    Much needed
As an Asian American, I find this recent mortal minority season very educational. Asian American history is largely undiscussed or non existent in the current American history. I appreciate Margaret’s effort in researching and her discussions. As a group. AAPI are diverse and divided. I appreciate her points on the model minority myth, aspirational whiteness, and white supremacy being the root cause. Every AAPI should listen to this. Since the AAPI equality movement does not have a clear leader, it would be awesome if that could be Margaret Cho. It’s a big undertaking, but she can do it!

    A History of Asian Hate
As a white dude, I need this podcast. It reveals a reality of Asian discrimination I was not aware of.

    Not What I Thought
I’ve loved Margaret for years and only recently discovered this podcast, which seems to have ended. 😕 I would have that that a Margaret Cho podcast would be a lot like Sarah Silverman’s (whatever that means). But Margaret comes across as so incredibly sweet and kind to her guests. Just made me fall in love with her all over again.

By far one of the best!
Always keeping us entertained and full of energy is Margaret. I always look forward to listening to the newest episode on lunch or on a walk. I am saddened there have been no new episodes in a few weeks, I hope this is not a sign of the future and just a bump in the road. Love you Margaret!

    Margaret’s laugh is infectious!
I have been a fan since her first televised comedy special and when All American Girl aired... and I honestly miss the belly laughs from The Cho Show. Margaret is very engaging with her guests and her laugh is infectious. She really makes you feel like you are present in the conversation with her guests. Kudos to this podcast and look forward to every episode.

A really fun and fascinating podcast. But what do you expect from Ms Cho? She is a national treasure and I would not be who I am or as happy and fabulous as I am without her. All my love and thank you!

Margret’s ability to lead the conversation is stellar.
If self isolation had one benefit, It’s that I’ve discovered podcasts. I’m especially grateful to have found The Margret Cho. I’ve been a long time fan of her comedy, but her ability to lead each episode is on point. In some episodes she has the skill to pass the guest the ball and let them run. Other times, the guest seems fascinated by Margret’s life and career and she is an open book. She answers their questions as casually as ordering a cup of coffee. I think what I love the most about this podcast is Margret’s vast knowledge of pop culture. When she engages in the conversation, it is easy to tell that she truly knows what she’s talking about. It goes deeper than interview prep work. I mean, honestly, how many people can casually drop that they love Italian Giallos?

It really does feel like “eavesdropping” on a beloved relative :)
I’m so enjoying listening to all these episodes during this time of self-quarantine and COVID-19. Margaret Cho is an inspiration, as a kind, funny, inspiring, resilient, beautiful human being, and I love that she’s lifting up and bringing to light others through this podcast as queen of comedians.

    Mmm hmm. Yeah. Uh huh.
I really like the content, but I can’t get past Margaret’s constant “mmm hmms, yeahs and uh huhs”. And it usually sounds like she’s talking into the bottom of an empty glass of water. It’s a small thing but just annoying enough for me to not listen.

    Feeds my life force
I’ve listened to Margaret since I was a baby gay and got distracted after school ended but I was pulled to the podcast because Karen Kilgariff was on it. Came for Karen, stayed for Margaret and I can’t believe I’ve been listening to anything else. Margaret has always had such an empowering way of discussing an array of things and her conversations with guests bring me so much joy.

Finally Margaret Cho has a podcast! Margaret has an amazing knack for getting to the meat and potatoes of a conversation. Her questions are thought provoking while being mindful and respectful of her guests. I love the showcasing of Asian and queer individuals. I hope this sticks around for seasons to come!

    Love the Cho!
Love this podcast I used to listen to Margaret Cho standup on my CD player when I was in my high school math class and I would bust out laughing. I love to see how I’m still listening to Margaret but now on a different level. I love all the topics and I all the content! Great show!

Cho make a good host among her many talents
Listened to about half the show so far and love them all. Really great insight to people that are not mainstream in show business and we get to hear the stories behind the careers. A lot of these people she interviews I am familiair with but some are not and so far every episode has either given me insight to someone i was already a fan of or helped me learn about someone I never heard of. Love this podcast and love this side of a very talented woman.
  • BKWeimmom
    Love the podcast
I love listening to your podcast. So much of what I listen to is negative political stuff. You are such a welcome relief from that. Love the fabulous people you interview. As you say, some I know and some I should know. Enjoy the combo of reality and hilarity.

    Go Cho
Margaret Cho is a deep blue sea of fantastic. Brilliantly funny, this podcast is not just a funny break to the week. Margaret has experienced history in the making directly during a tumultuous time on our country and the development of what we now experience as pop culture. This podcast is inclusive, educational, and of course funny. Margaret shares her first-hand experiences of her personal and professional journey to becoming the icon she is today. The guests are always a great balance and thoughtfully varied. Thanks for keeping things fresh Margaret! We love you in Salt Lake City!

    Five star fun!
Margaret said I had to write a five star review and being the good gay I am, I did. But in all sincerity-Total five star podcast. Interesting guests, great points of view, funny, thoughtful, relevant but timeless. Great perspective from wonderful guests. More of this please Margaret!!

    You are not taking charge!
I love you from day one and have seen you live 3 times. I think you are green with the podcast business and you need to interject yourself more often. You let Joe Koy take over your show and we heard you say mmm mmmm like 95 times girl! That's a no no no. This is not you having coffee with someone. You are interviewing. Please listen to Serial and how she handles the recent episode of the dog lady at the prison that broke her younger lover and had to serve time! She does a great job of asking what we are all thinking. I love you and I'm a woman of color like you. I want you to succeed, Queen!
