ELD CoachFantastic ShowI agree, this podcast will be downloaded by many. This podcast made me feel grateful and fortunate to work for a charter school, where our leadership has a direct impact on students and their needs. As an ELD Coach, I have the opportunity to build relationships with over 100 students across 5 school sites. I am required, as our Assistant Principals and other leadership, to get to know our students and get involved with student activities.

Mrs.LadyPerfect for School LeadersI have gotten more out of this podcast than any other podcast or book I have read in the past! Mike always offers helpful information ranging from productivity to teacher improvement to parenting teenage girls. The podcasts is in an interview format but he doesn't just stick to the "big wigs" in education. I have listened to him interview Harvard professors, curriculum experts, business leaders, business coaches, and more!
