    Distracting and not detailed enough
Episode 22 with Dr. Lisa Monteggia could have been a very enjoyable listen. Unfortunately there were a lot of distractions during the recording including dogs barking, sounds of people doing dishes, and incessant and repeated dinging of cell phones and computers. This kind of stuff should not be happening on a professional podcast. Put your guests in a room with a speaker and turn the devices to “do not disturb”. Additionally the only doses that were mentioned were .5 mg per kilogram. Rates of infusion or not mentioned nor were pharmacokinetics. You could’ve gone into more detail on different doses. Also a unique question is whether the dissociative state in ketamine is necessary in order to achieve anti-depressant effects.

Thanks for putting together a professional and easy to listen to podcast from the front lines of plant medicine use and research. Things are changing quickly and you have helped navigate this new reality. You inspire a future where we have full access to all the plants in nature, and for that, "Dank You!"

    Content Great!…
The content is great, but the constant “hmmm, mmmm, ok, uhmmm, yeah, mmmm, uhmmm, right, hmmmm, right, uhmmmm…” makes it really difficult to listen to. Podcast hosts should listen without making noise. It’s not a phone call or face to face when you need to let the person know you are listening and when no one else is listening. It’s a podcast. Shhhh…let the person speak.

    Educational And Engaging
You don’t have to be a scientist or work in the industry to get something out of this podcast. I’m very interested in learning more about CBD and the medical uses for cannabis and I’m loving the topics of the episodes so far.
