family.

    Commercials
Decent show but the commercials take away from the impact. Cut one of the commercial breaks out or make them all a lot shorter and this would be a 4-5

    Life changing for me 😊
My life has taken on a different trajectory due to listening to ADHD reWired with Eric Tivers. I’ve learned so much about myself and feel a connection to others that I’ve never felt before. I wish I would’ve known about this community much sooner as it has had a beneficial impact on my life. I couldn’t recommend it more!

    Motivation
I have had ADHD since I was young and went my whole adult life unmediated, and man have a went through some trials, but I’m here today because I’m a warrior at heart. I never believed in therapy growing up. Or if I went to a psychiatrist you were crazy. Well I’m 35 and finally seeing a therapist and seeing a psychiatrist and will tell anyone if you don’t feel right go get the help you are doing dis- service to yourself. I’m teaching my children it’s ok to be different. God bless🙏🏾❤️ Thank you for your podcast, it’s very inspiring!

First time a podcast led me to an actual community
Eric’s gift to humanity is in his willingness to be vulnerable and in doing so, giving others permission to do the same. He does not sit high and mighty in the expert chair, even while being a licensed clinical social worker. His transparency on the podcast is what brought me into his coaching and accountability group. It’s the first time in my LIFE where the issues I’ve struggled with so incessantly, are brought to the forefront as worthwhile topics of discussion. It’s the first time where time management, goal setting, time blindness, accountability, and a general sense of being seen not as someone with a “deficit”but rather, with a differently structured brain that needs effective support structures, has fully come to light. I’ve been in a process of de-shaming, and of accepting and honoring my weirdness and deep sensitivity. The podcast brought me to meeting Eric, and I have to say: this guy walks the walk and talks the (sometimes tangential) talk. Edit to original post: Unfortunately, if you decide to join his coaching group be forewarned that he does play favorites. Maybe you’ll catch him in a transitional time in his life and you’ll gain extra favor in his eyes. While I gained a lot initially from the program, eventually it put a bad taste in my mouth and he never sought to ask me why. Even after I’d clearly revealed plenty of my personal discomforts. He never reached out after I shared my misgivings. Very disappointing. A lot of time, effort, money and heart put into something that initially made me feel not alone, and later made me feel very very alone. Fortunately I have a couple friends from the program who also are no longer drinking the Kool aid. But apparently constructive feedback/criticism goes unnoticed or unattended to or both. Maybe it’s the hosts own rejection dysphoria. Who knows.
  • SilverGirl523
What is he talking about again?
I’m completely confused by all the five star reviews. I understand the host has ADHD, as do I, but he is constantly going on tangents making each episode far too long, much longer than I can pay attention to, and I very often am left scratching my head wondering “wait, what was the topic of this episode again?” Given how often he gets off-topic, he really should do a recap at the end to hit the main points again. I much prefer the podcast “Hacking your ADHD.” Shorter, completely on topic, focused, practical.

    New to ADHD are wired
So I am new to this podcast and relatively new (2 years) to my ADHD diagnosis. I sought out episodes on teaching with ADHD and RSD and am working my way up from episode 1. There are some great ideas so far. Gives me a feeling I can be successful while distracted! Thank you.

    A breath of fresh air!
There’s just something so soothing, like a breath of fresh air, to hear other adults who share in the same struggles as I do, talk about these obstacles publicly. It feels like a huge relief because 1.) It reminds me that I’m not alone. Sadly, the truth about ADHD is not widely known and if often misinterpreted as a cop-out for “not wanting to grow up” or as a lack of ambition. I can tell myself (since I’m often surrounded by people who don’t understand ADHD) that maybe I’m just making this up in my head and I’m my own worst enemy, but I know in my heart that’s not true. -AND- 2.) It’s also so inspiring to hear concrete ways of navigating ADHD in adulthood and that success is possible. I know this is a long review, but I just have to say it all. And I want to say thank you to everyone who makes this podcast possible. I will complete my first semester of grad school tomorrow, and it was NOT EASY. I’m not sure it’s the fact that my ADHD has worsened with age or if it’s the fact that I’m in grad school at a very competitive school. Or the fact that I am 31, haven’t been in school for a while now AND that I have literally been doing all virtual learning in my small NY apartment living room (probably a combination of it all), but it’s been the biggest struggle I’ve ever had with it. I’m just so grateful to have had professors who may not completely understand my condition, but they did see my sincere effort and dedication, and from that, they supported and advocated for me throughout. Anyways, thank you thank you thank you. And to all my ADHD babes, and guys, out there- we got this! Xoxoxo ! Happy holidays and happy new year!!!

    Very relatable
So nice to hear a therapist that actually has the same condition that we have. I really enjoy the interviews, tips, reading suggestions, etc. Keep learning, growing & connecting with Eric.

    So relatable!
Eric has been in the ADHD field for a long time and it shows. The podcast is informative, entertaining and most of all, makes those of us living with ADHD feel less alone because of all the guests who are just like us. The production quality is also really professional and easy on the ears. Thanks for this awesome resource that helps so many.

    God-sent
Your podcast is helping me figure out my relationship. Everything is coming together like a puzzle. I knew I wasn’t imagining things but I thought it was sloppiness on his part that I had to micromanage him. My aha moment came last week when I realized he had forgotten a chunk of time and couldn’t account for it. And then I remembered the time he forgot to pay some bills, and the time I asked him to take some clothes to the dry cleaners 2 years ago and he still doesn’t know what he did with the items. A friend pointed me to ADD/ADHD. It all started to makes sense. I’m eagerly going through all your past episodes to catch up. Thank you once again!
