tandimolnerThe lordI am so grateful that I can get to sit down and listen or listen when I’m on the go or when I’m busy here at home 💕💕

scfgvfggfBest speechesThose who are asked to speak are trained in speaking and they spend months preparing carefully delivered messages using their professional expertise in the areas of education they specialize in.

Workout awesomeGreat speeches but one technical concernI love the speeches every week. Byu is such a great place and truly a divine university. Whenever I listen to a byu talk on Apple Podcasts and pause it to come back to later, I’m never able to resume again. I have to listen to it all the way through. Otherwise, if I try and resume it just loads forever with no end. I can pause and resume all other podcasts but for some reason it is just byu speeches that I can’t resume after pausing for a long time. Please fix this!

Mackenzieberry2015Simply the bestI love listening to BYU devotionals. It always takes me back to all the times spent in the Marriot Center with the strong feeling of the spirit. Now that I’ve graduated and left Provo, I love being able to listen to the podcast each week. I’m so thankful to be connected to an amazing University with so many inspired and educated speakers.

b-rock633The Devotionals are Great but…Some of the forum speakers are crazy. I am all for free speech but sometimes I wonder why we are giving a platform to people who want to take those rights away. Do your own homework and don’t just take the word of these forum speakers. The forums don’t have the same spiritual boost as they used to and are now being used to push political ideologies. Just goes to show how even BYU is crumbling under the weight of corruption in the world.

chaderackPandering to the worldThe new BYU is pretty rough sometimes. This podcast is a good example of how we as individuals need to distinguish scripture from God… from whatever some of these people are philosophizing about. There are still some great ones on here but just keep your eyes open for seeds of woke junk.
-
NYUte.Not your grandma’s BYU speechesWhile there are still a lot of good “recent BYU speeches”, there is definitely a woke tone to a number of speeches, not a lot, but you can feel it. I listen to these podcast to be elevated from the world, not to be reminded of it. I prefer “classic BYU speeches”.

Megan MommaSupport and empowerment for personal revelationThis podcast has continually blessed me and my family, but in particular I felt this recent episode, The Messy Middle of Revelation by Traci B. Nielsen, was powerful. She clearly and concisely gave a masterful sermon in relateable, visually concrete, and personally vulnerable ways. As I listened I felt incredibly proud to call BYU my alma mater, and great confidence in sharing this with friends and family who are in or out of the church. Great work, BYU. I love the people you are hiring to be your teachers. Thank you for producing this podcast and allowing the world the privilege of accessing one of the best parts of BYU.

Bassoonman3Excellent!There are some incredible talks given at BYU. Gospel discussions with academic rigor are a welcome addition to my daily routine. So many podcasts deal with social psychology, social dynamics, human behavior and world events, but often fall short of producing a practical application to everyday life. I feel a huge difference when Christ is woven into the context of my life; his words broaden my view and strengthen my hope in the future . I see life more clearly when I listen to BYU speeches because they consistently are founded on the gospel of Jesus Christ, and share perspectives that provide new insights.
