    Increasingly Irrelevant
Started listening because I cared about one of his guests who doesn’t do a lot of long form interviews (which I’m pretty sure was a paid placement anyway) and somehow it stayed in my feed. As of late he just talks over his guests and preaches his views, not really caring about what the guests have to say. He’s got his head in the clouds on so many issues. He’s clearly richer and older and out of touch with the realities of running small businesses that he tries to talk to. Yes he’s bullish on your future but what he thinks are problems are large macroeconomic trends that he doesn’t offer any solutions to except for complaining about them. In that he’s an armchair economist that looks at the economy through a very narrow lens, he’s not trying to understand the broader data, and makes judgements based on his biases. What small business leaders need is resources and people that know how to help their companies improve in many different areas.
