Ben Criddle knows his stuff. His host sometimes does too. Every once and a while though, this show begins to be annoying. For example, Ben spent a whole show calling another team by the wrong name. On top of that, commercials are placed right in the middle of a segment. Can’t they put the commercials between segments?

Love the BYU content and insights. Ben and the crew are great. Ads are way, way, way too loud. Almost deafening when wearing ear buds.

Love these podcasts! But lately I’m only getting one perd day. During the weekdays in the past I used to get up to 4 segments per day.

During the football season I look forward on my drive home to listen to Criddle! Great insight excellent guests. living on the East Coast it makes it easy to keep up with what’s happening at BYU

This show does not divert from the point, which is BYU athletics. If you want all the insight into what’s going down in cougar town this is the place to find it. 3-4 hours every single week day.

Tone down the Bob Uecker accent will ya? It’s a bit much. You telling me he spoke that way as a player in college? Cmon!!

CRIDDLE!!!!!!!….. Count how many times you say uh and um in one sentence. When you listen to top tier Radio or TV hosts they have polished their presentation. Please let your vocabulary match your excellent radio voice. I am leaving this following older review because I wasn’t given a blank space for my new one. … I love Brandon C Gurney as a co-host!!!! He is my favorite!!! I hope you will ask Ben to listen to the entirety one of his podcast and count how many “ums and uhs “ he uses just in one sentence. And his stuttering had gotten out of control. I really hope he can overcome this because he has such a great radio voice…..but it is Painful to listen to lately with all the filler sounds. I truly want to be able to listen to the entire podcast instead of Fast Forwarding through his commentary. Please tell him about this so I can rerate this program. Thank you.

Criddle always has quality BYU content and knowledgeable guests, find myself listing to most of the days content doing chore, etc after kids are asleep. From SoCal so besides sometimes feel being brainwashed to drive up to Utah County for some ED treatment one of these days, Ben has by far the most in depth breakdowns and getting into the minutiae. Entertaining always and highly recommended, Criddle 10, Criddle 10, Criddle 10.

Ben’s good with some pretty good insight. Although, however, I don’t think he really understands that long opponent drives and huge time of possession advantage for our opponent dramatically limits and decreases our offensive number of possessions. (even when they may not score or score a field goal) Love it when Dave McCann, Blaine Fowler or Duck Harmon are on the show. They really add insight, professionalism and an understanding of sports to the commentary. Like Ben’s reading between the lines. Brandon Gurney just seems bitter about leaving the Deseret News and adds neither insight nor depth of knowledge of the intricacies of, particularly, football and basketball.

Best show I’ve ever heard today. Moose and Gurney were great. The co-host actually was allowed to speak. Let’s make this permanent.

Ben is not afraid to speak his mind. If you listen to him for more then 10 seconds, you can feel his passion and love for BYU Football and BYU sports in general. I genuinely believe he wants BYU to succeed and that’s why he talks about BYU’s unique silos and pie charts of accountability so BYU can get to the next level!!!!! Ben, your voice is important and needs to be heard!!! With a father that was 2nd team all American and first team all WAC, starting from 1980-1982, multiple uncles and cousins on both sides of my family that played football at BYU, and a grandfather that was a long time professor at BYU, BYU FOOTBALL IS IN MY BLOOD!!!! I love your show, and thank you for what you do!!!!

Best coverage and analysis of BYU sports I’ve found. Love the diverse, current and ever-evolving guest lineup. Anyone can pick at this or that, but overall, there’s no better media in the space of Cougar athletics. Keep up the great work, Ben

I listened all the time on radio during my commute. Now that I’m stuck working from home I’m glad you have the podcast so I can still listen in. You guys rock. I love all the funny jokes and stuff like when he has the ESPN announcer guy do missionary update intros and stuff like that. Haha

Entertaining with an expert at the helm. I enjoy the guests and love the breakdowns after each game and leading up to every game. No better way to stay up to date regarding cougar sports.

As a lifelong BYU fan who hasn’t lived in Utah for over 20 years, this show has been a godsend. I feel plugged into the ins and outs of Cougar sports like never before. Ben Criddle is passionate about all things BYU, but he is not a “homer” like so many other on-air personalities - he tells it like he sees whether it is complimentary or critical of administrators, coaches, and players. And Criddle gets the best collection of guests on his show, bar none. Keep it coming!!!

I’m always trying to find easy to access content from outside the Utah County bubble. The show is great because they break the four hour long show into bite-size pieces that you can easily listen to back-and-forth to work, school, etc.

I’ve been a die hard BYU sports fan since I was a kid in 88. I was a long time listener to 1280 the zone, but I need more BYU and wasn’t getting my fix. My brother told about the Ben Criddle show after a few episodes I told my brother why didn’t you tell me sooner! Great content with subjects that cougar fans are very interested in. Great personalities frequently brought in like John Beck and K-Pop who give expert Analysis while keeping the show entertaining. You have a loyal life long listener in me. This is by far my favorite BYU sports podcast. Ben is fun, smart, and well connected. I enjoy listening to this podcast to get stoked for game day. It’s made me a better, more informed fan. I recommend this to everyone.

Criddle may have started with BYU as a zero star walkon in 2005, but he is now a 5 star BYU media and radio analyst. I listen every day and his takes are always thought provoking, he is a died in the wool, true blue cougar through and through. I am a lifelong BYU sports addict, and criddle is one of my favorite dealers. Love the keeping up with the cougars segments and the overall passion he brings, if you love the cougars or hate max hall, these podcasts are for you.

The best BYU podcast available! It is informative and entertaining. Criddle is very knowledgeable and passionate about BYU sports. He also offers a different prospective then others who cover BYU sports. I would highly recommend this podcast to anyone!

I love the show. I listen to it every time I work out. I listen to it on 1.5 or 2x speed every time I work out and I can usually get through the whole show. It’s great for keeping up to date on all things BYU while I’m living on the other side of the country. Ben, hunter, and guests help me from enter “sky is falling” mode every time BYU breaks my heart. Excellent content.

I have stopped listening to other BYU sport shows because the majority is either fluff or angry reviews on BYU. I love how Ben is honest and speaks his mind.
